A good place to explore the area.
Apartment, large, comfortable, clean. A good place to explore the area. The air conditioning works well, placed in the living room. The kitchen is well equipped, although it lacks a sharp knife and wine glasses in Italy, but it is clean and spacious with access to the terrace. A fridge, oven and washing machine - this is a big plus. Bathroom clean. The area is quite quiet.
An additional mirror would be useful because one small one in the bathroom is not enough, especially when everyone wants to use the toilet. And the pressure in the bathroom shower is a bit too low

Pleasant apartment and as advertised.
Perfect location for visiting Polignano a Mare and nearby towns, as well as enjoying the beaches. The size of the apartment was consistent with the photos. Bed and bathroom linen clean and available. Clean apartment. Host available and friendly, accompanied by a person who spoke French.
Not enough kitchen utensils. Only 1 air conditioning for a large apartment (it was hot in the rooms).

good location and very clean
well located, close to beaches and center by car. clean, well appointed apartment. the owner and his son are very nice and affordable.
- Air conditioning is only in the living room, so the bedrooms are hot. Putting a small fan in the bedrooms would be a plus. - Check-in from 16:00, although you can leave your suitcases in the garage, you cannot use the toilets if necessary. we were with children so it would be nice to let them go to the bathroom…

Insufficient air conditioning - poor in quantity and quality (need at least 2 undated appliances.) Minimum furniture (a little more: for example, a table, a trash can in the bathroom, etc.) a glass shower cabin.

very welcoming and clean, easy to get to. As soon as we arrived, the owner immediately provided us with detailed information about the most important sights of Polignano, as well as a map of the city. We will definitely return.

great discovery of this city with such hospitable people
everything was perfect in this apartment and the reception was also perfect. People ready to respond if there is a problem (blocked coffee maker!)

Apartment with sea view
The owners of the apartment met us and explained about the apartment and the area. The apartment is near farmers' fields with a view of the sea We had a problem with the shower which was quickly taken care of by the owner The building is well maintained and beautiful
The fittings are poor. There is no electric kettle or sharp knives in the kitchen

the apartment is really nickel very well equipped: refrigerator with freezer, air conditioning-heating, washing machine, stove... nothing is missing! terraces, 3 TVs, reserved outdoor parking space
nitpicking a bit noisy from the road if you open the windows, but it is very tolerable

Spacious rooms, good location (15 minutes walk and you are in the center), private parking.
A small shortage of furniture and basic necessities. Typically, in this price range, you will find what you need for a shower or kitchen counter wash.

Perfect
Huge apartment with all amenities. Equipped with a bathroom. Comfortable beds. The structure has been recently renovated in some parts. Parking space allocated. Fairly fast Wi-Fi. Spacious and functional kitchen. Quiet condominium.
Living bathroom. The air conditioner in the living room cannot cool the two bedrooms. A little out of the way, you need a car for every little movement.

Disappointing
The only positive thing was the size of the apartment.
The air conditioning didn't work, the sheets felt like plastic and the toilet was crusted, the welcome was pleasant but in the end the service left a lot to be desired.

Very good
At the gates of Polignano, a good base from which to visit the city and the beautiful surrounding tourist areas. A car is required. Very spacious apartment and very helpful staff as, having arrived early for check-in, they gave us the opportunity to leave our luggage at the hotel.

Spacious apartment is equipped with everything you need
Large apartment with two balconies. from one of them one can see the sea even in the distance. Uncomplicated and friendly hosts. All you need. The apartment is a bit out of the way, but you can still get anywhere quickly by car, especially near the Polignano Sud exit, so you can get anywhere quickly. Parking right at the house.

Large and welcoming building. Modern furniture, air conditioning and ventilators. Useful tools for household needs, from cleaning to cooking. The artisan area of Polignano is very beautiful and, above all, close to the center: if you have a car, the center can be reached in two / three minutes. There were four of us and we had a great time. With a satisfactory price / performance ratio, we had an unforgettable vacation. Polignano and the Oceano apartments, thank you. It's okay, but it's hot.
The lady was very helpful in letting us drop our bags before check-in and recommended places for our stay. Very large apartment.
As the owner said, the air conditioner is in the living room, and the fans in the two bedrooms alone are not enough to make the rooms comfortable in summer.

Great stay!
New, spacious, well furnished and equipped with everything you need to spend a fantastic holiday in Polignano a Mare. Very easy to reach by car. Large veranda overlooking the sea. Clean, comfortable apartment located in a very quiet area. The beach is within walking distance, within walking distance. The owners are friendly, available and ready to provide all the information you need about the sights and places to visit.
Everything is perfect. Nothing bad to report.
