New and very well maintained apartment with all amenities (air conditioning in the living and sleeping area, washing machine, oven, wood burning fireplace and very comfortable beds). The owner made us find fresh croissants and pastries upon arrival and the fridge was full of things for breakfast (milk, jams, nutella, butter, water, crackers, biscuits)...I would say this is a great apartment with breakfast.

The apartment was very large, exceeding all our expectations. Upon arrival, we couldn't find the house, but the owner was kind enough to come and meet us 😊. Every comfort is inside. For breakfast we made a delicious Nutella cake, not to mention a fridge full of juices, teas, jams and more. Street parking is always available. This will be our permanent place every time we go to Pescara.

Paola Maison 2 is located near the center (10 minutes by car from the center of Pescara), in a very quiet residential area. At first we were worried about the parking space, which is a little small inside the house, but there are free and always safe outside the gate. The owner is very polite, he provided us with all the necessary information and was always available for everything. We were very surprised by the size and cleanliness of the apartment. Even more from a lifetime supply for breakfast. In addition to the endless supply of water, juices, coffee, nutella, butter, jam, etc., we got to eat a fantastic homemade cake that we took a bite of during our entire stay. If I return to Pescata I would happily book again at Paola Maison 2.
