Excellent communication with the host who has given us all the directions and suggested places to go. Spacious apartment, very clean, modern and very tastefully decorated in a stately building. It is like in the photos and even more. The neighborhood where it is located allowed us to explore the city on foot. Easy to get to from the airport. We recommend it without a doubt!!!

We liked everything! The apartment is located in the very center of the city, ideal for walking around the city and connecting to the airport, it is beautiful and functional, equipped with everything you need. The owner is very available, she allowed us to check in immediately upon arrival and given the rain to keep us in the apartment before leaving. He also gave us some great food recommendations!

This beautiful apartment is located right in the middle of the Latin Quarter, with the challenges this entails when you are in a car. With the help of an English-speaking officer as a translator, we managed to communicate with our sweet hostess who did not speak much English. We found a public parking space not far from the apartment. Had an exciting stay in the busy city, in good surroundings.

The location was great: very central and everything you can reach on foot! The host Adriana was incredibly helpful and friendly. Just great! You received a traditional almond cake as a gift, and Adriana always gave you tips on restaurants and bars! Just great!

Very nice hostess, great welcome, good communication with personal key delivery, perfect location, very good restaurant (Il Combusone) right next to it. Station buses 101, 102, 124 are all in close proximity. Still a quiet place in the yard. No traffic noise!!

We had a wonderful stay, Adriana and her husband's professionalism and great friendliness. There will definitely not be other places where we would like to return to in Palermo. From now on, this apartment will be our landmark, with attention to the smallest detail and with all the comforts. Ideal location for visiting the center of Palermo.

Well maintained house

Adriana welcomed us very warmly. She even picked us up and explained where we could park (almost) for free. She gave us a lot of good advice. We arrived in Palermo early in the morning and were able to easily check in early. Very clean and quiet (in the backyard) but still very central so you can explore Palermo on foot.

The apartment is beautiful, completely renovated and tastefully furnished. Situated in the very center of the city, it has an ideal location to reach all the main sights on foot; it is also located a stone's throw from the airport and train station transfer stops. Although it is close to the nightlife, at night you can rest in peace. Hostess Adriana is a very nice person, very helpful and cordial; he gave me valuable information about places to visit and places to try typical dishes and in addition he made me find the long awaited prosecco and the traditional macaroons. Highly recommended!

An ideal place to stay in Palermo. The apartment is very central but still quiet. Marco greeted us very well, a small bottle of Prosecco was waiting for us in the fridge. The studio is modern but comfortable. The bed is very comfortable. I can't say much about the kitchen equipment, we only made coffee there (who cooks from the food offered in Palermo ...). The airport bus stop is almost right on the doorstep. I would stay here again with great pleasure!

Greetings and kindness Marco, who accompanied us to the apartment, offered to bring us our bags, left a mini bottle of sparkling wine in the apartment and fresh water in the fridge (vital in July in Sicily). The coffee machine with capsules and almond butter cookies is also very popular. These are the little gestures that matter, really great work! The loft has been recently refurbished and is equipped with every comfort (the kitchen is very well equipped). Of particular value is the location, which allows quick and easy access to the city's main cultural attractions, thanks to the availability of public transport stops just a few meters from the hotel. To sweeten my stay also almond sweets suggested by the owner, a sophisticated person. Highly recommended.

I came to Palermo for a business meeting and staying at this structure was an incredible choice !!! Brand new apartment with all amenities, well tidy, new and super equipped bathroom. Very comfortable and very quiet bedroom. Despite the fact that I had little time, I managed to get an idea of ​​the beautiful city ... The main historical sites were very close ... Teatro Massimo, the Cathedral and everything within walking distance ... even an amazing aperitif on the terrace La Rinascente and dinner at La Cala, the city's tourist port. I will return to Palermo with my wife and children and we will stay at least a week to visit this beautiful city more thoroughly and we will return here in Gli Amalfitani ... we can also cook ... the kitchen is fully equipped! !!!!
