Adequate accommodation as a base in Pisa.
Location near the station. Very nice staff.
Breakfast. All packaged and sweet pastries. I recommend choosing a room without breakfast. Lots of good breakfast options nearby.

just good
Very clean hotel, nice staff, proximity to the train station, being able to leave luggage between hotel departure and our train (allowing us to visit the Tower without our suitcases).
Our room was on the side of the street, so it was quite noisy. Shower and toilet in front of our room, so a lot of coming and going: very noisy.

Good for the night.
The hotel was close to the center. Walking distance and parking near the hotel was easy. The staff were friendly and the beds were ok.
The bathroom didn't seem super clean, with instructions for use here and there.

Great for a day stop

Overall it was good for 2 nights.
Friendly staff, simple but nice breakfast, comfortable bed.
Room looks old, needs renovation. Air conditioning and television did not work. Whenever you leave the hotel, you must hand in your room keys, which are then handed over when you return. With this method it seems that we are being "controlled".

Excellent position!
Nice hotel near the station, spacious rooms on the 2nd floor without lift, excellent breakfast served by the owners on the ground floor with cappuccino, juices and snacks in the package, a great place to visit Pisa on foot.
Bathrooms are very minimal, cleanliness is not perfect but clean enough, being next to the railway, you can hear the rumble of trains at night.

Highest price / performance
The staff and owners are incredibly nice. You will immediately feel welcome. The hotel is easy to find and close to the train station (about 5 minutes). It's a 20 minute walk from the airport. The city center/attractions are also easily accessible. Some "typical" convenience stores and Carrefour Express are also nearby. You don't feel safe at night either. Breakfast is sufficient (tea, juice and coffee are served, wrapped muffins, croissants, cakes, chocolate mousse, jam and butter are placed on the table). Although I wouldn't call it a buffet. If you want something spicy or fresh in the morning, you should have breakfast outside. The mattress was comfortable, as was the upholstery, and in the summer, as usual in the south, the sheet. Personally, I find the beds too short, but I'm almost 180 cm tall. The TV is tiny and on the wall + only Italian channels as usual. The bathroom is also large enough, but without storage space. Shower gel/shampoo, soap and a shower cap are also available. Due to being close to the train station, the hotel is fairly quiet in terms of street noise. You hardly notice the other guests. A big plus is cleanliness. Whether the bathroom and the room - everything is clean :-) WLAN worked great (there was a room on the 1st floor) I expected less for this cheap price, so I would be happy to stay one more night :).
I think a different detergent for bed sheets and towels would be great. The smell was too vinegary for me (but I'm very sensitive)

Perfect for visiting the city of Pisa!
15 minutes on foot from the airport and 5 minutes from the train station, very nice and friendly staff, 24-hour reception, possibility to leave luggage after the end of the day, cleanliness in the room and bathroom, breakfast - coffee and sweet rolls 😊
In the evening, the street did not arouse security, the equipment of the room was old

Close to train station but needs updating
It is close to the train station and you can leave your bags while you spend the rest of the day in Pisa. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were very attentive and pleasant.
Serious reform is needed. The truth is that our room was full of mosquitoes and quite dirty. The walls were falling. There were three of us and there were not enough outlets for everyone. Breakfast was all pastries.

Great stay
The hotel is open 24 hours a day right next to the airport where you can even walk!! The hotel is located 2 minutes from the train station, which is very convenient for traveling by train or bus. Great staff. I recommend.

Very good place
The location of the hotel, near the train station (5 minutes walk) and the airport (30 minutes walk), is very convenient even with luggage. Great welcome, very attentive staff.
Authentic hotel in need of a good refurbishment. Old furniture.

The owners were very nice and the coffee in the morning was a dream! Even though we arrived late in the evening, we still got a great tip for the restaurant!

Calm and guaranteed rest
The staff is very friendly. Our plane was taking off for a long time and they were waiting for us to check in.
I'd like toasted bread and butter for breakfast. We are in the Mediterranean and something so valuable is missing. I recommend a toaster.

fulfilled its mission
The location was fantastic. Very close to the station. The Leaning Tower of Pisa and other tourist areas are a bit further away but easily accessible on foot. The man was very friendly. The room was well equipped and a good size.
It may have only been in our room, but the toilet seat was broken so it moved every time you sat on it. It was very inconvenient. Also, the air conditioning only turned off in the morning. I don't know if they do anything, but with the heat it was terrible. The breakfast is a bit poor. I was expecting something more than just industrial pastries.

Temporary hotel
Adequate, we took it because of the proximity to the station. Clean rooms, good mattress, climate, turn off during the day.
Soundproofing, lots of slamming doors, noisy, then after midnight it was ok no noise.

Good hotel for transfer between two cities

The welcome was perfect, the managers are very accommodating, they speak French! The geographical location of the hotel is excellent, close to the airport, central station and the Leaning Tower of Pisa. The room is spacious for two, the bathroom is functional and a little extra for the balcony! I recommend this hotel, no doubt, even breakfast is offered;)

Decent hotel in a good location
Very pleasant staff. We chose the hotel because the airport is close (only 20 minutes walk) and the center of Pisa is 15 minutes away.
Breakfast was somewhat limited and all wrapped in plastic. On the other hand, for the price of a night, this is not very surprising.

Great location
Very kind and helpful staff, great location, if you only go on a trip for a couple of nights - this accommodation is sufficient, in addition, within walking distance is the airport (10 min), train and bus stations (5 min) and the historic center, as well as a bit of sand (15 min), i.e. an ideal starting point, breakfast sufficient but only sweet

Sufficient and excellent customer service
The attention of the staff is excellent. Chiara and her husband struggle to survive and give everything for the business.
Very good cleanliness in the rooms, but not very clean in the shared bathroom. This is logical.

Nice location, nice hosts
Good location for the train station and airport, and the main sights are within walking distance. Very good hosts. the room is clean. The breakfast is typical italian good, maybe fresh fruit.
The rooms show their age and need updating. They look very gloomy because of the furniture and bedspreads. The windows are poorly soundproofed (next to the train station) and in general the rooms are very noisy.

Inexpensive hotel near the train station
The staff were very friendly. The room was old fashioned but ok for 1 night. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the station. There is a bus stop next to the hotel; bus stops near the airport (only 5 minutes by bus). We were able to leave our luggage with no problem to pick it up in the evening.
No internet in the room (but at the reception). Breakfast consisted of packed croissants and crackers. But the coffee was ok.

The friendliness of the hosts, their willingness to make our stay enjoyable, we asked for extra pillows and they were not immediately taken, location, European breakfast, cleanliness, comfortable, spacious, we were 4 adults and we had a good night's sleep Well. We only stayed for one night. It is very close to the central station and a 20 minute walk from the Leaning Tower of Pisa, close to supermarkets and restaurants.
Sometimes the internet was unstable in the room.

Clean but modest.
A hotel for undemanding, the last two stars say so. The first impression after seeing the room was not the best, just a modest little room with a bathroom, but the service was very nice and the proximity of the railway station and the ability to move around nearby towns made up for it.
Breakfast on the downside, I don't know if I would call it breakfast, more like coffee with a cookie. Coffee or tea to be exact, and some sweet rolls packed in bags, jam and Nutella. Too sweet for me to call it breakfast. Unless the Italians do.

Great location by the airport
Staff very friendly, very nice welcome. Location close to train station and airport by foot maybe 10 minutes. The room we had for one night may be. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise, we asked for 6 am and there was no problem and I couldn't believe it because we received a delicious espresso from the owner.

Perfect for a sleepover :)
The location is absolutely perfect, right next to the train station, so ideal for train trips to nearby cities (I recommend Florence, Livorno or Lucca). To get to the Leaning Tower itself, it's a leisurely, level path through the main street and the main part of town. You can walk here from the airport along an easy route in about 15 - 20 minutes. So we didn't have to use public transport at all. The accommodation service is smiling, kind and very accommodating. It is possible to leave the room key at the reception and not carry it around, it is also possible to store luggage here after leaving the room.
Due to covid measures, breakfast selection was limited. Food was served packaged and fruits and vegetables were missing.

Very good stay, great welcome and well located hotel.
A very warm welcome. Decent and clean room. The hotel is well located. You can reach the center of Pisa in 20 minutes on foot and we are close to the train station and the airport (no noise).
A bit noisy when people or cars drive by on the street.

The staff is wonderful. Service like in a 5* hotel. Super friendly people.
The room could use some refurbishment. Microscopic TV that is 10". Wifi only works at the reception.

Good price, convenient location
Industrial pastries in plastic packaging. The street view is not great, but the location of the hotel near the train station and the airport is perfect.
The quality of the breakfast could be improved. The soundproofing of the rooms too.

A great base in Pisa at a good price!
Excellent hotel for a short stay, but as a base. Room clean, with air conditioning, basic equipment. Breakfast is modest, sweet - butter rolls, jams, Nutella, processed cheese plus excellent coffee. Great service that took care of cleanliness during the day, you could ask for anything. Good location - 20 minutes on foot from the station, 5 minutes from the train station (only an hour's drive to Florence). Close to grocery stores. To the historical part - also about 20 minutes on foot. I left satisfied.
The bathroom could be modernized and the breakfast more varied.

You get what you paid for.
Typical Italian breakfast, there was plenty of choice. Coffee and cappuccino were immediately offered fresh.
It could use a painting and a couple of carpets.

Not bad
Nice staff, friendly, knows a little Russian. Very convenient location, close to the train station, 5 minutes walk. Comfortable beds, good sound insulation apart from the bathroom. Delicious and simple breakfast. Shops are nearby and attractions are also close by. Overall it's fine for one night, especially considering the price :)
The room is very dark, even with light, a dim lamp in both the room and the bathroom is very irritating to the eyes of a person with poor eyesight. The water is hot in the bathroom rather a little warm, you can wash, but without pleasure. The room is cool, I think because of the bare walls and stone floor. No lift, some rooms are on the 2nd floor. There was only 1 socket in the room, and that one was occupied by the plug from the TV

Good budget accommodation
Convenient location. 15 min walk to the airport. What's cool is the 24 hour front desk. Breakfast is good - butter, jams, coffee, tea, juices, buns, cheese, yogurt. The staff is very friendly. The room is quiet. Expected the worst from this hotel. The bed is comfortable, but the pillow is hard.
