It can be done better.
Position 600 MT from Piazza dei Miracoli. Convenient for visiting the tower and cathedral etc etc.
Cold room. It takes a while for water to get hot. Pos not working. Wifi didn't work. There is no heating in the bathroom.

A large room with modest pretensions
The location along an artery of the city of Pisa (Via Bonanno Pisano) makes it easy to reach, it also has some bus stops nearby, and access to Piazza del Duomo is easily found along 500m of the aforementioned road, and about 1km there is the station of S. Rossore.
The price (€76 for a single) is slightly high for the services offered, and the passage of cars on the nearby street a couple of times during the night made itself felt. The bathroom has been created in the room and is limited.

Great value for Pisa. I recommend !
Great welcome from the owner who helped him park me in the private car park. She led us to the bedroom. Very helpful, she allowed me to leave the car to go visit the next day! The location is top, 5 min walk from piazza del Duomo. Quiet apartment.

Quite cheap solution 10 minutes from the Tower
The location is convenient for reaching Piazza dei Miracoli. The room is large and adequate cleaning. The price is quite advantageous (compared to the average in the area).
The small bathroom, set in a corner of the room, with a folding door and the toilet incorporated in the shower. (Solution that I found inconvenient).

Great!!
Very close to the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Not far from the train station. The room is clean, comfortable, has a refrigerator, TV.
We were with small children - it was not convenient with strollers to go up the steep steps, and there was not enough microwave in the room to heat food.

Everything I need is there, even a fridge, air conditioning, traditional shutters, but with a sliding fly screen - positively surprised for the price, in 10 - 15 min at the leaning tower :)

Large room, air conditioning, excellent treatment. The staff is very, very friendly. Everything is clean and very quiet. For me it was perfect value for money, location and personal touch. We'll be back next year! The owner treated us like her children, always offered to help us, was always present when we needed it. In a word, BIG!

The welcome was very pleasant. The location is perfect, considering the price: 15 minutes walk from the place of wonders.

Villa Alba allowed us to appreciate Pisa better
The reception was excellent, exceeding all expectations. The room was spotless, comfortable even though we asked for an extra bed. The location is excellent, just a few hundred meters from Miracle Square. An interesting structure also for the possibility of convenient parking.
Perhaps the bathroom is a bit small but still functional.

2 days in Pisa
Great location next to the Tower. Very pleasant staff. There is air conditioning, fan and refrigerator. The beds are so comfortable!!!
The room was on a very busy street and noise was heard from 7 in the morning (if you close the windows, there is little noise). The other rooms are quiet.

The room was nice, the bathroom was a bit small with a shower but it was ok, the receptionist was very helpful and nice and arranged a taxi for us quickly. The location is almost at the Leaning Tower of Pisa and close to the train station, everything was great

Comfortable accommodation, there are all communications
The staff is always available, they left my luggage until noon even though I had to leave the room in the morning! The room has everything you need: bathroom, TV, air conditioning and / or fan, comfortable bed, refrigerator, WiFi. The area is excellent for visiting the famous Place de la Miracles and the Sergio Carlesi sports hall. I would like to stay there again!
Maybe at night the rest is not ideal due to cars passing at traffic lights below, but this is not the fault of the design, of course.

Generally normal
The villa is in a good location, close to the center, the room is comfortable, the lady owner is extremely kind, she showed us to the room and explained everything. Contact with the facility at an excellent level, it was easy to agree on the time of arrival.
Minus for a small bathroom, and unfortunately the room is located on the street, so you could hear loud traffic and passing ambulances for half the night (closed shutters did not help much)

The location is very close to Campo dei Miracoli (5 minutes walk). It's a 20-minute walk from the train station. There is a nearby supermarket (PAM) about 10 minutes walk and a pizzeria right next to the location. Clean rooms, very kind staff.

Nice one night stay
Great location for Pisa, close to the center and the tower. Friendly staff, luggage storage and late check-in. Plenty of towels and even a travel hair dryer in the room.
The room was a bit noisy as the windows overlooked the main street of Pisa. However, it only bothers about 7-8 in the morning. Small bathroom but still enough for short periods

- Location: near the leaning tower - near the center 15 min walk
- Structure in need of a bit of modernization - Cleaning should be more thorough - We stayed 2 nights...we expected the cleaning lady to make the bed - shower and toilet next to each other with no minimum partition - Paid too fair for the position, otherwise case, 15% less would be normal

Bright and adventurous trip!!
The stay is fantastic value for money. Good hygiene, with a clean scent, except that the bathroom has a shower along with a toilet, which makes it somewhat difficult to shower comfortably as the toilet gets wet all the time if the shower is. Everything else is perfect. Especially the woman who accompanied me is ready to help me with everything: call a taxi, leave me a hair dryer, etc. Thank you very much

They were adorable and the place was very close to the tower, 5 minutes walk, the room was very large, the woman is charming and the bed was very comfortable. It has air conditioning, wardrobe and refrigerator.
The only thing that was more uncomfortable was the shower, it didn't press so hard, it was next to the toilet and got a little wet.

My rating is 8/10 because of the bathroom.
Liked that there is a mosquito net, the size of a TV and a working fridge. Everything is good considering the price. I've stayed in more expensive places that didn't have these features.
I didn't think the bathroom was done this way... I adjusted, obviously, but a bit uncomfortable.

Close to points of interest, quiet enough and hospitable owner.
The city's points of interest can be easily reached on foot. You don't hear the noise of the center where there is a lot of movement at night. The owner is very hospitable and the room has the necessary comforts, such as air conditioning when the day is hot.
You can hear the cars on the street, some with the music loud enough, but they are few. Nothing else in particular to highlight. We were only there for one night.

Because of the Covid, the structure interrupted the breakfast process, but it was because of this that they made up for that, forcing us to pay less for parking for a car that was in a reserved area. The location of the structure is very strategic - 750 meters from the square with the tower and around is full of cafes where you can taste Tuscan delicacies, and 1.5 km from the train station, from which, if you want, in an hour you will be in the center of Florence to spend a carefree a day surrounded by the most beautiful works of art in Italy.

The house is located on a very busy road, until late in the evening and early in the morning you can hear cars and motorcycles passing by, including because of outdated windows, it is difficult to fall asleep early and wake up late. The bathroom is very small, with a combined toilet and bidet and one and a half square meters of shower. Smells fill the bedroom when you go to the bathroom because the air intake system in the bathroom is ineffective and the folding door does not isolate the two rooms. On Saturdays and Sundays, bars up to 800 meters away from the house are closed, so it is impossible even to have a coffee as soon as you wake up. Regardless, after my complaint to the building manager, she very kindly made us a mocha coffee. No balcony

Very kind owners of the structure
The hotel is literally a stone's throw from the center. The price is incomparable with the price of other premises, excellent value for money and the kindness of the owners of the structure is priceless! I had a great time and will definitely be back, thanks for making my stay relaxing.

Tolerably, would not go back.
- The combination of air conditioner and fan makes the indoor climate really pleasant in summer. - The building's own parking is very convenient as there are no white lanes in Pisa. - An armored door (each room has its own) conveys security.
- The bathroom was tiny. - The shower is in the same place as the toilet and you can actually fuck while taking a shower. - There is no bidet, or rather, there is something like an internal bidet in the toilet, but it really is not very functional. - Really bad value for money.

Proximity to the Leaning Tower of Pisa and shopping streets. The kindness of the owner (who only speaks Italian, but we know how to explain ourselves) and a very spacious and clean room! Parking is only 5 euros and is private. It was a nice stay in Pisa!
The linens are very hard and the bed is very noisy. The air conditioner is moody.

A trip to Pisa? This is the perfect location, just a short walk from the tower. Possibility of parking in the yard. Excellent value for money and quality. For one night in August the price compared to others in the area. The friendliness of the owner who welcomed us and is always present.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Clean and well maintained. 15 minutes walk from the train station and less than 10 minutes from Piazza dei Miracoli.
I don't know you can ask for too many amenities at this price. Bathroom and shower are located together in a very small room. At night you can hear quite a lot of traffic noise and a simple breakfast is served at the bar next door. Also, wifi doesn't work too well.

Ideal place to visit the city
Small but cozy residence. Friendly and helpful staff, clean and very comfortable rooms (new furniture). Ideal for those looking to visit the city center.
There was a little problem at night, but it happened by accident. The life-saving device was activated, and therefore neither the heating nor the water worked, because it was controlled by a hydraulic pump. Luckily the blankets were warm, but the bathroom was not available.

Friendly owner!
The owner was kind and friendly. The exchange of messages was smooth. He let me leave my luggage until late at night after checkout and tried to answer my requests as much as possible.

One night in Pisa
There were no special needs: you needed somewhere cheap and closer to the center to spend the night after dinner with friends. At Villa Alba I found what I was looking for, the room was minimalist but clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.
The bathroom has everything you need: a sink in the corner of the room, a shower and a toilet in a small space with a hinged door. This is not necessarily a shortage, it all depends on the needs of those who stay overnight.
