Quiet apartment to enjoy the sea view.
very nice terrace with a sea view. Good room layout. Clean and comfortable. Pleasantly fresh from the sea breeze.
A group of stray cats constantly come into the terrace and also into the apartment if you are not careful. Few utensils in the kitchen (e.g. no kitchen knife)

Overall a pleasant stay.
The apartment is located in a good position, not far from the center, and is newly built, it is airy and fresh. The small terrace, the new furniture and the tranquility are beautiful.
The welcome was not very warm and rather hasty, the cookware was old and dirty, so much so that we bought two pots at the nearby supermarket. Cleaning of the hob and oven needs to be improved.

Lack of household equipment and cleaning products. The person who manages only speaks Italian and does not respond to messages on booking. The front of the building, on the parking side, is ugly.

Amazing view. Cozy, new and clean apartment. Ideal location for those who want to use Peschici as a base to get around Gargano and in any case 10 minutes walk from the city center.

A winter escape to the sea that we will remember for a long time!
Very kind and helpful hosts, by default we were moved to an apartment of a higher category due to unforeseen work on the heating system. This accommodation was in a very good and convenient location, close to the center of Peschici. Everything is easily accessible in a few minutes by car or on foot (for those who do not want to go uphill a bit, it is better by car). Recently renovated apartment, spacious, very bright and with a charming sea view. A winter escape to the sea that we will remember for a long time!

Unclear and scary
Parking in front of the door and large balcony
First of all: I booked this guest house because of the good reviews. Looking back, unfortunately, I can't understand it at all. Yes, the place is beautiful and there are very modern and very new houses and apartments... and therefore I have questions: ... a balcony door that cannot be closed from the outside and thus all the "livestock" has free rein, although the "mosquito net" It's listed in the description but out of stock! ....except for the mirror in the bathroom, there is nothing else in the apartment... ...A bed that does not give a single good night, because it creaks with every movement.. ...As described, there is a microwave, yes, for decoration because the plug just doesn't fit! Asked, no answer... ... Finally, the worst, cleanliness is out of the question. I might as well make a chignon out of all the long black hair I collected. I cleaned it, and then stupidly sat down on the red sofa, which moved forward due to its instability....and ran into a sea of black hair... Regarding communication: without Italian, the hostess also does not use a translator, she writes and speaks in Italian. If you offer on booking, I expect a little more commitment! If you're looking for peace, you should look elsewhere, unless you're into extreme barking dogs and the neighborhood boys' modified scooters... Conclusion: never again!

New clean apartment with a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. The location is strategic because in 10 minutes walk you can reach the center and there are many beaches nearby. The air conditioner works and I assure you it is necessary.
Other structures were under construction in front of the building, and the garbage collection service is not very efficient. The TV is having problems with reception, some details are missing.

Great view with fine detail for viewing
The apartment is located in a panoramic position with a terrace overlooking the sea. The apartment is new and large. The location is quite close to the city and small markets, even if the area in which it is located is not very well maintained.
The bed in a double room has some problems (mesh or loose structure ?!), which not only creates a constant creak at the slightest movement, but also creates less comfort. The kitchen is new and functional, but it lacks small useful things for a week's stay (no presence or fabric and even plastic tablecloths) A beautiful sea view is expensive in terms of warmth even without curtains.

Some details were overlooked (remote control without batteries, missing pillowcase, Wi-Fi only active from the 4th day of stay, dirty freezer). The location is not optimal, you need a car both to the center and to the beach. They are both quite close, but due to the ups and downs on the roads it is difficult to reach them on foot. Heels are not recommended!

I was connecting to your network, but the network was not connected to the Internet. I sent a WhatsApp to the manager, but she didn't even bother to answer me, let alone fix it. The apartment has nothing for washing dishes, rags, washcloths or liquid soap. Any. Result>: The pots and pans are full of grease. You have to buy everything. On the day of departure, when he saw me with a suitcase next to the car, he asked me if I would come or leave !!!!

Nice apartment and quiet cozy area
Really pleasant apartment, large and bright, with a beautiful terrace facing the opposite side of the view in the photos in the ad, but just as prominent as in the photo I am attaching. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for cooking, the bathroom is quite large, the living room and bedroom are really large. Being in the west, you will not be bothered by the sun in the morning until lunchtime, and in the evening you can enjoy the sunset behind the village. The terrace on the roof of the building looks very beautiful, from which a 360-degree panorama opens up. The house is located in a very quiet area, 15-20 minutes walk from the center of Peschichi, so you can move around even without a car. The nearest market can also be reached on foot, and the pastries that were praised in previous reviews are unfortunately closed this year!
The only real downside, at least for our taste, is the mattress: new, in excellent condition, but very hard! It took the first two or three nights to get used to it, but it can really be a personal matter. This is more than a criticism, a suggestion: since the balcony is open to sunlight from early noon to evening, a canopy, perhaps with retractable brackets, would be a significant added value, but even a simple umbrella will allow you to make the most of the balcony in case you decide or you need to spend a few hours indoors during the day.

Very modern, well maintained and clean. Magnificent sea view from the balcony. We found everything as described. Taking over and returning an apartment with good contact with the landlord was completely straightforward.
Crockery (glasses, coffee cups, etc.) and a small espresso pot was enough for 2 people and me. It can become more difficult for more people to use.

Both indoor and outdoor spaces are very comfortable, overall cleanliness was good, the location in relation to the city is excellent, the sea view from the south-east facing terrace is very beautiful.
I would have improved the towels supplied, they were very hard. I would have preferred sheets made from a fresher and lighter fabric. I would check the bed, it squeaked a lot with every movement.

There are no cleaning products. Not for humans, not for premises. And in 2 weeks I already wanted to clean the plumbing. It would be nice if there was salt and sugar. I had to buy everything. For 2 days, the water was turned off for several hours.

the new apartment is very nice, nice and comfortable, kind and helpful lady. Maria (the owner of the property) the only drawback if we want to find a fault is the distance from the sea, where we stayed during the low season, so she did not create any problems for us. the views are spectacular and the well-equipped outdoor area is also very beautiful.

New spacious apartment
At the end of the season we were there for 4 days. Nice new apartment, new furniture, functional. Washing machine, hair dryer, shower worked great. Plenty of space in the apartment, sitting area and terrace. Parking right in front of the door, to the market, supermarket and "Centro Storico" 5-15 minutes walk.
Kitchen appliances are not suitable for shopping in the market and cooking for yourself. Too much is missing or is already in poor condition. There is a microwave oven. We slept badly in this bed. Some buildings in the area are under construction - this can be heard from Monday to Sunday during the day. The apartment is functional for us, not very comfortable.
