We were particularly satisfied from every point of view! The courtesy, kindness and sympathy of the owners made our stay even more pleasant; the structure is cared for and the room assigned to us, in addition to being spacious and comfortable, is delightful in its furnishings. My husband and I spent a long relaxing and welcoming weekend in Marco and Grazia's fabulous BB. Structure surrounded by greenery. Nothing was missing in the room and the spaces were common with attention to the smallest details, given the cold of November we found the rooms very warm. The rich and homemade breakfast. In a pleasant place, surrounded by greenery, in silence broken only by the sounds of cicadas and crickets, stands an old house, excellently restored. On the second floor, behind a staircase equipped with good railings, there are 3 of the 4 bedrooms of the building. Our room was large, bright, with a high ceiling and a lot of well-organized space (there was also a table with 2 chairs and a comfortable structure for 2 suitcases). From the bedroom there was access to the bathroom with a shower and bidet and a lot of comfortable towel racks on a special strap. The breakfast was good with a large selection of cakes and the cappuccino was possibly the best I've ever had in a B&B. If we rested with children, I think they would also like a good pool.

Strategically located between the Emilia and Marche hills. Large room, well furnished and very clean. Attractive and calm staff, the environment is very pleasant. Homemade breakfast with rich buffet (orange pie is good!). The hotel has several typical restaurants recommended by the hotel. All in all the stay was very pleasant. I advise!

Wonderful location with great views of the hinterland and the coast. Very good breakfast, of course Italian and therefore a bit sweet, but at least we got a very tasty ham! Very good restaurants in the area - just ask the hosts for advice. An excellent starting point for excursions to Urbino, San Marino or along the coast from Rimini to Pesaro.

Recently renovated house in a quiet location, surrounded by greenery and nature, but with easy access to the city and different directions, spacious and clean bedroom with a comfortable and large bed. Everyone, the atmosphere at La Fenice is unique, the hosts are special and very helpful, it's like visiting friends you haven't seen for a long time. For the first time, I can say that I cannot wait to return to this beautiful environment, immersed in the Mondaino hills, quiet in the evening and beautiful at dawn. Super served 10 minutes from services and 15 minutes from Misano Adriatico. The owners are unique, more than recommend, I say that being with them is a real experience. And like us, I saw the serenity and pleasure of staying here in the faces of other guests.
