I recommend the structure a' Marunella, the location is excellent, the structure welcoming and very clean, with everything you need. The staff extremely helpful and kind.

Ideal for discovering the real Naples.
The location, the house in general, the cleanliness and helpfulness of the staff. The location is great because in 5 minutes or less walking you are in the very center of Naples. the cathedral is 10 meters away. big
I would improve some room service (for example I would put a few more bottles of water, a few coffee sachets...but these are actually details I would like to write as a suggestion. Breakfast at the bar is a great solution. Unfortunately the kindness of the barista NO , the only Neapolitan is not polite! This is not something that depends on the b & b, but on the character, which must have Neapolitan relatives!

very good choice for a short stay.
central location in old Naples. impeccable cleanliness.
effective double glazing but noisy area so it is not possible to leave the window open. dark room, we are always in electric light.

The rooms are in a great location.
The room is well located next to the cafe.
There was a funny smell coming from the bathroom and the breakfast was a bit poor (though typically Italian).

Friendliness and practicality in the heart of Naples
Fantastic stay - room comfortable and clean. Imma and Marcella are very hospitable and very kind people. We were looking for practicality and convenience... so we found these characteristics!
The room is not very soundproof but to be honest it didn't bother me much.

Wonderful and if I came back to Naples I would choose this hotel again
Breakfast was in the bar below the apartment, you got access with a voucher with which you could have coffee/tea/milk and a croissant of your choice, there was no continental breakfast, but in Naples it's better to have a light breakfast and then eat more round. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help with any advice or problem, great housekeeping and a brand new room. For those who want to cook, the kitchen is minimal, we didn't use it, if you want to cook I guess it's not for you. If, on the other hand, you want to enjoy the most central place, being late, having everything at your fingertips, then yes!!
Perfect room, if I really had to give advice I would put an extra chest of drawers in the room

Trip for two to Naples
Breakfast is at the bar next to it and it's delicious. The very friendly hosts even gave us some wine because we were on our honeymoon. From the outside the building looks old, but inside it is impressive.
The shower is very small and cute, however the water comes out a bit due to the way it is designed, consider something more absorbent to dry the water out.

Great place to stay in Naples. Perfect location, nice and functional rooms, staff were very nice and helpful despite late check in. Delicious breakfast at the bar on the ground floor of the building.

Everything is perfect! cozy, spotless room and perfect bathroom too! Very kind and very nice hosts! Crazy location, close to everything! Even the guys from the bar downstairs where you can have breakfast are super nice and nice!
The bells are loud but the windows are modern and well soundproofed which helps a lot!

Newly refurbished rooms, very comfortable and spacious. The bed and breakfast's location is ideal for those who wish to visit the city without having to walk long distances, the metro is just a 10-minute walk and the center is a 20-minute brisk walk. Very close to the property there are excellent bars and restaurants/pizzerias where you can sample typical foods. Welcome Marcella (owner) and Imma (co-author) two exquisite people who will be able to give you information on what to do in the area and ready to cater to the needs of any guest. I will return and recommend to anyone who asks me to stay in the center of Naples without spending too much.
Difficult to find because it is not signaled by any signs even outside the door. As soon as we arrived, we had to make several calls, which I could not explain, in order to open the door for me. The shower, bidet and sink drain water very slowly, if you are not careful you risk flooding the bathroom, as happened to me several times, despite the intervention of a plumber to solve the problem (a problem that I think can be easily solved with more precise control of the sewage system). The soundproofing of the room, I must say, is not the best, the noise coming from other rooms and from the corridor is clearly distinguishable.

Absolutely NOT a bed and breakfast!
The structure is good and the location is great. However, no one warned us that towels were not changed and cleaning was not done every day (which I took for granted). The next day, retreating to my room and realizing that there was no one in the room to clean and tidy up, I pointed out the problem, and only the next day they brought us clean towels, but no cleaning was done. Then, regarding breakfast, the structure has an agreement with the bar downstairs (with one of three drinks and one of three food options), on one of the days of my stay the bar was closed and after some hesitation they decided they brought us crackers, nutella and milk. On the last day we find that the bar is closed without any notice. This is definitely a guest house and not a B&B!
