Very nice place, not very comfortable apartment.
Friendly staff, very convenient location to get to the center of Naples, but at the same time away from the hustle and bustle. Stunning panorama overlooking Maschio Angioino (Castel Nuovo) and Vesuvius.
A very large and potentially comfortable apartment, but very dirty and dilapidated, indicating a very superficial cleanliness of the rooms. I think the beds haven't been cleaned for a long time and the mattresses are very dirty under the sheets. Dust and fluff under the bed. The bathroom is very dirty, there is dust in the corners, traces of old guests, a broken toilet seat, old faucets. A pity.

The apartment is atmospheric, but neglected.

The apartment was in poor technical condition, the bathroom tub was moldy and full of moisture, no toilet paper, no cosmetics, no chemicals; in the kitchen a non-working kettle and toaster. There was no TV or lamp in the bedroom, dirty clothes were visible from under the sheets. We were promised iron, unfortunately there was none. The owner / operator of the apartment did not answer the phone or reply to messages. No contact for TV and kettle repair requests. I do not recommend.

House smelling bad There is no air conditioning in the description. It is impossible to take a shower in the bathroom

Good
Right next to the funicular and just above the Spanish Quarter, the apartment is well located for night owls ... a little less for families because it is so noisy! Comfortable bedding and beautiful space. On the other hand, basic comfort for the kitchen and bathroom ...
