1000 km by car only one way - and still very satisfied!
Centrally located and still quiet. Up to the beach and beautiful, wide, long promenade only 50 m. Even without language skills, because the staff is very helpful. We really liked the facility in the hotel. For breakfast there were 4 to 6 types of croissants, small, large with and without touch, cakes, pastries - everything was fresh every day. Drinks makes a cappuccino master! Fresh bath towels daily and bed made with fresh sheets. Recommended!
The weather could be a bit better. It rained for two days and the air temperature was between 12 and 18 degrees C. But someone else is responsible for that.😄

Some things in the bathroom should be replaced as they are broken, such as the hair dryer holder. In the seasonal period in which we stayed (Epiphany) the breakfast service is not available.

Disappointing
There was no breakfast … but this was not clear from the information on the site. This, the lack of even an empty glass to drink some water... prevented us from appreciating anything
Clearer information about what is actually there. At least a kettle of water and freeze-dried drinks in the room since there is no breakfast. At least one bottle of water and one plastic cup in the room.

Beautiful hotel, we stayed in a suite on the top floor overlooking the sea. Buffet well stocked breakfasts.... Tina who takes care of the buffet she is thoughtful and kind, Elvis behind the bar is always in touch, nice and helpful. Fantastic welcome including.

Strategic position !!
enviable location, friendly staff, clean and tidy hotel. Comfortable bed
from a 4 star you can expect some precautions which were lacking here. The mini bar consisted of two drinks and two fruit juices: stop. The large balcony was completely bare, with no chairs, nothing to hang even a towel on. There was no indication of wifi in the room at breakfast time. In the bathroom, the set consisted of 4 sachets of shower shampoo and a bar of soap, stop. Obviously nothing major, but you can expect more attention to detail from 4* as well.

Welcoming, friendly and helpful staff, excellent cleaning, double bathroom, sea view from the balcony, spacious room, good and rich breakfast (more sweet than salty) with hot drinks at the table, excellent location on the seafront, close to many restaurants / bars / local / ice cream salons

Old hotel in a great location

Convenient and strategic
The structure is well presented, tasteful and well cleaned. Not luxury, but medium-high quality. The rooms - at least where we have stayed - are spacious, simple and well appointed. Strategic location: 50 meters from the sea and an agreement with a well-maintained beach. The staff and property are courteous and helpful. It's not a cheap hotel, but compared to other hotels in the area - quite expensive overall, like the rest of the Tuscan coastline - it's good value for money.
You get a little lost in the little things that are easily improved by the way. Breakfast at the hotel is completely devoid of local "references" with all the good things that this land produces ... First of all, the "salty" part is missing: cheap boiled shoulder, almost no cheese, no scrambled eggs. ..tourists from the north will be disappointed. Only the sweet part is rich and good. Fruit is also scarce and sometimes spoiled. With a little effort on this front, you can achieve so much more! Another sore point is the TV in the room: a screen of about twenty inches is definitely too small to guarantee vision for those who are no longer young ...

Fantastic!
The structure has been tested for a couple of years, everything is always perfect, and the apartments and rooms are cozy, bright and very spacious, with simple and beautiful furnishings! The balconies are really big! Impeccable cleanliness and staff at the reception, ready to fulfill any request and go forward. You can get to the beach by crossing the central promenade, what more could you want?! Advised!!!

Disability in the spotlight
Great attention to the disabled. I had my mother in a wheelchair with me, I had daily support and help in every step. I sincerely thank the staff of the structure for this. We make you feel at home and pamper yourself. The difficulties associated with the state of incapacity for work were kept to a minimum. Great vacation.

2 days at sea!
We only spent one night (when work calls) but I would have spent a lot more! Friendly and always smiling staff, excellent housekeeping, good and rich breakfast, perfect location! We had our 25 kg puppy with us, but unlike other hotels, Lola welcomed him as one of us, offering us the most spacious room, also because of his comfort. It's not obvious! Special thanks to all the staff, we will definitely be back :)

Absolutely to keep the fruit fresh during breakfast, Schuco hair dryer forks with regular Italian forks may also include an espresso machine.

Everything is perfect
What can I say, it couldn't have been better. The guys at the front desk were very helpful. Nice rooms, comfortable seating area, also because, unfortunately, you had to eat in the room due to restrictions. Warm environment. I think this is one of the best places I have stayed. thanks

We will be back in the summer to enjoy the comfort of a hotel a stone's throw from the sea.
Access to the restaurant and hotel is really good. An elegant room. The room is equipped with a wardrobe, desk, hanger, bench, armchair, sofa, refrigerator: everything you need for comfort. The sea view room was pleasant.
Unfortunately due to covid the restaurant was closed for breakfast, lunch and dinner and we had to go out to meet our needs.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to evaluate a building in a seaside town during the covid period in winter, that would be wrong. The hotel certainly has great potential in terms of location and structure.

Nice hotel in a great location. We had a very large room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Expansion is possible on site without any problem. Close to the beach. Very quiet thanks to Covid-19. Parking in front of the hotel is free. The daily change of towels and sheets, although not environmentally friendly, is very pleasant.
The hotel restaurant is probably closed due to Covid-19 and therefore there is no breakfast in the hotel.

Was disappointed at first as breakfast was not included in the sponsors list on their page (the restaurant is closed probably due to covid19). Once in the room, the lights did not work (previous guests broke the sockets). Oddly enough, to make up for these inconveniences, we were offered a 20 € discount on accommodation per night, for a total of € 40, which was an unexpected gesture and obviously very appreciated! If possible, I will definitely come back and recommend it to everyone.

EXCELLENT LOCATION. AVAILABLE AND FRIENDLY STAFF. WE HAD TWO ADULTS (MOTHER 85 YEARS OLD, DAUGHTER 63 YEARS OLD) AND A GIRL 5 YEARS OLD (MY GRANDMA). WE HAVE THREE KINDS OF NEEDS TO FOLLOW. We chose an apartment which was a great choice because it was large and functional. THE ELEVATOR AND THE CLOSE TO THE SEA HELPED MY 85 YEAR OLD MOTHER ENJOY TIREDY-FREE HOLIDAYS. WE HAVE CHOSEN THE REGULAR BATHROOM OF Raffaella, which is located in front of the hotel, THROUGH TWO SEMI-PASSED STREETS TO THE HOTEL. THE HOTEL AND BATHROOM STAFF CANNOT WELCOME US (AND WE WERE SUFFICIENT REQUIREMENTS BECAUSE OF THE SITUATION) AND THEY COULD MAKE US A GREAT HOLIDAY. THANKS FOR THIS AND NECESSARILY RETURNING SOON

Relaxed holiday with initial unexpected events
My expectations were the same as for a 4 star hotel, nothing special.
The first impact was clearly negative, but the management brilliantly solved the problem. I actually booked knowing there was parking available but instead the structure was full and I had to look for suitable solutions. Also, the room booked for 3 only had a double bed and a bed/chair that still needed to be prepared. Luckily the issue was reported in the direction requested for a solution, almost 1 hour later we were given a better room, more for the same price. Too bad because the hotel looks really good, close to the beach for those looking for the sea and absolutely spotless.

Very friendly staff, very spacious room overlooking the sea, a spacious balcony with a dryer for drying beach towels in the evening. Definitely recommended!
The car park was full so we had to pay for parking with a public ticket even if for 3 days the €15 cost is more than reasonable.

The hotel is super central, very close to the beach. We booked a triple room even though there were two of us because it was the last one, the room was big and clean with a side sea view. The value for money is adequate.
The hotel is only on paper 4 stars. It is definitely outdated in both the general look and the decor of the rooms, the services are non-existent and the staff is slow and sleazy. It also requires payment upon arrival, without even seeing the number, which indicates distrust of the client .... However, the receipt was not provided at the same time as payment, but only upon departure after an explicit request.

The stay went very well, certainly exceeded all expectations, excellent location, a stone's throw from the sea and at the same time in the center. Then the management of the hotel deserves a special mention, as they were very attentive to the needs and requirements of the customer, which in most cases is not at all obvious after the payment of the bill. This hotel proves to have an edge and deserves a great review.

The structure is very close to the beach. Very spacious family rooms with kitchen and two bathrooms. Extreme availability of the owner. It was very clean and I was happy because it's rare to find places with a kitchenette AND daily housekeeping. The ladies were very nice.
I liked everything, in the kitchen there was only a saucepan for heating milk, and I used a saucepan for pasta. I hope they can supply cleaners for separate collection in the future, because I was sad to see everything thrown into one bin after we carefully separated the plastic and glass from the rest.

Parking right in front of the hotel - low season. One minute to a great beach. 10 minutes by car to the shopping center and the center of Grosseto. There are enough restaurants, ice cream parlors.

Hotel in a good location
A short walk to the beach, nice sea view from the top floor.
Parking, even for the fee they otherwise charge, we could not park at the hotel, but had to park at the parking machine at the beach. When booking a room, we reserved parking in advance.

Weekend in Marina di Grosseto
Spacious suite with a separate bedroom. Living room with large sofa bed. Large terrace overlooking the sea and the location of the hotel in the center 50 meters from the sea. Excellent breakfast.

The space in the room is larger than expected
The rag with which it was wiped left an unpleasant smell. It would be nice to be able to use the room all day for just one night stay.

Perfect beach holiday - will be back next year!
Very friendly welcome - hotel and room very clean - daily change of towels and sheets. Ideal location - just a few meters from a beautiful, long and well-maintained sandy beach. Underground parking available at the hotel. Breakfast is ok for Italy. There are many restaurants near the hotel.

Proximity to the sea a stone's throw from the hotel and almost in the center of the evening walk! Cozy and well maintained hotel and apartments. Ours in particular for 5 people was very large and clean with two bathrooms. Excellent towel change and maid service. It is possible to have breakfast and dinner for an additional fee directly in the hotel restaurant.

Hearty breakfast for all tastes
An umbrella and sun loungers on the beach are not 10 but 13 € per day, 10 € per day for parking, there are no discounts in the restaurant for hotel customers, dinner in the restaurant leaves much to be desired, they cook worse than in a 2-star motel

Great location. Actually right on the beach Breakfast ok, but not great. Hotel clean, staff very nice.
