Very good location, in the center between Via Tribunale and Spaccanapoli. Not far from Dante or Duomo metro stations. Bathroom complete with everything in excellent condition. In addition, the strategic position (Via di San Gregorio Armeno) allows you to reach on foot many of the cultural attractions of the city, the dungeons of Naples, the San Severo Chapel, the Archaeological Museum, Piazza Dante. Easily accessible by public transport, but if you're driving like I am, ask the garage owner neapolis (very kind) who provides in addition to a parking space also an LTZ permit to enter the central areas included in the price. The apartment is also located in the courtyard, which allows you not to hear the noise of the busy streets surrounding it. Finally, I thank Giuseppe, the owner, who was very willing to help us with all our requests. Long live Naples. If you want to experience the real Naples, this is the right place ....... on one of the most characteristic streets of San Gregorio Armeno, a stone's throw from all the main tourist attractions. We stayed in this fully equipped apartment for two nights and Giuseppe was very helpful and attentive giving us valuable advice. Super recommended!!!

The location is great, central and quiet and easily accessible from the train station. Giuseppe was very helpful in recommending attractions and restaurants. We loved it, if I came back to Naples, I would come back here!

The location of the apartment was perfect, very convenient for all the main attractions of the city and allowed us to visit all this without using public transport most of the time; We really liked that, despite the fact that we are on one of the central streets, in the evening it was very quiet and not at all noisy. The house was really big, even too big for three people as it has 5 beds and so we took the opportunity to take each of our seats. It has everything from kitchen equipment to towels and personal care products. The owner, Giuseppe, made sure we found packaged croissants, biscuits and jams for breakfast, as well as water in the fridge and fruit juices. He was also very kind as he gave us a lot of advice on what to visit and above all where to eat some real typical Neapolitan food. The air conditioner really saved us from the heat that raged in these early days of July. If we ever return to Naples, we will definitely be here in Dea Partenope!

Spartan but a real hotel, it fully represents the soul of Naples in all its aspects ... a patio overlooking the courtyard, attention to simple but well-kept details, impeccable cleanliness and a warm and welcoming atmosphere, even if only for the night. I thank Giuseppe, the owner who was available to show me the way even after check-in and check-out hours, a very nice and kind person who reveals all the "Neapolitan" and its most beautiful nuances.
