in the heart of Mondello, a magnificent place where you can spend your holiday or a relaxing stay, having a breathtaking view at your disposal. Surrounded by greenery, this structure offers exceptional service, helpful and kind reception staff that makes your stay a daydream. The structure is equipped with every comfort, there is a shared kitchen next to the Hall super equipped with everything needed for a rich breakfast, the rooms are wonderful and very cozy . The silence, the peace, the panorama make the perfect place to be able to recharge. Equipped with parking inside a residence, it is fantastic for those who want to take a moment for themselves, away from the traffic of the city, both in winter and in summer. It will be my 5-star choice at an incredible price, every time I come back to Mondello. There are no facilities in the area comparable to this one. Congratulations to the owners, for the attention to detail of every detail.

The villa was beautiful, the room less beautiful, which all in all was fine if it hadn't been that for the whole day there were works in progress which made the stay more stressful than relaxing. I'm sorry especially because the owner didn't keep his word as he had told us that he was asking for a partial refund from booking for the mistake. Then nothing more was heard.

A beautiful house with a large garden in a gated community surrounded by greenery and mountains...the owners Luca and Alessandro are 10 for kindness, courtesy and attention...willing to help guests...complete and abundant breakfast. .... we would definitely return!!!!! The structure is very beautiful and, above all, clean. Just finish some details like the doors or the toilet seat (eye for mosquitoes squashed in the walls in the room, but that's the responsibility of the cleaners). In any case, I recommend it, it's just nonsense, which I only point out as constructive suggestions. The guys who welcomed us were too nice and kind and now it's not paid for.

It's very close to Palermo and the beach, in a gated complex with parking. The air conditioner worked well. very friendly

All in superlatives. I could describe the living room in one word: spectacular. But Alessandro and Luca are to be commended for their hospitality, their attention to detail, their immaculately preserved structure (and to say it's beautiful is the bare minimum). Very spacious and clean air conditioned rooms. In the kitchen where they prepare breakfast, they have a refrigerator where you can cool things if necessary (I, who did not bring anything, was kindly offered liters of water, because it was clear that I was suffering!!!). A magnificent garden where you can relax at any time. You can park your car without any problems because the structure is located inside a well-maintained and quiet residential center. I also liked the view that has a mountain view. Luca and Alessandro are two perfect hosts, they know how to welcome you with grace and compassion. I will be back to find them very happy....also because they are not only good and cute but also beautiful!! 😁

The room was very spacious and clean, well furnished. The very large bathroom is separated from the bedroom but not in the way at all. Very friendly and professional welcome, excellent communication before and during the stay. The location was perfect, close to the beach and the center. The villa is simply beautiful and the outdoor area is very beautiful and well maintained. We recommend this accommodation with your eyes closed!

I liked everything! Building surrounded by greenery, feeling of security, young, friendly, highly organized staff, ready to satisfy any needs of customers. I couldn't wish for better! Free private parking! It should not be forgotten that the structure is also suitable for clients with disabilities, which is not always obvious.

The guy who greeted us was very kind and very available throughout the stay. The building is surrounded by greenery, in a beautiful location. There are common areas inside and outside (in a magnificent garden), however, guaranteeing the possibility of distancing. In terms of logistics, it is ideal for those who want to move between Palermo and the coast. The room is comfortable.

The villa is very beautiful and in a great location. We were given a larger room than booked as it was free. The room is large and comfortable, the bed is comfortable and in the villa you can use the kitchen, dining room, living room and garden. All are well equipped and very spacious. The villa is located in a private area, so it is very safe and quiet. You can easily park on the street (closed by a gate). Unfortunately due to COVID breakfast is no longer available. We were also allowed to leave our luggage and motorcycle gear until the evening, allowing us to ride more leisurely through Palermo and Mondello during the day before taking the return ferry. Excellent value for money and quality
