OK except for the bed and the noise from the neighbors
The location in the city center of Naples and the kindness of the owner
The bed mattress is not comfortable, a few cobwebs on the ceiling, unfinished landscaping work, and noise from neighbors

Enjoy your stay
The location is excellent for visiting the city, close to the streets with the most popular pizzerias and restaurants. The temperature in the room is ideal, you can hear some noise perhaps from the room above. The host was very kind, he welcomed us and took the time to show us the streets of Naples, the places not to be missed and various restaurants, etc. He also gave us the option to leave our bags after checkout. The room is small but it's fine for a 2/3 day stay.
We had some problems taking a shower, as the water didn't stay hot and got cold at times. The bed was comfortable enough, however there is a kind of hollow in the middle and it feels like a bit of sinking. I would add another pillow.

Travel Naples February
The very kind owners and always available for anything quiet place away from traffic warm room, close to many attractions as soon as we arrived Francesco showed us the whole area. We will definitely come back to them on our next trip to Naples!

Come to Naples and then … you come back!!!
A room in the center of Naples, practically on Spaccanapoli, very close to shops, pastry shops, and many attractions. The San Severo Chapel with the veiled Christ and the cloister of Santa Chiara are really very close. The owners of the hotel are very kind and helpful.
Some small inconvenience due to a very noisy boiler which was a bit capricious with hot and cold water.

Exceptional location
the structure is located in a very central position, easy to reach and perfect for getting around and reaching the most visited sites. Francesco and Valentina were extremely helpful with us, both upon our arrival and once contacted due to a problem with the shower which was promptly resolved! Definitely good value for money!
The room was cleaned twice in 5 days with a change of toilet paper, the problem is that the bathroom got dirty very easily due to the opening of the shower. Although we always used a mat to put out of the shower twice it got soaked making the whole floor dirty, if we had had even just a rag available we would have avoided keeping the bathroom dirty for 2 days in a row.

What `s the show ...
The sympathy of Vale and Francesco is truly unique, as is their welcome... Accurate and very nice advice on how to get around... I sincerely hope to be back soon... Really in front of Sorbillo, one of the number 1 pizzas in Naples...

great vacation
really great structure in a super strategic location in the middle of all services and then very well connected .. the staff is really very kind and very helpful really I was treated very well
unfortunately the housekeeping was not adequate.. overall a bit dirty, wish it was in this place otherwise it would have been spotless

Great location but ...
Great location, modern room, comfortable bed and wifi.
The described services are completely absent. We didn't even find hand soap, which would be the bare minimum these days. There are no bathroom sets, the toilet paper roll has already been started. No bottle of water in the fridge. We had to buy these things which we expected to find as we read in the description of the services. Despite this, the place is recommended due to its central location.
