Exceptional villa with lots of greenery suitable for everyone
I liked everything! Building surrounded by greenery, feeling of security, young, friendly, highly organized staff, ready to satisfy any needs of customers. I couldn't wish for better! Free private parking! It should not be forgotten that the structure is also suitable for clients with disabilities, which is not always obvious.
There are no negative points

- Poor information before arrival, very difficult to find accommodation - room very poorly soundproofed - worn out - further outside

Very nice !!
Good location 10 minutes from the sea and 5 minutes from the bus stop. The room with private terrace was very nice! The reception was wonderful! Very pleasant staff. I recommend !
The residence is not very well signposted, the kitchen is missing some utensils and the oven does not work.

Mondello - very elegant!
- big complex with garden - Our room #2 had a great big terrace. - The bathroom was also very spacious, but, unfortunately, no longer fit.
- the house could use some renovation - there was no breakfast

Great solution with a few "buts".
The guy who greeted us was very kind and very available throughout the stay. The building is surrounded by greenery, in a beautiful location. There are common areas inside and outside (in a magnificent garden), however, guaranteeing the possibility of distancing. In terms of logistics, it is ideal for those who want to move between Palermo and the coast. The room is comfortable.
The bathroom was not the best you could expect: quite dated and with a very small shower. Mosquito nets on windows would certainly be a useful and valuable accessory.

A place with great potential but poor service.
Very nice B&B, small villa in a kind of village/residential area. The room is very spacious and comfortable.
Unfortunately, there were some things that were not very functional, such as the old and very noisy air conditioner, a poorly functioning toilet flush, the staff is only present upon arrival, so no one asked for toilet paper (there is none in the room), a huge number of mosquitoes (with equipment before and after the puncture !!!), lack of a polite bathroom and a place to change on the last day after the beach, leaving the room at 9.00

Beautiful villa in Mondello
The villa is very beautiful and in a great location. We were given a larger room than booked as it was free. The room is large and comfortable, the bed is comfortable and in the villa you can use the kitchen, dining room, living room and garden. All are well equipped and very spacious. The villa is located in a private area, so it is very safe and quiet. You can easily park on the street (closed by a gate). Unfortunately due to COVID breakfast is no longer available. We were also allowed to leave our luggage and motorcycle gear until the evening, allowing us to ride more leisurely through Palermo and Mondello during the day before taking the return ferry. Excellent value for money and quality
It should be noted that the villa was built in the 1960s and many details remain the same (such as the toilet drain that drains very slowly). Of course, at the time of implementation it was a luxurious villa, now it has a little taste of old elegant things, but a little of the past.

Great location and secure parking. The gardener does not know how to cut the grass, but in cooking he has no equal. (No other restaurant knows) Recommended!

Large and spacious room, very nice and well maintained garden! Very quiet, clean and safe elegant area.
They don't always answer calls but reportedly the bathroom is outside the room, breakfast was not served.
