Also great for longer stays, exceptional new location is equipped!
the structure, a stone's throw from the center of Nova Levante, is new, very well equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, many pots and pans) and very well structured (in our mini we had two independent rooms so as to manage the girls in peace with their room ) with everything you need! exceptional quality/price. very kind and helpful host. Really recommended!

We felt very comfortable! The apartment (Rotwand) is big enough for two-three people, very clean and well equipped, with everything you need! Very nice and helpful landlady. The location is excellent for hikes and errands - also restaurants / cafes - everything within walking distance. Only the "traffic noise (surrounded by two streets) not so nice. But the windows have soundproofing - which is good!

Very nice accommodation in the center, ideal for skiers
Haus Martin is in a great location. You can reach everything on foot - be it a ski rental shop, a supermarket or a bakery. The lift is just a few minutes away. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. We had the largest apartment with a large terrace and a lot of space. The kitchen is also very well equipped. We would like to come again.
We felt very comfortable here and did not complain about anything.

The apartment is comfortable and beautiful, close to all shops. Although the village of Nova Levante is small, it has two supermarkets, two bakeries, a butcher's shop, various cafes, pubs and restaurants. There is also a beautiful playground in front of the house, and the information office is right at the foot of the building where the apartments are located. You can take the train and easily reach Nova Levante from Bolzano by bus. Once there, there are always free buses to get to the ski slopes, which are 15 minutes away.
For those who want to cook at home, the equipment is not included. However, the owner is very willing to correct any imperfections.

Holidays in Latemar and rosaries
Very nice place to stay in the center of Welschnofen! A bakery and a grocery store are in the immediate vicinity, and the cable car is within walking distance. Wonderful stay with good hosts ...

Ideal apartment for a varied vacation

Guided tours and more.
The concern for the environment and the human dimension are immediately perceived. The opening hours of the stores say this without saying a word.
That there are only 3 TV channels in Italian and 200 in German. That you are met first in German, and then, possibly, in Italian.

Ideal for hiking or skiing in luxury apartments.
We had a two bedroom top floor apartment in the "Haus Martin" tenement with 4 people. The rooms are tastefully and comfortably furnished. Enough storage space. The kitchen with a dining area is spacious and comfortable. The apartment has a balcony overlooking the street and a large terrace (wow !!!) overlooking the rose garden and Latemar. Parking is free. A tourist information office is also located in the building if Ms Neulichedl has not yet been able to answer all the questions. The hostess is very welcoming and helpful. The shops are very good and can be reached on foot in just 2-3 minutes.
Everything is perfect! However, it would be nice if there was a hotel in Welschenofen with a Tyrolean menu that can be found in huts.

Comfortable, welcoming and equipped with everything you need. Excellent location, close to supermarket, pharmacy, gondola lift and several bars and restaurants. The staff are very kind and helpful (even if check-in was scheduled for 15.00, we were able to access the structure earlier).

Corresponds to the price (below the norm), but with problems
1. The owner was really kind 2. Spacious and bright kitchen with all the amenities. 3. Optimal location of the facility next to the bus stop.
1. The shower must be closed by a cubicle, as every time the bathroom is washed, the entire bathroom is flooded and you must dry with a simple brush, courtesy of the design. 2. A bedroom on the ground floor with a window overlooking a busy street in the early morning, which leads to sleep disturbance. 3. It is advisable to install shutters / shutters to prevent light from entering at night and at dawn: a white curtain is not very functional. 4. Indicate that the services do not include public transport tickets, but are paid for by guests differently than indicated on the Booking website. 5. Our room was never cleaned, except what was written in the regulations, according to which it is cleaned every day from 9 to 12.

Very beautiful
It was a great stay. The rooms were very large and the bed was comfortable. It was nice to have coffee in the morning on the small balcony. The location is great and the hosts are very helpful and friendly. We will be happy to return.

The location was central but with a lot of traffic noise from the neighboring town. Very friendly hostess, excellent and very well equipped modern apartment.

We were very satisfied, we enjoyed a beautiful week according to our imagination!
The location is very good, 10 minutes walk to the Laurin cable car, 50 km to the Passo Pordoi cable car. . . Accommodation perfect, clean, spacious / for 2 people 48 m /. The host is nice, accommodating!

The hostess was very nice and always tried to keep us informed. The apartment is very spacious and nicely furnished. We were really comfortable. Everything, such as the bakery, the spar and the pizzeria, can be reached very quickly at about 50 m.

Cozy, practical and with a large kitchen. Apartment with two separate bedrooms. Large terrace with armchairs and sun loungers. Very good drinking water, saves a lot of plastic waste! Central location, easy access to everything you need for self service. Very nice host.
There is no separate toilet, out of four people you need to organize yourself. Otherwise, the toilet will have a traffic jam tomorrow.

Great place for skiing and more
The apartment is very comfortable. Equipped with everything you need. Very comfortable beds, everything is new and very clean. The location of the apartment is also very good, we walked about 300 m to the descent. There are many paths for walking. We were with dogs, and we had where to walk. The owner was very nice, she provided us with maps of the slopes and surrounding attractions. Recommended, I would love to come back here in the summer, because that should be great too.

Very central location, everything in close proximity. Very friendly host. The size of the apartment, there is enough space for storage and hanging. The wifi is very good. The heating is very good.
No toilet paper, no salt, no sugar, etc., no dishwasher detergent.
