honest value for money
very friendly and super helpful host. closed and convenient parking. excellent location for walking around the city centre. quiet and peaceful area.
something to review about the poorly maintained furnishings of both the room and the bathroom. suboptimal cleaning in the bathroom and offer of soaps and shower gel previously used by other guests (therefore not very hygienic)

Quiet rest without any special pretensions
Quiet stay average room nothing in particular just a few tricks to improve especially in the bathroom, simple and sufficient breakfast but with packaged supermarket products, excellent coffee always available. Excellent possibility to park inside.
Some furnishing details and no surface in the shower to lay the soaps.

Good location and great parking
Excellent location a stone's throw from the pedestrian area with clubs and shops. Secure parking with automatic gate, very helpful host.
Furnishings and old-fashioned sheets, in some parts of the house there was dust and the breakfast didn't have a great choice.

Perfect location in everything.
Excellent location, located in the city center, good breakfast, private and closed parking with driveway gate. Owner exquisite and very kind person. Highly recommended.

1 night in Pescara
Clean room. Fragrant towels. Full bathroom and kitchen equipment. Typically Italian - tasty breakfast. Possibility of self-cooking and preparation of coffee in capsules. 3 mins walk from Pescara Centrale station. Very close to the sea and many restaurants and bars. Polite and nice owner - let us in before check-in time. The rooms have TV and air conditioning.
