Nice
Clean, welcoming, very convenient for public transport and the owner was very kind.
The bathroom window is old and broken and didn't close all the way so it was a bit cold.

Have a nice stay in Milan
Kindness, cleanliness, fabulous bed, good equipment, very hot radiators, excellent location.
I would prefer the shower to be with the shower head attached to the hose and the latch.

A WEEKEND TO FORGET
The house, although small, was new, recently renovated, very clean, and complete with all services.
Let's start from the assumption that I book stays with Booking almost every month, and I deal very often with the hosts, all of whom are always very friendly and helpful, all except her, the host of this house turned out to be the worst experience for me never had until today. Let me tell you: we had the misfortune to find ourselves with the flight canceled the day before the stay, we initially ask for a full refund via the Booking toll-free number, then shortly after (considering that we had to come to Milan for a concert that had been awaited for several months) we decided to take another flight, some of the guests manage to schedule it for the same day of departure, others instead for the following day. Consequently, we contacted Booking 20 minutes after the first call, to cancel the request made earlier (since no responses had yet been received from the hosts) and we formulated a new partial refund request (without any claim), since most of the guests would not have used one night. After that we are contacted by them by phone. What can I say, they called us PEZZENTI, just for having made a simple request, we received threats of cancellation of the reservation via chat, and they continuously complained for having contacted Booking first and not them directly. Once in Milan, we check in, we show up at 11.03pm, only 3 minutes late (because of the flight and traffic) and they made us pay a 15 euro penalty.. At the end of the stay, inspecting the room, they find a dirty tablecloth (used by us to rest our wet feet after taking the shower) and tell us that, in the event of a negative review, they would have used it as evidence to sue us with Booking . All absurd. Finally, as regards the house, 2 of the 5 guests slept very badly due to the broken sofa bed (in fact they did not sleep because they were unable to sleep).

Good sleeper 10 minutes from Navigli
accommodation was very clean and very well maintained, plenty of towels for all guests and comfortable beds.
I would suggest adding a slightly larger bed in the living room as this is a 5 person guest house and two adults are expected to sleep in this bed and it is a little cramped... Another tip is to add a couple of bottles of water to the fridge.

The details matter: a delightful, cozy and clean apartment.
Delightful apartment, well appointed to the smallest detail. Clean and new environment, as soon as you enter you will feel at home, pampered and surrounded by a pleasant and even slightly romantic atmosphere. The owner, Rodica, is very nice, welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend this structure, especially at a time when hygiene, cleanliness and a new environment matter. Well connected, there is a tram stop under it and it is very close to the canal.

This apartment will be comfortable for two people!
Before our arrival, the hostess put on the kitchen breakfast table several packages of various croissants, biscuits, a couple of tangerine and apple nets. There she also put a couple of jars of jam, several bottles of milk and a vase of sugar and coffee bags for the coffee machine.
There were no cutting boards in the kitchen. The heating tank in the bathroom is small!

Great place to stay in Milan
Very nice hostess. Speaks Russian. I met warmly, told and showed everything. The place is cozy. The kitchen is equipped and comfortable. Even the candles and the Christmas tree were there to create a pre-Christmas mood. It takes about an hour to walk to the center. For the lazy, there is a tram and metro nearby. Auchan 15 minutes walk. The internet is good.
The bedroom window overlooks the tram tracks, so you can't open the window at night. Since it was December, it was not critical. They opened the kitchen window and that was enough. It was also not very convenient with one key for two, because we were walking separately.

Rodica is very kind and takes impeccable care of all the details of the apartment and the reception of guests. The apartment is well furnished and equipped with every comfort. This place is easily accessible by car and the tram stop in front of the entrance is great for those who prefer public transport; However, the same trams could annoy sensitive sleepers.

A good family trip, albeit with poor sleep
The breakfast consisted to a certain extent of what you can call breakfast, but we Swedes are not used to jam-filled croissants anyway :-) for coffee yes, but not for breakfast, but otherwise perfectly fine. Good coffee machine. Good fridge with small freezer. We did most of the shopping ourselves at the convenience stores in the area, i.e. bread, butter, cheese, yogurt, etc.
It would be good if you set a limit of 3 people in the apartment. 5 was too much as the apartment is very small and a bit cramped. 3 beds and a sofa bed where we slept 2 pers. 1-3 good, but if you are 4-5 it doesn't work. The proximity to the city is of course wonderful, but if you are not used to the sounds of the big city with ambulances and police cars that often whiz past all night, you will not sleep well. Also, there was a tram right outside that made the apartment shake (!) and make an incredibly loud sound every time it went by even at night. This also disturbed our night's sleep very much. Nothing we noticed on the spot, it was no use as the apartment was where it was and the tram would hardly stop running so we could sleep :-) The tram stopped running around 02.00 and started again before 05.00.

the tram is right in front of the front door so relatively fast in the center. independent living in an apartment supermarket and everything else is very close

Nice place, right on the tram, very clean, very nice.
There is no parking, but on weekends it is not bad, you can find something everywhere. The tram is noisy. It's not really breakfast, but fruit and packaging of prepackaged croissants, coffee and milk.

very well located, right at the tram stop, so very good communication with the center, in 20 minutes we were at the Milan Cathedral. We left the car in the garage for 20 euros for 24 hours, so it was a little safer for us in Milan. There were many shops, bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the apartment, so the area was not too touristy ... Our hostess was very nice and gave us a lot of tips and advice ... very clean apartment with a very secure front door and everything we needed apartment ... thanks P, S. Super nice and modern wifi ++++
since our Italian is not that good, maybe one or two TV channels in English would be at least an advantage ... otherwise it has a lot of programs, but too Italian for us (but this is our fault, we had to learn Italian) Therefore, not as a negative, but as a suggestion for improvement ...

Small and beautiful studio, recently renovated. Attention to detail, very clean, comfortable beds. Maximum availability of the owner for any need. Some tram noise but bearable. Very good appraisal!

The hostess was very attentive and friendly in handing over the keys. He very clearly explained which areas of the city to visit day and night, and told us about public transport. The apartment was very nice and cozy, but too small for 5 people ... This is an apartment for 2 people, maximum for a couple with a child.
The apartment was a bit small for 5 people. We didn't have enough space ... it was cramped. There was not enough hot water and we had to measure with a dropper the water that everyone used when taking a shower, as with practically a 5 minute shower, we used up hot water ...
