Location, location, cleanliness, rooms, breakfast....
I was in the mountains x to sleep well at night .... it wasn’t like that ... from 3.00 to 5.00 in the morning there was a big mess x young people who were screaming coming back from some party you could still hear the noise of music ... forces of order are absent ... Attention, tell the municipality or anyone else that the laws must be respected. Thank you.

great hotel, bad restaurant.
convenient location, quiet and comfortable room
there was no prepayment in my room and I would like to pay on check-out (possibly after breakfast) ... Instead, I felt a little uneasy to collect expenses as soon as possible, so that on the same evening, BEFORE enjoying an overnight stay I was asked pay (I declare that my booking was covered by a booking with a credit card). so part of the hotel is beautiful, part of the restaurant on the other hand did not satisfy me, part of the management could be a little more welcoming. HUGE potential that can be better managed.

Revitalizing experience
Even though he only stayed here one night, the place is characterful and welcoming, the rooms are very comfortable and relaxing, and with characteristic features such as parquet flooring and wooden furniture. If you are lucky enough to get a room with a balcony, you can wake up to a magnificent view of the mountains and the Sesia River, accompanied by the typical fresh air. A place to try if you want to feel the essence of the mountain while staying humble and saving money! Great services and complete rooms

Very nice.
Cozy rooms are decorated with wooden furniture and warm colors. We loved the beautiful view of the Sesia river.
Staircase lighting can be improved.

The overall price is too high for the service and quality offered.

Really small sink. The breakfast buffet does not cost 10 euros at all (no fruit, very little for other options). The bed is ... the sofa bed ... are we kidding ???
