There was no breakfast, the location is good even if a bit far from the transport stops, convenient supermarket 50 meters away and a bar very close
the bathroom can certainly be improved with detergents for the disposable shower, a dry socket in the bathroom for the phono and a set of white towels that give more of the idea of cleanliness and the toilet seat to fix

Super location to explore the great city
perfect location in the navigli area, beautiful spacious apartment in a very well maintained cute residential complex super nice owner (speaks very good english)
WiFi reception was pretty poor (but that wasn't a problem for us). Wine glasses were missing. ;-)

It was a very good holiday. Nice city and great apartment with good and beautiful location.
The location was great. There are no problems with transport, there are bus stops and trams everywhere. Very good apartment. We felt very comfortable there. David was very friendly and communication worked great. With pleasure again Casa David in Milan!

Convenient location
All. Strategic position for Navigli and also the center can be easily reached by tram 3 or on foot in 15 minutes. David is very kind and helpful. Welcoming and super-equipped place

David is very friendly and helped us with everything we needed. The apartment is very well located close to shops and bars. There are also various means of transport nearby.

Excellent, honorary diploma, apartment, clean and the owner is very friendly and charming.
Everything, the apartment is very comfortable. Very good location to take the metro or walk to the center. At night there are plenty of places to dine or have a drink. The apartment has everything and the owner is incredibly accommodating as there is not much left. He helped us until the last moment to get there with directions. He leaves you with the essentials for the apartment and for breakfast. I hope to return one day. Thank you so much for everything. Chill
Everything is perfect. Everything is fine with the apartment or the owner. Secondly, going outside mosquitoes destroy you, but there are mosquito nets in the apartment.

Fantastic loft and very kind staff
Great location and very kind staff. The loft is very beautiful, well furnished and complete with everything. Walking, you will immediately find yourself at the Naviglio Grande, the dock and the gates of Ticino. If you want, at a short distance you can also take the tram to arrive immediately at Piazza Duomo or after about 10 minutes on foot, take the metro at Porta Genova station.

Excellent, super accommodation in a great location.
Optimal location, very comfortable and large room. Super area and useful for all needs. I recommend it to anyone who needs to stay in Milan, especially in the Navigli area.

David is a very attentive host, everything is very simple, the amenities are great, everything you need is there, great location, there are many great restaurants nearby, a short walk from the city center (about 30 minutes walk), the distance to the party is about 15 minutes walk, but the apartment in a very quiet place, there is air conditioning, excellent and uncomplicated owner.

Two days in the heart of Milan's canals
Great location in a quiet condominium. The apartment is fully equipped, clean and comfortable. Really very kind owner: he was waiting for us and also found a parking lot under the house in an area where it is difficult (safe) to leave the car. If we have the opportunity, we will be very happy to return. It's not cheap, but worth it!
Nothing. Darkening one of the mezzanine windows is tricky, but we did it without asking ..

Clean and central.
David is such a good person. The house is very clean and the bathroom smells like bleach. The loft is located in a strategic and very convenient location. Highly recommend "Casa David"
The only criticism, so to speak, is to place the Schuko socket in the bathroom, next to the mirror.

Ok, I would do it again
Good communication with the manager, he also took care of the status of my arrival. After a very brief acquaintance with the apartment, he left the keys, indicating that I can always contact him for any question. The apartment is ideal for one or a maximum of two people, better for those who have no problems with the stairs, as the sleeping area is on the mezzanine. Great location in relation to nightlife, not in the center, but at a reasonable distance .... not recommended to have a nightclub under the house! Supermarket around the corner, good places for breakfast, lunch and dinner, close to Metro Romolo and Porta Genova. Finding parking is very difficult, it is better to get there by public transport. recommended
