What a beauty Noto!

Nice house with some tricks to implement
The house is well organized, 3 rooms, one with a bathroom, another bathroom in the house, a beautiful terrace with a small barbecue. Below is a small private pool.
The kitchen was not particularly clean and the water in the bathroom had a fair amount of jet power.

Cozy and familiar
Elvira was a wonderful hostess. He made several recommendations for us to visit and they were all very successful. The room for 2 adults and 2 girls was large and comfortable, overlooking the pool. Breakfast was varied and correct. Perfect!
The distance to the center of Noto to get to the restaurants on foot is about 10 minutes, but it seems like a pleasant walk.

Loved the great hospitality
The hospitality was excellent despite the fact that only a limited number of people spoke English. Every effort has been made to make you feel comfortable. The breakfast was very plentiful and of good quality and served in a lovely garden setting. There can be great drinks in the afternoon.
Everything was neat and tidy, but sometimes there was a stuffy smell in the bathroom.

Great apartment with a view and great garden with swimming pool. The host was super.
Great location with fantastic views. Only 10 minutes' walk to the center of Noto. The host was great; picked us up at the train station when we arrived and drove us to the bus station when we left. Could also drive us to the supermarket if needed. Excellent breakfast with fresh baked goods, yoghurt and fruit. Great garden with swimming pool. Large apartment with large veranda. Recommended!!

Very clean!!
Extremely industrial and tasteless breakfast. Nothing was homemade or appetizing. The color of the walls is dark and depressing, I understand that the finish is to taste but. To top it off, the windows were always closed, which accentuated the darkness.

Good location for visiting Noto and its surroundings!
The room assigned to us (family of 4) was very large with good breakfast and convenient location for walking to the center of Noto. A special positive note about the reception of the Lady who runs the structure because she is really helpful and friendly. Having a garden and swimming pool is also a positive.
The only negative remark that is a suggestion: the air conditioner needs to be improved because it is very noisy and not very efficient. During the summer, the area is very hot and a better air conditioning system is needed.

Relax and welcome to Noto
The structure is well maintained, from the rooms to the garden and pool, which is definitely an added value. The location is perfect, you can leave the car in the parking lot and walk to the center of Noto on foot. The room was large, clean and well furnished. Varied and plentiful breakfast with sweet, savory and attention to any dietary requirement (gluten/lactose free, etc.). Mrs Elvira is very kind, helpful and very polite. Highly recommended!

Good location, little comfort
- The hostess greeted us kindly. -great location! You can walk to the city and restaurants in 10 minutes. - The rooms can be darkened well, the room is large and looks exactly like the pictures. -There is an open wardrobe and a wardrobe - a delicious breakfast with juice, buns, muesli: not always replenished and on the second day there were some things; good coffee - Room and bathroom were clean so far
-the refrigerator in the room is very noisy, it wakes you up at night - the neighbor's dog constantly barks, so you either won't fall asleep at night or wake up (of course, the hostess can't help it) -it's too bad that there is no WLAN in the room (only in the bathroom ). There was very good internet in the breakfast room - unfortunately we were not allowed to sit there (there was no explanation, just "no"); no internet outside by the pool -We didn't/couldn't use the pool. Upon arrival, the son and his friends played in it and the pool was "occupied" with a cleaning device for the next few days; no umbrella under the scorching sun by the pool -A/C noisy and directly above one of the single beds; unfortunately, she was not good either - a rather unpleasant situation was that the cleaning lady arbitrarily entered our room and started cleaning when we were not there for long; although we didn't ask for it (there is an additional charge for additional cleaning of the room...) - we only asked for new towels; luckily we came back after a while, were able to clear things up and didn't have to pay anything extra. - We were the only guests as far as we could tell but felt more bothered by us - the hostess seemed annoyed at times and called and watched videos in the breakfast room in the morning so we couldn't eat relaxed

Welcoming
Large, clean rooms with everything you need. Friendly and helpful owner. Very positive is the fact that you can park in the yard, which is within walking distance. Perhaps the breakfast could be improved. The place with the pool is definitely recommended.

Welcome Elvira, non-central and quiet location, swimming pool and garden: ideal place to relax and at the same time 10-12 minutes from the center and bars/restaurants.
Everything was great except the shower which was often warm (depending on occupancy and other guests' use).

Highly recommended!
We occupied the entire top floor of an old villa with a great view. Living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large kitchen, balcony and huge roof terrace. Parking in a fenced yard. A very pleasant and helpful hostess lives with her husband and two sons on the ground floor. The breakfast is on the middle floor, there are also 1-2 smaller apartments. The hostess prepares all specialty coffees, roasts or boils eggs and prepares a first class breakfast buffet for the two of us every day. 10 minutes walk to the old town.

Good address for a night in Noto
Good location in Noto with parking place in the yard. Very nice well maintained house. Hearty breakfast with fresh products. Very friendly host.
Disappointing outside: the pool is covered at this time and the outside is really not maintained (at the end of March). The room is generally well equipped, but there is one problem: there is only warm water in the shower…

Confortevole
The structure is neat and clean. Private parking and swimming pool in the garden. The room was huge. excellent and varied breakfast Beautiful view of the historic center of Noto, easily reachable on foot in a few minutes.
The room was huge with 2 single beds and one double however one side of the double was so close to the wall it was very difficult to get through. Unfortunately, poor street cleaning is often repeated in many places in Sicily that we have visited. It doesn't make walking around the city center as pleasant as it should be.

The perfect home to visit Noto
A very enjoyable stage. The room is spacious and the decor (bedroom and bathroom) is simple, comfortable and modern. The pool is a real plus when it's 35 degrees!
Villa Rosaria is a 10 minute - 1/4 hour walk from the city center which is very convenient. The path (very difficult) deserves to be distributed on the map to travelers ... Thank you!

Big potential
The house is very well structured and is in a strategic location 10 minutes from the center of Noto. Great pool and friendly host. The terrace of the apartment is wonderful. Convenient parking.
Some aspects need to be considered better, including. - no drain shower and broken shower head - clogged coffee machine - rather scarce kitchen utensils (e.g. bowls and cutting boards) - terrace tables and chairs - garden maintenance - terrace lighting

Hospitality in beautiful surroundings.
Great place with the sweetest host. Incredibly helpful, beautiful pool with a view of Noto. You eat breakfast in a homely environment and they serve up delicious coffee, fruit, bread and many sweet delicacies. It is about a 15-minute walk to the cathedral. Will definitely stay there again if I come back to Noto.

The structure and owner are very welcoming. The pool and garden are undoubtedly a strong point as they are in very good condition. Huge and clean room, rich breakfast. The center is a 10-15 minute walk.
The only very small drawback: especially with the pool, the balcony in the room would be great, or at least a place to hang wet clothes.

Perfect solution
The B&B is located in a beautiful villa on the outskirts of Noto in a quiet area. The center can also be reached on foot via a small road pointed out to us by the very kind owner. The rooms are very large, although a bit dirty, with TV, AC and fridge. The bathroom is new, but I recommend replacing the microscopic mirror. There is also a pleasant swimming pool in the small garden. Breakfast is acceptable.

Villa Rosaria is a really nice place
Villa Rosary is great, really nice place to stay and visit Noto. Elvira and Jaime are very nice and helpful people. The breakfast is rich and there is a decent selection. In 5-10 minutes walk you will reach the city center (the road is not the most beautiful). The ability to park your car in the yard is a big advantage, parking inside Noto is not possible. One evening we took advantage of the lovely garden table and dined while looking out over the historic center of Noto.
The room is very nice because it shows that there was an excellent renovation, but it was very dark with us, it only had a very small window and there was no balcony. In the bathroom, I would recommend a slightly larger mirror and two towel racks, as well as two more clothes racks.

Correct value for money
all the staff are very expensive, very helpful. Great breakfast with everything fresh. The excellent location allows beautiful walks through the center of Noto and easy access to the motorway by car. The room is very big and comfortable. Convenient pool outside the door, which can be used at any time, even on the day when you need to leave the structure.
The only drawback of the room was the uncomfortable bed and the almost complete lack of lighting inside. The cleanliness of the room and the pool left much to be desired.

Stay in Noto
The building is in a very convenient location. In 10 minutes on foot you will reach the center. Large and comfortable room with a truly exceptional bathroom. The view from the room is very impressive, the landscape is the backdrop for the pool in the garden, which, although small, is very beautiful. The garden is beautiful and full of plants. The hostess Elvira and her employee were very helpful.
The breakfast has definitely improved in quantity and quality. There are no artisanal and / or typical local products. Sin.

The apartment is very spacious, with all the comforts for relaxation. An exceptional terrace that can be used at any time of the day, as it is always ventilated with a view of the city of Noto. The center can be reached on foot in a few minutes.

Excellent location: within a 10 minute walk you can easily reach the center of Noto. Excellent value for money and quality. Very clean facility. Very spacious and quiet room (however we asked the owner to move us to a more internal room as we were given a room overlooking the breakfast room upon arrival). Owner Availability: She provided us with a free cooler bag for our excursions. Very nice outdoor pool for relaxation.
Breakfast is too minimalistic and of poor quality. Jams are perhaps the cheapest available in the supermarket (only 50% fruit); on the first day there was only tea of the Auchan brand without caffeine (in the following days it was combined with other types of tea). Also, breakfast only starts at 8.30 am (we had to bring a packed lunch 2 out of 4 am to go hiking) and then seating is limited: other couples asked to wait while other guests vacated the table. The hair dryer did not work in our bathroom (luckily we had our own), the toilet paper holder and heated towel rail broke.

Breakfast after 8.15/30. Maybe from 7.30 it would be a fair compromise to let the traveler enjoy the still not too hot morning hours to set off. Little cleaning in the pool, sunbeds full of earth and lots of anthills, a shame because it would be great to lie down and take a bath
