Very nice large apartment with everything you need. Good location if you have a car.
The owner is not very nice. We had advised that we would arrive around 8pm. Once we arrived in Trento, however, we decided to go to the apartment to leave things etc. We try to call and text the owner to warn her of our warning but nothing. We wait an hour and still decide to go in front of the house (1.30pm) and she finally replies saying that there is no one there and that we would have to wait another hour ... For heaven's sake, she was right to have organized herself since we had given a different time. However: 1 - if you want to rent a house it would be good if there is always someone available around there 2 - if you can't, at least look at the phone and answer customer calls (especially if they are the ones about to arrive) 3 - ok to be right, but there must be education and respect. She was really rude and when we arrived she didn't show either but she sent her husband......
The legos in the "children's" room
- unfriendly and impolite staff (I advise you to write on the description of the structure how long the car must be, especially if you are traveling with a trolley .. in order to avoid conflicts on the SAME DAY OF DEPARTURE) -the room intended for the children was without shutters..at 6.00 everyone was already awake. - the rooster in the courtyard "crow" all afternoon until 18/18.30 and then all morning (6.00/9.30) - presence of dust
The house and the owners are welcoming.
No TV.
Very warm and clean house. Quiet and out of the chaos of the city. Very kind owner. Kitchen not used but well stocked.
Lack of television. Paid WiFi. Very "old" decor. And unfortunately the roosters in the nearby chicken coops didn't let us sleep much.
