Not everything! Very bad total disaster! everything was very old and unkempt I didn't dare to take a shower and the sanitary facilities are rusty, I paid €15 for a parking space... wasn't an extra parking lot had to park behind another car with the hope that the one in front of me didn't want to get out earlier then had to I get up early to drive the car away... very bad service Bed sheets were clean and the staff was very friendly. The hotel is also in a ghetto, which makes it look even worse. I wouldn't recommend it, I'll never book there again myself

The room is very simple which deserves a refresh. Composed of a bed, a desk and a bathroom which also deserves a big refresh.

In fact, the hotel requires financial outlays, a lot of minor shortcomings already described here: broken and glued shelf in the bathroom, lack of enough lamps by the beds, dirty curtains and curtains. Breakfast very modest: bought croissants, rusks, jam and Nutella, yogurt. On Sundays, there were no biscuits and yogurt ran out, so on such days you have to be prepared for a weaker meal. We had a room next to the reception so we could hear conversations, fortunately, not too annoying.

Located in a dead end, no free parking at the hotel forced to park far away or have to pay 15€/day. Small room, deteriorated bathroom, very uncomfortable bed...we weren't even offered a coffee or a bottle of water in 3 days.

The room was very cold and there is not even a lamp. I found hairs both in the bed and in the shower (unusable because the shower head shoots water everywhere). Not even a towel is provided to get out of the shower (ergo flooded floor) and everything is broken, old and neglected.

I didn't like anything but especially the terrible smell of stale smoke which permeates the whole room and especially the bathroom, which is vomit-proof. I'm very sorry because the 2 guys who run it are very helpful and friendly but unfortunately the structure is really bad, a 2-star must certainly not be in those conditions.

The structure would need to be closed and completely renovated. Acceptable reception also home to the bar and micro breakfast area. Smelly rooms due to plumbing systems to be totally redone. The bathrooms are unfortunately of very poor quality and should be redone from scratch. The rooms offer the minimum possible: a bed, a bedside table, a wardrobe, a tv and a desk with a chair. Dated and worn furniture, non-existent accessories, clean sheets but covered with dubious hygiene, dirty curtains and broken or badly maintained fixtures. Breakfast: we avoided having it. Seeing is believing. Giving one star would be a compliment to the structure which we hope will be truly renovated.

Part of the bathroom found detached as soon as we entered the room and obviously we immediately communicated it to the reception and they had asked us to wait until the next morning, but on our return to the structure it was still in that condition. Also the room was not very clean. Breakfast cannot be defined as a hotel apart from the cappuccino. Staff not very smiling when dealing with customers.

Dirty, very dirty!!!!!! we washed the whole bathroom with hot water, it's old, it needs radical renovation, it was a last minute solution, unfortunately, €317 for 2 nights, a robbery for such a hotel, avoid it, I don't recommend it to anyone!!!

⚠️ BED BUGS ⚠️ Uncomfortable and unsafe area, the hotel was scary even before entering. To get to the room we had to go through the balcony, and when we got there the room was terrible. The bathroom with rusty, malfunctioning and damaged sanitary ware (the shower cannot be used). Dirty floor especially under the beds, shutters awkward to open and the worst part were the beds, in which we found BEDBUGS which obviously bit us during the first night. At our request to change the room, they initially refused, and only after several requests were we satisfied by moving other people to our first room without disinfecting.

We had to adapt not for families, which is how we requested it, but for the places in the rooms that were left, they did not reserve the ones we requested. Unpleasant situation, not recommended. We felt cheated and disappointed, they told us to request a refund of the difference in price of the rooms through Booking that would be paid to us. And today I get a message telling us no. They have deceived us. VERY LITTLE SERIOUS AND UNRELIABLE PEOPLE. In addition, we all came out with multiple bites from we don't know what insects and many itches, this had never happened to us. Tremendous!!

The room and especially the bathroom was very old and not very well maintained. the room is not very quiet, but that is normal in old houses. We paid separately for the parking and although the first collaborator had said that we could leave it there until 9.00 -10.00, we were woken up at 7.00 !!! in the morning to move the car. Breakfast is 1 coffee, 1 orange juice, 1 yogurt, 2 biscuits with butter, jam and Nutella and a brioche packed per person.

Everything seems to be in need of a good overhaul. From the shelf under the sink (hanging and finished with tape...) to the outlets (one was "glued" to the wall with tape), from the bedside lamps (from super-cheap Ikea) to the door to the bedroom (with a "ballerina" handle). In short, it's only ok because you don't pay much... otherwise it will be rejected, nothing seems to be taken care of.
