It is unthinkable not to provide heating in Milan in the middle of winter. Too expensive compared to what it offers

Too small and cold. Heating systems do not guarantee the warmth necessary to stay comfortable during the winter. It was very difficult to find the bathroom light switch which is located right in the gap between the sliding door and the wall.

Finding the keys was a treasure hunt. The directions were not clear. Bathroom... a hole!

Bad experience. It was not possible to find the keys to the apartment through the booking instructions, forcing us to contact the owner again. Once inside the building, getting to the house with luggage was not easy, as it was at the top of a steep staircase. At our entrance, scheduled for 15:00, the apartment was dirty and without linen. So the check-in scheduled for 15:00 was only possible at 17:00 due to cleaning delay. However, cleaning was not enough. The apartment is much smaller than it appears in the photo. There is no lighting in the bathroom, the TV does not work.
