Recommended for location
Location, friendliness of the owner, beautiful terrace above our room with sea view, with jacuzzi. good breakfast is served on the 4th floor terrace overlooking the sea.
The jacuzzi was empty because "it was windy" ... For a night for two, a very small dose of shampoo and the same amount of shower gel.

Antonio is a wonderful host! He found out in advance what time we were arriving, greeted guests daily for an Italian breakfast - coffee, pastries, fruits. By the way, for breakfast, which takes place on a terrace overlooking the sea, there will be a church bell ringing on a neighboring street))) The building is located on the first line, so that the beaches (free, expensive and cheaper) and the promenade are within walking distance.
The cons are also the pros: -room on the 4th floor, but movement is life! -when planning your departure, keep in mind that from Margarita to the nearest airport you can only get by taxi or public transport with transfers. And it will be more convenient if the departure is not early.

Great stay!
Great breakfast cooked on the terrace overlooking the sea. Empathy and availability from all the staff, especially Antonio! It should be noted that there are stairs in Margherita di Savoia and parking is difficult during summer holidays.

Beautiful structure, exceptional staff with some details to improve
Undoubtedly, one of the strengths of the structure is the location overlooking the sea and in front of the partner beach. The room is beautiful, the one they booked for us had a sea view and offers every comfort including a mini fridge available when needed. The managers are fantastic people, very helpful and nice. The breakfast is not rich, but many products are homemade and very tasty.
there is no elevator and every time you have to climb 4 flights of stairs to get to your room, and especially in the heat or with health problems, it can be hard. The cleanliness is also not up to par as we found the same towels and dirty shower as the previous day.

Excellent breakfast and sea views. The staff is available 24 hours a day, the rooms are always clean and comfortable. Great place for hiking
Church building: unfortunately, the bell tower rings early in the morning and it is very close. 3 floors on the stairs on foot, but in the country in 90% of houses or buildings there is no elevator.

B&B by the sea
The location of the B&B is ideal, right in the center of the Margherita promenade, just leave the room and you are already on the beach, breakfast is served on the panoramic terrace and therefore the start of the day is fantastic. The owners of this practically family-run bed and breakfast are always welcoming and helpful.
Some B&B rooms do not have wardrobes or furniture to accommodate luggage, making them uncomfortable for long stays. The breakfast consists of only sweet products, which is a bit monotonous for those who stay for longer periods.

Relaxation, sea and friendliness
Exquisite hosts ... lovely and welcoming. The room is nice, clean, very nice. There is no lift in the building. You go to the terrace for breakfast. With a really beautiful view overlooking the sea, you start the day in great condition .. Highly recommended

In Sottosopra, you enter guests and leave friends
The room, the location and of course the exceptional staff: Antonio is very kind and helpful, Ferdinando is always friendly and cheerful and Giuseppe is the perfect and discreet bartender! On the breakfast terrace, there is a sign: "In Sottosopra you bring in guests and leave friends." I must say right away that this is really true!
The only downside is that you have a room on the third floor with no lift.

DISINFECTION OF THE ROOMS IS NECESSARY
Hearty breakfast and very helpful and friendly owners, nice structure, beautiful jacuzzi on the terrace, I would give my maximum rating, but the cleanliness of the room was very poor, after I clarified this a couple of times, the situation did not change very sincerely. Sorry, but I expected a lot more attention to cleaning, especially during this period of Covid emergency ...

In conclusion, I rate my stay much higher than sufficient.
1. The availability and courtesy of the two owners of the B&B (Antonio and Ferdinando), who are warm in their welcome, attentive in assisting the guest and available to every request, and who are present in the morning during breakfast, answering all the questions of the customers present. 2. Breakfast was plentiful with homemade products and fresh fruit. It is also served on the panoramic terrace, making everything even more enjoyable. 3. The place is really charming as the structure is just steps from the beach. 4. A comfortable bed makes rest easy. 5. Cleaning of rooms.
1. The entrance to the B&B is narrow, secluded and cramped, but unfortunately completely independent of the owners of the building, who have only two floors of the building (out of four levels, including a terrace, but no lift.) other people live too. 2. Bells were ringing from the bell tower of the church located on the other side of the road, which in the morning (7:00 and 8:00) rang with an unprecedented rhythm, duration and intensity: those who go on vacation will prefer, perhaps, wake up softer or even later, but unfortunately this is not possible. However, I am equally aware that even in this matter, both owners are not responsible. 3. Room amenities are good but not great. Aside from the industrial style of the room I was staying in (which I am not commenting on because taste is subjective), there were some little things missing that were easy and inexpensive to put in, which would have raised my final grade. In fact, the bedside tables on the sides of the bed were missing: only one of the two had a small stool, and the other side had nothing. The minibar was attached to the wall without a container, which also muffled the engine noise. There was no storage box for luggage, only two shelves and a pipe on the wall with hangers, which, frankly, I don't really like, also due to the need to keep suitcases open in the room and not being able to put them anywhere else in the room.

An unexpected miracle
The welcome was phenomenal: the structure of three very good and very helpful brothers, whom we met with genuine pleasure. You can see that these are people for whom bed and breakfast is not a job, but, above all, a passion. They not only gave us a contact with the guide to visit the great salt baths of Margarita di Savoia and recommended various restaurants in the area, but they also called to order us an umbrella on the beach (since everything is very busy on Sundays.). This bed and breakfast is very tastefully furnished. All furniture is made by the owners, transforming recycled materials into stylish and functional ones. The room had a comfortable balcony, refrigerator and a beautiful shower with hydromassage. We were especially impressed by the wonderful rooftop terrace overlooking the sea, where breakfast is served (with excellent homemade cakes) and where you can relax in the Jacuzzi available to customers. Wish we had such a short stay (just one night), we felt pampered and will try to come back.
Nothing, everything is perfect. Too bad it doesn't have parking. However, on the way, we immediately found a paid place, even if it is not always easy, because the city is quite busy.

Room with great views - good value for money
Modern and quiet room on the 4th floor without a lift with a beautiful view of the beach. Very nice terrace above the bedroom with free entrance. Sweet breakfast with very good coffee.
Bed linen for review, sheets and mattress are too short compared to the mattress. There is no parking, but we managed to park on the street. Breakfast is a little capacious (no dairy products, no butter).

Wonderfully perfect! It's a shame that you can't give more than 10. He deserves so much more.
Impeccable location, impeccable and carefully furnished rooms. The reception took place in the TOP, a structure run by two very good brothers. We stayed in the structure for two days (it would be a pity if we would have stayed for a whole month), where we were pampered all the time. The structure has a terrace with spectacular views, breakfast with this view is amazing, how about a corner bar, lounge and jacuzzi. It is truly an open-air wellness center. The best B&B in all of Margarita di Savoia.
The only drawback is the lack of a lift. I could selfishly say an unimportant detail that is inaccessible to a disabled person.

Great experience thanks to the owners and the central location.
One of the nicest things is the location of the bed and breakfast in the very center and very close to the sea. Last but not least, it is the coordination and availability of all staff and owners, thanks to which you immediately feel like a welcome guest and family. Of particular note is the fantastic breakfast on the terrace with delicious homemade cakes.

Good - but not for long.
Breakfast is served on the rooftop terrace.
No electricity from midnight to 7.30 - construction work. As a result, the emergency light came on and could not be turned off. No parking (public parking approx. 10 minutes on foot).

An original concept.
Well maintained room with sea views and a cozy sun terrace on the top floor, where we had breakfast.
The room was on the third floor. It was necessary to climb a staircase of three floors, there was no elevator. They helped us move our luggage upstairs. The entrance looked a little rough, but the rooms were in a renovated section, modern and tidy.

Room, sea view, quiet and polite room, rich breakfast with homemade desserts, very kind and generous hosts. Thanks to their advice, we visited the fabulous places better known in Puglia. Thanks Antonio and Ferdinando for the hugs.
