Cozy, clean hotel 10 minutes drive from Linate airport, a taxi was called at the reception, 16 euros. Super!
I was leaving very early so I didn't have breakfast.

Very fair value for money
The room was clean and had the essentials. It was also easily accessible by public transport. The value for money is really outstanding.
The shower head was broken so water was leaking out.

Quality - very good price
Everything was very good, and the accommodation, and the staff, and the location.
The walls are very thin, if the neighbors scream a little, you can hear everything.

Ideal for young people
It is a structure run by friendly, young and playful staff. Small room but for those who have to spend all day in the city it's perfect. Clean bed linen every day, deep cleaning, independent heating in the bathroom with a heated towel rail and air heating in the room. Although I checked out, I was still allowed to leave the car in the parking lot.
Pretty stocked vending machines but a bit pricey.

Three pleasant nights in Milan
Nice and cozy room on the seventh floor of the building. Clean and furnished with attention to the smallest detail. Excellent quality price.
In my opinion, an important drawback (especially in Milan) is the lack of breakfast at the hotel. The guy who met us at the front desk was very cold and dismissive. He handed us a key and a card without explaining that the card was used to open the outside door. Slightly inconvenient location, given the distance from the center and the metro station (about 10 minutes walk from the hotel).

Visiting Milan
We were met by a wonderful man, very polite, he took into account all the wishes. There is a refrigerator.

Ideal location if you have a flight tomorrow.
Very clean, free parking under the hotel, a panoramic window on the entire wall, a view of Milan at night. Bath cosmetic accessories in a complete set. A huge supermarket is five minutes away.

You can stay overnight. But in general, it's too expensive.
The room itself is not bad, clean, the bed is comfortable, but the air conditioner is noisy. The bathroom is not bad, there was shampoo, soap, sachets for hand disinfection, towels... There is a bottle of free water in the fridge...
Actually, I was looking for a hotel with breakfast on the website ... But there was no breakfast. With such a peripheral location of the hotel, it would be logical to offer guests at least coffee. Getting to a place where you could have breakfast is inconvenient.

You should know that this housing is actually a year-round student residence. So the residence is very safe and well guarded, the building is clean and so are the rooms. The room was very spacious with a handy refrigerator for the summer. Clean bathroom and good linens. Free parking is guarded and this is a real plus.
When we arrived, we found ourselves in front of one of the hospitable hosts. No greeting from him, no smile, it also took a long time to register, they didn't seem to know what to ask us as foreigners during the Covid period. The location is good, the metro is 15 minutes walk.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Nice view and balcony room, clean and relatively spacious.
Upon arrival in the room on the seventh floor it was 28 degrees Celsius, I had to keep the air conditioner constantly to keep the temperature around 24 degrees.

Milan Lambrete
In general, parking on site is a big plus for short-term stays. The Lamberte area is a 10-minute walk from Lidl and 15 minutes from the underground station from the hotel. Price = quality. There is no need to demand luxury for the price. Our room was on the 7th floor overlooking the surrounding areas. Large balcony. The area itself may seem unpleasant to someone, but we did not notice anything suspicious. Overall cool.
In general, you can write that this is a hostel for students. Upon entering the room, it smelled a lot of detergents. Nothing good. When using a shared kitchen, it is best to have your own dishes, pots and pans. Everything this hotel has to offer is in poor condition and is in the public domain. Also, our room was right next to the elevator and we could hear the elevator working all the time. Up and down at startup.

Optimal!
Large room with one and a half bed. Clean bathroom with daily change of towels. Convenient transport interchange, next to a supermarket. Free and affordable parking !!!

The cozy structure is a bit like being at home with a shared kitchen, the bright room is pretty clean, only torn dirty walls. You need a painted one, you have walls, a polished wood floor that is too dull, scratched, otherwise everything is in order, friendly staff, efficient professional.

Very clean hotel room with city view.
Free parking in front of the main entrance. The lift provided barrier-free access to the premises. Very friendly contact at the front desk. The spacious room has a comfortable bed and the entire hotel room, including the bathroom, was really very clean. Air conditioning and external blinds create a pleasant indoor climate.

Stay ok, shame on the somewhat inconvenient location.
The structure is up to Camplus standards, less modern than others but certainly satisfactory in terms of rooms and services. The staff is courteous and helpful, the hotel also offers newspaper advice. Single room with private bathroom is good. 3 welcome chocolates and bottled water are offered free of charge.
The location is not very good: the Milano Lambrate station (and the corresponding metro) can be reached on foot in 15 minutes without using the buses (and their waiting and travel times are sometimes not very "functional").
