Geographical location at the top!
Very little water flow both in the evening and the next morning with little heat, large dust under the bed and an exaggerated request for information before being able to enter the premises. Control yes, but not excessively! This is getting oppressive…!

Great experience in a super modern and clean facility
Modern, new, very clean structure. Online check-in is convenient and super simple (don't be intimidated by those who say it's complicated, because it's not at all). Despite being on a very central street (in any case pedestrian), once the windows and shutters are closed, there is no noise in the room. Large bathroom with a proper hair dryer, not the usual prehistoric hair dryers usually found in hotels. I would definitely go back without batting an eye

Enjoyable but need some adjustments
Room "Brattea Blue" spacious and quiet with a pleasant balcony. Ideal location for exploring the historic center. Easy access with code.
Poor room lighting. There is only one wall light with 9 light bulbs, 4 of which were off / missing. A support base is missing. The console surface is entirely occupied by cups, glasses and a kettle (useful and welcome but they take up space). Finally, a second armchair and a mirror in which to see oneself entirely would prove to be very useful. Space is not lacking and the effort would be minimal …

Pleasant weekend in Padua
Clean, spacious and quiet room. Excellent location for visiting the city.
I want to think it was an oversight, but the only toiletries present was a small packaged bar of soap. Considering the cost of the room I certainly expected at least something more to take a shower.

The location is perfect. In the historic centre. Spacious and well-kept rooms. Quiet despite the structure being in a very central area.
We had to do the self check-in (which, however, is not a choice like at Ikea but an imposition). Half an hour to be able to register, photograph documents, take surreal selfies (!!!? We were in the car on top of that). If I go to a facility of this standard, I expect that I don't have to do the job of receptionist. Added to this is that the wi fi was not working (I had a video call and I needed it) and my report was totally ignored. In a nutshell: excellent situation and bad service.

Excessive cost for a non-service
Central location
Poor cleaning, no assistance in case of need, no reception, no service. We wasted more than an hour helping 2 elderly people in difficulty because they didn't know what they had to do to access, the owners rejected calls, given the cost of the structure it's absurd. I would not go there again

Fantastic location in the center, new and very spacious room. Absolutely to be recommended.
A small note for the absence of a wardrobe / rack where to arrange clothes with the exception of a small coat hanger at the entrance. I would also recommend some wall hooks in the bathroom for towels. Inability to vary the internal temperature of the room while regulating the thermostat as instructed.

I would go back but watch out for cleanliness!
Very central location, only a little noisy but the room very welcoming and comfortable. the added value is not having the key, excellent online check-in.
Dirty bed cover. I wanted to change my credit card at check out but it was not possible, I was forced to pay with the card I had entered for the reservation. They were adamant about this and it's never happened to me before.

Expansion of the botanical garden
The small Blooms Botanicalrooms building in Padua has 5 rooms. Check-in is done remotely and the login code is sent on the day of arrival via whatsapp, but someone is always easy to reach via whatsapp and responds quickly. The room fully corresponded to the photos and description: a good repair in an old building. However, the stay would be more enjoyable if you could unpack your suitcase.. really, there is absolutely nothing to put or store your things in (only 3 hangers at the entrance) There is no breakfast in the hotel, but it is well indicated in the description, and cafe V is right opposite on Via Roma is perfect (welcome and products). Recommended rooms.
There are no shelves or cabinets, but there is plenty of space!

Stay above our expectations
All! The room exceeded our expectations. Large, bright, welcoming, clean, quiet and with attention to detail. Helpful and friendly staff. In addition, even if breakfast is not included, tea infusions and biscuits can be ordered in the room. The property is located in a convenient and central location.
Maybe I would put a shelf to put shower gel and sponge in the shower.

The accommodation is located in the heart of the pedestrian zone, it is impossible to drive up to the house, so it is not ideal for travelers with large luggage. Reception by code, key in the apartment. Modern, tastefully furnished, very clean, bright, quiet and with a terrace at the back.

Room and location
Check In - the letter with the access code did not come, only after a difficult search for the phone number we received the access code by phone (we already made friends with the search for another accommodation, because we could not enter the room). The air conditioner could not be turned off, it was pulled directly onto the bed, which caused us to catch a bad cold.

Not for the faint of heart...
Very good central location. Still quiet due to very good windows. Attractive room design.
You can't see anyone because there is no staff on site. You only receive a contact phone number. From this you get (theoretically) a numerical code that opens the door to the house and the door to the room the same way, unlocked from 15:00 to 10:00 the next day. So far, so good. It's just stupid if the person behind the contact phone number forgets to send you the code on the morning of your arrival and does not answer various calls - in my opinion, this should not happen under any circumstances and too clearly shows the weakness of an extremely cheap provider, because extremely personnel-saving system. At 2:36 pm, I finally got through to the person ("oops... something happened this morning..."). I don't know how others see it, for me it's a "no"! This caused us a lot of stress and we had to look around to see if there was anything else in Padua on such a short notice because the city or university was hosting the European Congress and we didn't want to spend the night in the car.

Unforgettable, wonderful vacation!
The room, like the hotel, has been refurbished with great care and talent, everything is very nice, very comfortable and clean. The room is huge and quiet and our host is very attentive and helpful. We had a lot of fun staying here and we will definitely be back!

Ideal location. minimalistic. The price/quality ratio is not quite balanced.
The location is super central in the pedestrian area. Due to parking restrictions in the old town, parking is regulated and easy. The accommodation was very clean and modern/stylish. We really appreciated the water in the fridge when it was very hot.
There is no possibility to hang clothes (clothes rail/wardrobe etc.), instead there is only a mini wardrobe. In general, the furniture is very minimalist. The hostel is very noisy. Security was an issue as other users of other (holiday) apartments left the front door open.

The location is great, in the city center but still quiet. The room is neat, clean and nicely furnished.
We would give the hotel top marks if there was personal service. Everything (as it is now in many hostels) is only online or via SMS - access to the house by code, online registration is required, of course everything is in English - all this is difficult, long and expensive. On a round trip with several rooms of this type, you are sitting in front of the screen for too long in advance. And in the end, you leave the hostel without meeting a single person ... We are also reluctant to send personal information, a copy of an ID card, a recent selfie, an online signature, etc. to a third party who performs online registration .

The limits of everything thanks to WhatsApp and 100% design
The reported codes for opening doors (buildings and apartments) were incorrect. No closets or storage space. There are no chairs. Weak air conditioning, unable to go below 26 ° and lukewarm water. Well located but 100% design and all whatsapp clearly has limitations....

Proximity to the center... The car park a few steps from the hotel and the patisserie under the house are ideal for breakfast, which, thanks to the good weather, we could enjoy on the terrace from which we could enjoy a good view... mess on arrival with wrong code handed out, leaving us with our suitcases at the door. However, we appreciated being able to leave our suitcases until 3pm without having a room. And, like many customers, a 10 am flight is unheard of, the bedroom door is locked at this time (according to the WhatsApp correspondent) 12 hours usually. Let's be honest to the end: we were able to leave the suitcases in the closet to pick them up later.

Modern housing in the city center in a beautiful house

Comfortable stay and super convenient central location.
Extremely helpful staff, always available on the phone to answer my requests for help. Very clean and comfortable room in the center of Padua. Well furnished with soundproof windows despite being on the ground floor of a busy pedestrian street.
There is a wall lamp in the room which is always dimly lit, but at night it can be a bit annoying. perfect vacation!.

Blooms is located in a very central area and close to all attractions. The room was cozy and tastefully decorated. Before booking, I read a few comments about cold rooms, but after my stay, I have to say that this is not the case. The temperature set by the design is more than excellent. The room is quiet and the beds are really comfortable. The staff (even if not physically present) is always ready to help in everything. Advised!!!

Unbalanced price/quality ratio.
Very central location, very convenient. Modern well renovated building.
Compared to the price paid, many amenities are missing. Firstly, breakfast, a coffee machine with waffles and sweets will suffice. There is not even a mini-bar, only a refrigerator with a bottle of water for everyone (only natural). There are two pillows, but they are both the same, so there is no choice. There is only one soap for the sink in the bathroom, no soap for the bidet and only one bag of shampoo and one shower gel. There are no shelves for soap in the shower. Green flashing lights do not let you sleep in the dark and are very annoying for those who love the dark.

One night in Padua
The structure is centrally located, comfortable and quiet. Registration was easy despite the online mode. The structure is comfortable and relaxing. It is also well maintained and very clean place. When I return to Padua, I will not hesitate to contact the owner, who proved to be friendly and available for any questions or clarifications.
The only thing that seemed unpleasant to me was the curtains on the windows in the bathroom. Unfortunately, they are translucent and you can see who is in the bathroom through the curtains from the terrace. Otherwise, I found everything very well maintained and dosed.

Room cleaning was perfect. I always worry about the cleanliness of the rooms, but the room was spotless. New facilities and finishes without any damage and beautiful. The location was also great. In the heart of Padua. Tram and bus across the same street.
The beds were ok but a bit hard for my personal taste. But that's just my taste. I have no complaints about the placement. We were all very happy during the stay.

Beautiful rooms, central location
Great location, room and entire property recently refurbished. Nice feeling of space with lots of quality. Access to accommodation with previously delivered pin code, no front desk on site. Very polite staff in exchange via whatsapp.
The object is serviced without the presence of personnel. The hotel does not have breakfast. (There are excellent coffee bars in the immediate vicinity.)

Unfortunately, what I can write about this hotel is only very bad things. Starting from the time of booking, which said "no prepayment", which is completely wrong, as the money was taken from my credit card at the time of booking, causing a number of inconveniences due to the fact that, as a business trip, we had to pay at check-in on arrival. Arriving at the structure around 7:30 pm (tired from the trip and eager to leave luggage, freshen up and prepare for the dinner we were planning to have with our clients in Padua), we found the two rooms dirty and in disarray from previous clients. A real surprise!! Communication with the staff was very difficult as we had a referee who had no answers that could solve the problem until we were able to speak to another person. We stayed on the stairs of the building (they don't have a reception desk) for about 1 hour waiting for someone to tell us what to do. We left our luggage in the room and left without being able to use the bathroom. They sent a cleaning company that finished cleaning the rooms at 21:40. These are the facts, alas! I think what happened is very serious, especially in times of covid. I was waiting for a call from the manager, but they told me that he was on a business trip and could not call me, even the next day, apparently. What I received are whatsapp messages. Booking as an intermediary did not provide me with logistical assistance. Result: Booking: €20 voucher for next trip Blooms Botanical Rooms: €30 discount for a total of €232 This is unacceptable for me and my colleague. They did not act like serious and professional people.

Perfect stay in the center of Padova
Fantastic and spacious apartment located in the center of Padua. Modern decor and bathroom. Very spacious roof terrace. Contact Ludivico via whatsapp. The contact was good and fast.
It would be nice to have a small sitting area in the room. It would also be better if there were more decorations on the terrace.

Highly recommended place to stay
The communication between our landlord and the authorized agency was excellent. Our personal advisor Ludovico was always available, competent and always ready to help. Even before we moved into our room, he contacted us on his cell phone, introduced himself and later gave us the room code. Not having to fiddle with house keys was (actually) a relief. The location right in the pedestrianized area of Padua was ideal for reaching many of the attractions, restaurants and shops. The room was large and the bathroom had its own window. The room and bathroom were cleaned every day, towels were changed more than often enough. The balcony with a table, 2 chairs and a large parasol was a great place to retreat when the daytime temperatures dropped. There was an elevator.
Our room was connected to the next room (of course, locked) by a door, so there would be quite a lot of space if necessary. Until the next room was occupied, it was pleasantly quiet with us. However, when it was occupied for a short time by several people, there was a feeling that they were talking with us in the same room. They must have had a similar experience, for example, when our television was turned on. But with a little attention to each other, “modus vivendi” arose between us without further ado. The downside to the actual advantage of not having a key was that after entering the code for a room door, the two of us always had to push the door hard until it opened. Incidentally, this did not happen with the cleaner code, as we were convinced of on the day of departure.

Unfortunately the rooms are very poorly soundproofed. If you want your privacy, you are wrong. It's a shame that there is no way to leave your luggage. Then it is advisable to rent a room in a hotel with a 24-hour front desk. Unfortunately, on the first day we were a little unlucky. In the morning, the electricity went out for several hours, water was dripping from the ceiling. Then I had to move to a smaller room.

The only point of criticism. Give a hint about the best place to park. The parking situation in the city center is rather difficult.

Bells and swallows over the old city
These are really very tastefully furnished rooms, as shown in the photographs. I had large patio doors including the bathroom. The mattresses were the best I've slept on. In the center of the old town and at the same time very quiet. Only bells, swallows and blackbird singing. Anna warmly and punctually greeted me and said goodbye. I could still leave my suitcase at the bed and breakfast until the train left. The location couldn't be better. Best recommendation for Tramezzini breakfast cafes and bars from Anna. Good internet. Everything is perfect and I hope to be back soon! Grace Mille!

Rare pearl
The B&B is located in the very center of the city, on the main pedestrian street and in the immediate vicinity of all attractions. The structure is completely new, the rooms are very nice and spacious, furnished with taste and simplicity. The reception and check-in during Covid was done online, but before leaving we finally met Anna and she was really kind and sweet! With friends, we have already decided that we will return to Padua and will definitely come back here! Stra is recommended!

A very modern and well maintained building in the very center of the city. Very large and very clean rooms, we had a nice large terrace. The manager, Anna, is very polite and helpful. This was the first time I have stayed at this hotel and I will definitely choose it again next time I return to Padua.

We had a great and very enjoyable stay. Anna was a great host!
The location was a dream! It couldn't be more central and right in the middle of the city. The room is very quiet with attention to detail. The equipment was just great! We felt very, very comfortable and came back again and again.
