A lot of people in the hotel, a lot of noise and confusion, but it was holidays so it's understandable.

One elevator to the 8th floor, very long wait. Very hot in the rooms - no possibility to reduce the temperature. You had to make an appointment via the application at the earliest at 17:30 the day before - it's very hard to find a place for a large group. Caps required! Ski room payable 15 € per person!

Animation: too high a volume that does not allow conversation either in the common areas or inside the theatre. Choice of musical repertoire repetitive and not suitable for the bar area. Music volume too high.

The structure is excellent and has been since I learned to ski here exactly 40 years ago. Having said that, however good and spacious the rooms would in my opinion need a refresh and the shower is really too small. Unfortunately I had huge problems using the elevator which is essential in an 8 story building. Sometimes I waited even 10 minutes without being able to go up and make 4 floors with my suitcases and a 3-year-old girl is something that will probably prevent me from returning. I would also have preferred a little more efficient replenishment of the dishes. I was often left without something I would have liked to eat, as the buffet tray emptied within minutes and remained so until the end of the allowed eating time. I believe these are things that shouldn't happen when you're paying more than 200 euros a night for 1 room.

I would improve the accounting administration at the TH Marilleva 1400 reception. They don't make the final report on internal service consumption using the hotel's TH card. Little collaboration of the reception staff to solve small problems. Young and kind staff but with very little experience. I recommend having a senior always present in the front office.

-booked mountain view room we were assigned a STABLE view room. - BROKEN room door. -holes in the wall with drafts! -MOLD IN THE BATHROOM moreover, to access the room (booking with a 2 year old child) we had to face a maze of corridors plus a spiral staircase! NO COMMENT - bathroom in the room with an indecent SEWER smell. - app of the structure to book the swimming pool NOT WORKING therefore with consequent loss of access to the swimming pool. - CHILDREN'S ROOMS CLOSED FROM 14.00 to 19.15, time when children want to play!!!! - baby food and bottle room open only from 12.00 to 14.00 and from 19.00 to 21.00, a real inconvenience because if you need to, you have to go to the reception and ask for the keys EVERY time! - THERE ARE NO GAMES FOR CHILDREN ON THE SLOPES. being a family hotel I expect them. really disappointed paid €408.13 for ONE NIGHT. NOT WORTH IT!!!!!!

1 - Inside the hotel it's 700 degrees, there's a sudden change in temperature between inside and outside that dishevels you, the There are two things, either you don't pay for the heating, or you don't know how to count at the end of the season. Absurd the heated corridors with the doors to exit always open to try to limit the temperature, an absurd waste of energy !!!!!! 2 - The hotel has never been renovated, aluminum window frames full of condensation, which cannot be opened except for 5 cm for safety reasons. The microscopic bathrooms, with no pressure necessary to take a shower, calculate at least 30 minutes for a decent wash…. Elevators not big enough, they never work, I was on the 8th floor, and I swear I made it on foot most of the time… 230 rooms and 30 tables in the bar and reception, consequently there was never room…. At the bar you can only pay with a prepaid card from the hotel, which was not delivered to us, we had to ask for it to get some water…. 3 - Cleaning of the rooms non-existent, I don't expect the floor to shine, but at least a pass of the vacuum cleaner will… They make the bed, change the baskets and I'm fine.. Really dirty rooms.

Old run down hotel. The room smelled foul of cigarettes - unbearable (the rooms were supposed to be non-smoking!). The rooms leave much to be desired. Renovation needed immediately. The pool was booked only for an hour, it was difficult (even impossible) to get to it in the afternoon, after going down the slope. Towels had to be rented for 4 euros and a bathing cap for 4 euros (first time I encountered such a thing).

The equipment of the rooms would need renovation, everything is already quite worn.

The external structure is outdated, all exposed concrete, not suitable for the mountains.

The room is really in need of refurbishment both because of the cleanliness, bad smell in the bathroom and the windows that are good for the view but the old ones don't allow the room to warm up well.

We need to clean up the carpet and upgrade the common areas a bit, but this is a gigantic job, which, I understand very well, in these dark years, it's hard to even think about...

I state that we chose this structure as a "last minute" option, so we don't have much of a choice. We liked the description of the direct access to the slopes and the price offer for half board. The hotel turned out to be inside a reinforced concrete barracks, probably built in the 70s and 80s. The organization of the structure corresponds to a tourist village, it is good for families or groups, but certainly not for couples who want to enjoy a relaxing and peaceful holiday. There are queues everywhere, to the restaurant, to the bar, to the cafeteria for breakfast, with all due respect to the rules against crowds, but the efforts of the staff trying to rectify the situation are rewarded. For this reason, even though we paid for half board, we refused to dine at the hotel (without asking for a refund) and preferred to go to a neighboring chalet, where we quietly tasted the fine cuisine of Trentino and were served to the table. Access to the pool or sauna must be booked through a special application, but it is impossible to secure seats because there are not enough of them compared to hundreds of hotel guests (4 sauna seats per hour!). It is better to make an appointment at the wellness center, you leave your phone number and you will be contacted to make an appointment. Cleaning in the room is short-lived (dust on the floor and on the shelves in the bathroom), there are no sets of toiletries (glasses, hat, etc.). The room itself (I speak for the one allotted to us) is not furnished in such a way as to make the living room comfortable in what is essentially a reinforced concrete house; small bathroom; Channels may not be updated on which almost nothing is visible. The Wi-Fi network during daytime and evening hours is useless and inadequate because it is very slow considering the large number of connected guests.

The room temperature, which seemed a little low to us, and the poor care of the receptionist (they did not tell us about the ski rental at the hotel). It was never possible to use the sauna and swimming pool due to the constant lack of free places. It will take a few more directions to better navigate, especially from the parking lot.

Due to Covid, the sauna and swimming pool must be booked via the application on the phone. You can from 24 hours earlier and usually in 2 minutes there were no more free places and then in fact these people were not there and there were free unused places.

the room is a disaster, small, it doesn't look like the picture on booking. they should invest money to rehabilitate the rooms. otherwise the dining area, ski room, access to the party is ok. but those long hallways to get to the elevator + the long waiting time for the elevators = very annoying

Extremely high price for what is on offer, old and not quite correct rooms, small bathrooms, cheap breakfast, too many families with kids.

The smell of the sewage system in the room at the first entrance - rooms should be checked before handing them over to guests (e.g. run water into the sink and toilet so that there is no unpleasant smell)

There are few elevators for many guests, but this inconvenience is due to the time in which we live. Skiroom for extra charge is not the best...

Almost everything. Old and dirty structure, room renovation is almost non-existent. Completely buffet style without any anti-COVID compliance (example: bread had to be cut directly by the guests of the structure). Untrained and very rude staff. Parking inside the building is ridiculously organized, unnecessarily calling guests from the slopes with the threat of calling a tow truck. Absolutely to be avoided!

During covid, we should try to limit crowds and situations of possible infection, so receptions should be banned or turned into an orderly path with distances, as happens in canteens, and not in a mess without any respect for distances and with children running and go through everything without any control, the double shift does not work, if you go to the second one or from 20.30 to 21.15 it happens that if you arrive too early, then all the people of the first are there, and if you arrive too late, you will not find what to eat.

old and dilapidated structure. insufficient lift for the size of the hotel which is always crowded forcing guests to go upstairs together. very dirty rooms, not sanitized and almost no renovations in progress, never cleaned. non-compliance with anticovid rules, weak control of passes, lack of control of masks in common areas, all meals served as a buffet are not allowed.

The aesthetic impact of the building from the outside is exhausting: it greatly affects the perception of vacation. This, together with the very small and dirty rooms and tiny bathrooms, is really a big disadvantage.

I was very disappointed with the spa, which was practically non-existent, considering only two saunas.

The elevator is unusable, only one is used by staff to transport carts with napkins and sheets. You expect it so much that you always end up walking up the stairs (we were on the seventh floor!). Poor self service, especially breakfast. Really bad! Bad service. Old and not renovated for years, dull and decadent structure.

Hotel, a disaster, outdated from 70 years, rooms very small, with a bathroom with a toilet that could be smelled throughout the room, food tasteless, fresh vegetables only tomato and iceberg lettuce. Noise and mess at the hotel until 3 in the morning, so almost no sleep. Reluctance of receptionists to solve any problem. When they don't know where to go anymore, they will tell you that you are in Italy so you speak Italian and not English, or that it is not them who solves it, but the manager who is not present at all, the worst housing in the last 5 years

The waiters in the restaurant are usually arrogant and not friendly. Nothing, but it takes away the pleasure of eating tasty and varied meals. They take away plates while eating, disturb, pay attention to trifles.

Unfortunately, but not because of the location, the structure is old. The spaces in the rooms are small and the bathroom is tiny. Despite the installed signs, the corridors, especially at night, should be quieter.

There is not much food, but you can survive. A small room after renovation is quite suitable for sleeping.

Accommodation absolutely unsuitable for those who want to have peace on vacation. I have never experienced such a noisy hotel. It is apparently popular with families with children, so children are constantly flying and screaming around the hotel. The hotel is huge and I estimate that during our stay, there were about 650 adults and 350 children. Wifi works only in common areas (and still not very good), so when I was working on the computer it was common for children to crawl under my feet while playing hide-and-seek and scratch me, others ran on the sofas in the reception and stepped over my laptop on lap. The situation at the reception can be compared to the situation in a crowded supermarket during discounts. We were here with a group of friends, so I requested that our rooms be close to each other. The hotel confirmed my request that it was granted "free of charge". The reality was that not only were we not on the same floor, but they even put us in a different building. When we saw the situation in the pool, we preferred to go back. Romantic photos on Booking do not correspond to reality. They lack the human anthill. Skiroom is paid. There are also problems with the parking space, you usually have to wait for someone to leave. Insufficient lift. Around dinner time and in the morning, the wait is on average 5 - 15 minutes.

This is a very large building, so it is very crowded, especially for families with children. This is certainly not the best place for a romantic weekend.

Breakfast is monotonous, but you can eat as much as you like. Dinner too late, at 19:30, even the Italians were waiting hungry at the entrance to the restaurant. The rooms and the hotel are already pretty worn out, but for skiers it can be. Beds are too short. Only 2 elevators and obviously not enough for the number of guests in the hotel.

The only downside is that the hotel is big, there are a lot of guests and one elevator that is always busy... If you live on a low floor, you can go up the stairs (if you have the strength), but we lived on the 6th and 8th floor, so the elevator was necessary.

Overpriced 15 euros per person for using the ski room.

How can it be that the hotel does not have a ski cellar? There is an outside ski cellar that charges 15 euros for a couple. It was very inconvenient to go to the car every day with your ski equipment in which the skis were stored !!!! The hotel does not look that big, but it is huge, with crowds of people and tight parking lots.

Parking is convenient as it is under construction...but not supervised and cars are not properly parked.

Waiting at the elevators

There are few elevators and they are slow for all the people the building can accommodate.

Everything worked out what I read in the descriptions, that is, first of all, not a nice smell in the corridor and in the bathroom, the hotel was renovated a long time ago, the rooms are small but sufficient, the elevators are very slow, although fortunately I did not have to use them too often.

In the evening, there is a bit of confusion for dinner, and therefore there are a lot of people and the elevators are waiting.

We lived on the sixth floor of the hotel, so going to the restaurant was a bit of a robbery, and since there were a lot of them, there were small queues for some services. The room for 4 is small without a chair.

What I didn't like was that there were too many people during the meal, too many tables with little freedom of passage, maybe a few fewer tables would have been more appropriate for a higher quality of service. I found that some waiters were hurt if breakfast was delayed.

The problem with the hotel is that it has too many rooms and therefore too many people and too much confusion. In the restaurant the tables are too close to the buffet and so we ate in a mess...very bad. Buffet is not possible in this type of hotel. The structure dates back to the 1970s and really sucks.

From the outside, the building is a huge concrete block in the middle of a mountain. The structure is certainly of important dimensions, does not correspond to the condition shown in the photographs. Lack of general maintenance. Free but poorly managed parking (I had to park outside). Spa access is subject to a charge, except for the sauna, which requires reservation. The rooms are very small and overheated.

We had to wait a long time to get a room on the first day. The pool seemed disappointing to me, for those who don't want to ski at all or for those returning from a tiring day of skiing, the pool is a great resource and it isn't, very small and locked even in a narrow space didn't seem right at all , which is in the photo of the site.
