Inconvenient
There was a car park.
There were no towels, no soap, detergent, napkins, sugar, coffee, cutlery...

There is a parking place next to the mini metro to get to the center.
Large but old apartment. NOT very clean. The air conditioner is not oriented towards the rooms, so if you find yourself in a hot time, the night will be hot.

Perfect
15 minutes by car from the center of Perugia. Nearby there is a supermarket. I found this to be a good starting point for visiting Umbria.
