Old and spacious room with large bathroom and painted ceiling. Very warm welcome: you feel like family. An excellent restaurant with an original slow food menu. The room and the restaurant are in the same old building. All family.
Nothing in this establishment! Only fog outside...
Kindness and hospitality; fantastic breakfast and dinner at the restaurant underneath the excellent B&B. A good starting point for many excursions.... conero loreto abbazia fiastra to name but a few.

B&B Montelupone is getting older but fits in with this beautiful historic site. Our room was small but clean with old furniture. Breakfast is typically Italian but with lots of fruit. I wouldn't recommend a holiday home but for a detour to explore the place and the Hinterlands is recommended. There were enough public parking spaces.
First of all, the cuisine is Michelin-rated and the staff are outstanding staff. With stratospheric courtesy, this family-run bed and breakfast is recommended for anyone looking for a break from the city's hustle and bustle.

The willingness of the owners to meet all our needs. Rich breakfast. An evening city tour organized by the owner to try ... very interesting and exciting. The restaurant on the ground floor of the B&B is absolutely fantastic, it combines excellent typical dishes from the Marche region at a reasonable price.
Nothing.
Everything, a hospitable view, attentive to the guest, excellent cuisine, a beautiful secret excursion.
The room could have been finished a little better
Sea view from the room, excellent restaurant service, exceptional service and friendliness of the staff.
It is a very characteristic old building with a rich history. The room we stayed in was very spacious and functional. The only thing, in August, on the hottest days, is very hot. However, it really is worth it, both for the structure and for Montelupone, a magical place full of curious anecdotes, among others, told in a fun and entertaining way by the organizers of the Mystery Tour (who also run the bed and breakfast). and for a very nice restaurant where we had dinner two nights out of three. We highly recommend this.
4 nights in this gorgeous medieval village with a structure that offers excellent restaurant service and a beautiful mystery night tour. The utmost friendliness and courtesy from the owners. Ideal location for any trip by the sea (Riviera Conero) or the surrounding mountains. We liked it very much.
Unfortunately, the historicity of the building does not allow for great innovations (the air conditioner is assigned to a portable split, and we suffered a little from the heat), but if you want to fully immerse yourself in history, this is the price to pay (with pleasure)
Borgo is very beautiful and peaceful. The staff were very kind, friendly and helpful
Air conditioning in the room, very noisy. Zero rest The access road to Borgo is practically a nightmare. However, there was a more affordable alternative, but no one offered anything.
This bed and breakfast is located in the center of the charming medieval village of Montelupone. Comfortable room with views of the hilly landscape and the sea in the distance, furnished with antique furniture. We loved the medieval style evening visit through the streets and underpasses of the village, organized and led by the son of the owners. A story that is passionate, lively and captivating, transported us through time and introduced us to the history and events of Montelupone. The two main characters are very good!

pleasant experience Review of Bed and Breakfast Montelupone View Pending Approval We stayed at the B&B for 5 nights, using it as a base to visit various places in the surrounding area, taking advantage of a strategic location for both the hinterland and the coast. Courtesy, approachability and professionalism are the qualities the staff gave us during this lovely stay, the cuisine of the artist's tavern is excellent, the mystery tour is also very fun and interesting (at a discounted rate if you stay at the bed and breakfast). ... The rooms are located in a historic residence in the center of the charming village of Montelupone, with wonderful views of the surrounding valley. Highly recommended, we hope to be back soon!
Wonderful stay. My partner and I stayed four nights and had a great time. The room had a great view, the restaurant was excellent, we did a mysterious tour which was so much fun. On top of all this, the kindness, hospitality and friendliness of Leonardo and his family are rare and precious. Highly recommend!
Central location, excellent restaurant, especially delicious pizza and risotto, helpful and helpful staff.
In particular, I liked the polite and polite acquaintance, the abundant and quality breakfasts, the love for the region, the good dishes of the artist's inn with a special emphasis on risotto with melon and prosciutto with ice cream (salty). And in any case, the location is also strategic ...
A very good restaurant with excellent typical products prepared with enthusiasm by the chef Antonino ... who did his best to improve the area as much as possible. Services provided by Leonardo, a tireless worker who conveys the love for his village through guided tours organized every evening through the streets of the center. A charming lady who gave us valuable advice on places to visit every morning at breakfast. Congratulations to the whole family, keep up the good work!
The bed was uncomfortable.

Simple and considerate hospitality
Wi-Fi needs to be improved, but it's not a fundamental element
In the middle of a medieval village above a hotel with the same management. Slow food philosophy, to try absolutely, we dined there twice. Montelupone area of artichokes to taste in season. Great welcome, almost family atmosphere, good sweet and savory breakfast, kind and helpful.
All is well, very kind people, I will be back.
Welcome, helpful owners and great location!
Location in the historic center, in a historic building. The room inside a special building is furnished with antique furniture. Very comfortable bed. Very kind and helpful hosts. The highlight of the structure is the restaurant inside, excellent local cuisine and much more. A special note on the owner / chef's risotto, try them! it's worth it! Then, if you are lucky enough to meet him, he will also tell you about his slow food philosophy. We liked. If you have the time and desire, take a mysterious tour organized by the building itself, this is a good way to learn a little about the history of this place, we found it useful and interesting. Upon departure, we were also presented with a small gift - a jar with the famous local artichokes. This is a small detail, which, however, speaks volumes about customer care. Definitely recommended!
Parking is not always available in front of the building, at least in August.
It's not just a living, but an opportunity to have a 360-degree experience. The room is located in a historic building in the center of this typical village overlooking the hilly landscape that inspired Leopardi. Beautiful antique furniture but also very functional. At the entrance there are colorful and fascinating pictures of the kind Eleanor. Under the numbers "artist's tavern" with quality slow food and the opportunity to buy local food. I was a little afraid that there would be noise from the room, but instead it is very isolated. Nice and rich Italian breakfast with local grapes and figs. EXCELLENT control. Leonardo deserves an honorable mention. The opportunity to do a quest in the caves under the palace and take part in a fascinating historical and artistic guided tour with professional actors at a great price. We were so satisfied that we exceeded all expectations, so not only will we recommend them to friends and family, but we also can't wait to return. Unbeatable value for money. 10 and praise!
Nothing!
great location, view from the room on the rooftops and hills on the sea friendly staff excellent cuisine historical multi-storey building, carefully restored
Noise pollution especially in the middle room - it is located directly above the kitchen and guest garden and borders the salon, which is also used as a dining room in bad weather. restful sleep is possible only with earplugs.
Highly recommended, dinner is also recommended. The Tavern Mystery Tour is amazing!
Magnificent panorama overlooking the sea and the hills... In an old building! I was able to watch the sunrise with great amazement!!! The friendliness and friendliness of the staff, especially the owner. Opportunity to see an exhibition of paintings in the artist's tavern, in addition to other services (quest room and mystical tour). Great food! A delightful medieval village nestled among the hills. Come back.
Very kind and helpful staff. Nice breakfast. The building, located in the center of the small village of Montelupone (lovely), was built in the 1800s with frescoed ceilings and antique furniture (perhaps you can create a contrast between old and modern to make the living room even more inviting and comfortable. I had a great time, and for the price you can't ask for more!). On the walls are sketches and paintings by a local artist who deserves even more fame: Gabriele Galantara (Rata Langa). Thanks for letting us know! (We also bought a catalog at the House of Culture under the portico). We had dinner at the restaurant (artist's tavern) that stands at the tables in the square and it is really impressive. The food is good, but unfortunately it didn't win us over. Before leaving, we bought some excellent local produce such as chauscolo and artichokes in oil to take to friends and family.
Central location, friendly and helpful staff
Large ventilated room, bathroom with large window. Rich and complete breakfast. The staff is very helpful and ready to answer all your questions and give advice on exploring the villages, nature, sea. Absolutely don't miss out on lunch at the restaurant attached to the structure: a very rich menu, risottos and really excellent dishes, both in quality and quantity! Don't miss the after dinner Mystery Tour, organized by Leonardo, as you drive through the streets of the village to discover the history and secrets of Montelupone and the historic building that houses the bed and breakfast. Very good and congratulations!

A structure in which you breathe history, an exceptional view from the room, an excellent and plentiful breakfast, the courtesy and attention of the owners. The restaurant is excellent in quality and price. Recommended.

The building has historical value. In a noble palace, we stayed in an alcove, a secret space and sex, revealed to us at that time, well explained by the volcanic owner of the house. As soon as you arrive, you will find yourself in the presence of history. Excellent location in the village, in the center, the atmosphere of the past. Comfortable room, open bath, painted ceiling and breathtaking view of the sea horizon. Private and well maintained space with emergency Covid precautions. I enjoyed my dinner, ditched the local produce and Montelupon artichoke. I didn't attend the Mysteries tour late in the evening... Nevertheless, the visitors pleasantly revived my sleep, relaxed beyond any expectations.
Politeness at breakfast and availability. I would improve the products on offer, local, fresh and perhaps processed organically or in Km O. And this is my stylistic advice, which can be extended to bathroom products, ecological and sustainable. I think it's recommended to pay more attention to detail in a place that is already evocative in itself. For dinner I recommend local craft beer. These are personal suggestions that go beyond the Montelupon experience. Some improvements to recommend. Bathroom products can be local ecological, local soap.
A historic building in a magical city. A bedroom filled with history and charm. The gourmet restaurant combines perfectly with typical local dishes, decorated in a modern style. A place to return to dream in one of the most beautiful villages in Italy.
The welcoming of this structure is certainty, as well as the harmonious landscape of Montelupone. We always choose a room with a kitchen, but the restaurant is also worth recommending. The friendliness and seriousness of the managers complement the experience!
Great location, spartan rooms, but inserted in a very beautiful historical architectural context, great tranquility of the room and the village, beautiful view from the window

We were in the Marche for a wedding and rented all three rooms. Everything is comfortable and comfortable, with a wonderful view of the Marche hills and the coast. The owners, a family from Montelupone, were very helpful and always available. They told us the history of the building and immediately made us feel at ease. Very good breakfast. We're sorry we couldn't eat at the restaurant. We will definitely be back.
In a charming historic village, the hospitality and friendliness of the Bedini family made our stay very pleasant. We ate with great pleasure!
Central location, convenient parking. Very welcoming, helpful and kind staff. A restaurant that is always part of the B.B. it's great, we ate very well .... recommend!

Excellent breakfast. Very good dinner. Very helpful and kind owners. Would recommend "Mystery Tour" to discover the village and building where the B&B is located, a fun and original evening tour organized by the son of the owners.
