Nice clean room.
Nice big room and spacious bathroom ensuite. Good coffee in the apartment and reasonable choice of Italian breakfast.
Bed was on the short side for my friend (192cm) so tall people may not be comfortable. 1 of the windows made a lot of noise when opening and closing.

Nice and quiet
The property is located in a very convenient location close to all services and is a very quiet area. Friendly and helpful host. Excellent breakfast and the room is nice and cozy (some renovation would be needed here and there).
The windows make a lot of noise to open them, as do the doors. Total absence of soundproofing (not just the room but the whole building). The shower had a strong smell from the drain. I found quite a few cobwebs in the room unfortunately.

He had everything. Fully equipped kitchen with nice breakfast comfortable room clean with daily room cleaning.

Four days of relaxation
Excellent location close to via Scarlatti, full of shops and restaurants, at the end of which is the Vanvitelli underground station with which to reach the centre. Super nice and helpful host. Hot tub a plus that brightened up our evenings and made the stay relaxing. Convenient kitchenette for common use where you can have breakfast. Excellent welcome for our furbaby with whom we were traveling.
