I heartily recommend. Great location, right next to the stop (approx. 70 m) from which the tram or bus to Venice departs. Room with bathroom spacious, clean, bed linen and towels clean and fragrant. A large and comfortable bed, blinds on the windows and a large wardrobe with hangers and a shelf, a desk and a chair. In the room, the air conditioner is placed so that it does not blow on the bed - we used it as heating. The room has a small fridge with a mini-bar (for a fee - if you don't want to, you don't have to use it), a TV set, a kettle, cups and glasses, a plate and cutlery, tea, sugar, Nescafe coffee, still water and fruit - just like that welcome. Bathroom with shower, paddling pool, hair dryer. Both the room and the bathroom are very well lit Breakfast served from 8.00-10.00 - everyone will find something for themselves - 2 types of rolls, butter, 4 types of cheese, lettuce with tomatoes, delicious ham, yoghurts, toasted bread, jam and chocolate spread, toaster and a microwave. Of course, fresh croissants and cookies every day. In addition, juice and delicious coffee served by the owner - I drank cappuccino - I recommend it. Dining room combined with a lounge with a giant TV and sofa. The owner turned on a movie about Venice at breakfast, which was very nice. Tableware very clean, cutlery on napkins. Owners very helpful and nice. Anyway, very good contact before departure - we arrived before 22.00 and there was no problem with it - no extra charge for late hours.

Cozy, clean and perfect location to reach Venice by public transport

Very large room and bathroom (there is also a whirlpool), cleanliness, good breakfast, proximity to public transport (you can get to Venice by tram in 15 minutes), free parking in front of the building, but above all kindness, availability and sympathy by Saad the manager.

The location of the b&b is fantastic because it is in front of the bus and tram stop which takes you to Venice in 15/20 minutes. The room is clean and welcoming, as well as Saad who was kind and helpful in giving us directions and suggestions. Super recommended!

Perfect stay!! The location is very good near the bus and tram to get to downtown Venice. And accessible from Marco polo airport by shuttle. The room was immaculate, perfectly clean. The breakfast was excellent ! And the hotels, incredibly kind. I recommend 100% the price / quality ratio is crazy.

Both the room and the breakfast exceeded our expectations, not to mention the free details of water and fruit that they had prepared for us in the room. A great option to see Venice, since you arrive by tram in 15 minutes and Mestre is cheaper than Venice.

We were with two children. The rooms were perfect, large and comfortable. Same thing for the bathroom. The strategic position because next to the terminus of the means that lead to Venice and a stone's throw from the center of Mestre. Breakfast varied and always well stocked. Saad was really helpful and gave us great directions for our stay. In short, really recommended!

The hostess who greeted us as soon as we arrived was very kind. Although he spoke Italian, he translated English and Korean with a translator, told us where to take the bus and what to board, and on the last day, he was kind enough to pick up our suitcase and take us to the bus stop to the airport. I thought it was an accommodation in Venice Island, so I booked it, but when I checked after a while, it was in Mestre. We went in a state of upset because we didn't know it properly, but I think I was able to feel good for 2 nights and 3 days in Venice because the man welcomed me so kindly. We had a great time here. The bus and tram stop is right next to us, from where we are at the entrance to Venice in 20 minutes. Our hosts were also very kind. There was a generous breakfast every day. It is worth calling them when you arrive, because they may not be there, but they are usually 5 minutes away. I can only recommend. We would choose them again.

He helped carry our luggage and even though he didn't speak English he tried to explain how to get to Venice (he showed a YouTube video with directions on where to buy a ticket, where to get off etc.). Perfect location, right next to the bus stop with direct access to Venice. Upon learning of my lactose intolerance, he brought milk and cookies especially for me. If you are looking for a cheap and simple but neat and clean place to visit Venice, this B&B is a highly recommended option. It is located in Mestre, so you need to get to Venice by tram or bus (directly to Piazzale Roma about 15 minutes). The area is not very pretty, but the bus stops are right below the accommodation and transport is very frequent. There was a kettle in the room and they left fruit, water and various teas for us. Buffet breakfast with many options to choose from (pastries, cereal, bread, yogurt, cheese, mozzarella, cold cuts...) and excellent coffee prepared by the owner at the time. The owner was very friendly from the start advising us on transportation and on the last day when our train left early he cooked breakfast for us and accompanied us to board the tram helping us with our luggage. The name couldn't be more appropriate: "friend." Yes, because, in addition to high professionalism, from the first day there was an atmosphere of friendship, accessibility and confidentiality. The building is large, clean, newly furnished, centrally located with squares, shopping area and restaurants close at hand. In the immediate vicinity is the terminus of the city buses and trams, providing fast connections to Venice, the train station or the airport. However, the area is quiet, calm, without noise and chaos. Plentiful and cooked breakfast, for the most part from the products that the manager buys early in the morning right in the market. I highly recommend it!

The breakfast was very tasty and plentiful, and the request for lactose-free products was exactly fulfilled. There was a fruit basket in the room. The parking effort deserves a special mention so we didn't incur any extra cost even though we were originally in a public parking lot.

Nearby bus and tram to get to Venice. Close to the shops but they close quickly and there is no chance to buy water around 11:00 pm :(

The rooms and the food, but especially the host's service (the organization of secure parking right in front of the door for a daily fee of 10 euros, the organization of day tickets to visit the lagoon and detailed information about the sights of Venice) made our stay simply unique and special. We felt like kings whose every desire was read in our eyes. The room was very spacious, even with an extra bed, large mirror wardrobe, desk, free wifi and fruit basket, mini bar and complimentary bottles of water. The bed was high quality and very comfortable. Everything was in very good condition and in very good condition. The attached single use bathroom was very large and well lit. Nothing is missing. The breakfast buffet was very plentiful with fresh fruit salad, cakes, a selection of breads. And much more than you would normally expect from a bed and breakfast. The quality of the accommodation, the high level of attention and the pronounced concept of host service allow only the highest ratings to be given here. We would like to come again :-).

Impressive breakfast, Sarah is an excellent cook and makes bread, croissants... in addition to being very kindly attentive to our needs and even her husband walked us to the bus stop. Treatment of staff

Tram and bus go to main island of Venice every 5 minutes from the starting stop of 1 minute on foot, and if you wait, you can be sure to sit down. It takes 15-20 minutes. There are many highly rated restaurants and supermarkets in the surrounding area, so you won't have any trouble staying. The very kind owner couple warmly welcomed me and I was able to stay comfortably. The main island is expensive, so staying here is recommended.

My boyfriend and I stayed there and we were treated like home, the owner and his wife were very kind and considerate in everything, especially with me who is lactose intolerant: every morning they served me personally so that I could be completely sure what I eat! When we arrived we were offered a juice and in our room there was fruit, water and tea at our disposal. We could use the breakfast space at night for dinner and the whole atmosphere was welcoming. A few meters from the apartment there was a local market and a shopping center where we could go shopping. Buses and trams passed by frequently - we couldn't have been better located. It was our hosts who made our stay wonderful - in addition to the juice they welcomed us with and the water and fruit they made available to us, they shared good tips and were concerned about our well-being. They allowed us to leave our bags until later so that we could still enjoy a walk before heading to the airport. They are fantastic and unforgettable people.

Saad was an exceptionally great host, very hospitable, friendly and very concerned that we were missing anything. We were able to park our car for free in the car park in front of the hotel. Sarah and Saad are very welcoming people who made our stay exceptional. We felt like guests, not customers. They go out of their way to make sure you have a good stay. Breakfast - available until late in the morning, an incredible benefit for those who are fast asleep - is a big highlight of the establishment: hot drinks, freshly squeezed fruit juice, croissants, bread, smoked salmon, fresh fruit, yoghurts, cheese... there is something for all. Shared facilities (breakfast room, kitchen) are available 24/7 and you can cook your own meals whenever you want. The cleanliness of the rooms is impeccable and everything is thought of for you to have a good rest. The location of the cottage is ideal for Mestre, not in the center of Venice, but opposite the Mestre Centro bus/metro stop, which leads directly to Venice. The TV lets you access Netflix and Disney+ among other things, which is noticeable.

The staff is very kind and very helpful. Varied breakfast, plentiful and of excellent quality. The bed and breakfast is located opposite the tram and bus stops, so you can easily get around. The deluxe apartment is very beautiful, clean and spacious.

The hotel has excellent cleanliness, a strategic location with private parking and bus and tram stops leading directly to Venice. B&B is one of the best places we have stayed. The hosts were always friendly, very hospitable and always able to help us. The breakfast was also very lovingly decorated with all kinds of fruits and pastries. All rooms are very new, the kitchen is well equipped. In addition to the TV, the room has an additional living area, ideal for a movie night. Since the tram stop was right across the road, the center of Venice could be quickly reached in a few minutes. All in all, we would definitely recommend this accommodation for a relaxing stay in Venice.
