The place is consistent with how it is presented on Booking
The breakfast should be a little richer and have fresh bread

Very tired well maintained modern b&b
Tranquility, outdoor space, swimming pool were big pluses. Everything very neatly finished. It was possible to communicate in German. The owners had lived in Switzerland for a while. The breakfast was also very extensive for Italian standards.
The only improvement option I see is an awning on the terrace.

beautiful modern housing
Very beautiful large plot with many fruit trees, parking also in a fenced area, modern rooms with balconies.
Except for the door to the room, there was no other door between the room and the breakfast room, the hallway was very poorly soundproofed.
