vacation went well, but basic needs need to be reviewed
the location is good close to the center and the garage where to repair the car
the apartment lacked basic necessities such as toilet paper

Highly recommended for a relaxing holiday in the cool and green, a stone's throw from the center
Great location, very quiet area next to the forest with mountain and forest views. Very clean apartment, decent size and fully equipped; very kind lady both on arrival and departure. Free parking space in the building upon request.
An easy to use but rather uncomfortable sofa bed including pillows, although this may be a matter of habit. the kitchen equipment is a bit lacking but still in line with the value for money.

Never again !!
Location in relation to the city, very beautiful Madesimo
Uncomfortable beds, very thin pillows, a stove with four burners, only 2 worked, but it was impossible to cook, few kitchen utensils, not even a dryer for dishes. Basically you have to bring everything, there is nothing !!apartment 21 is very humid

It was a "first time" for us, we will definitely be back, possibly extending our stay.
large apartment 55 sq. with a balcony, located in an excellent location, a stone's throw from the center and the pedestrian zone, close to all kinds of shops the policy of the country provides enough space for pedestrians, children and dogs cars in the village are subject to a maximum speed of 10-20 km, with parking spaces reserved for buildings with a sticker to match - the Primule Tre residence has many free boxes for its customers, a very welcome solution for those who have no problems with parking. car owner Mrs. Barbara and Jana at the front desk are very kind and available for any needs
used in other residences to have regular people at the front desk, being a two star hotel that does not provide this service, we had difficulty at times due to some minimal need, even if not a major one. On the 0th floor there is a large living room with a reception desk, many sofas and TVs that are not used, there is also a common terrace where there were tables and chairs in the Booking photo, but we did not see them.

good outdoor recreation
... Beautiful residence in a beautiful area surrounded by pine trees, the apartment was comfortable with everything you need, a very comfortable bed and you sleep well in the cool, there was a garage upstairs which thanks to MRS Jana I could use before my departure in the afternoon. ..definitely, if I have free days, I will return
I would put extra rolls of toilet paper, like kitchen towels in the kitchen... otherwise everything is ok😀

Pleasantly surprised
Cozy apartment with everything you need. One thing that surprised me and I especially liked a lot is that all the linens, both bed and bath, were scented, including the duvets!
Nothing, but maybe next time I would ask for an apartment with a balcony if possible.

cozy apartment in a great location. we did not use the kitchen as we stayed 2 days

we loved it so much we are already booking for next year
Julia was a fantastic person, professional, serious, always available and always very kind. the beds were comfortable and the linens were scented. warm blankets and the ideal temperature in the house. ideal location for ski lifts for families with small children. terrace comfortable for games and with a beautiful view
I really struggle to find any flaws. to write one, furniture from the 70s.

Price / quality is very reasonable

House in the forest a few steps from the mountains

Convenient and reasonably priced
The apartment is beautiful, simple but with everything you need for tranquility, a few steps from the center. Near service, starting point for beautiful walks. It is convenient to have a designated box. I have been there before and will definitely be back. Excellent value for money. Animals are accepted!

Nice building but in poor condition
Cooking utensils were scarce or non-existent. There were no towel racks in the bathroom

Good value for money-
Fantastic location, in a quiet area but 2 steps from the center and the slopes. Spacious and quiet apartments. Great opportunity to park inside the structure in a box, rather than in a simple parking space.
Maybe I would add a few more pots, plates and glasses. They were counted x 4 in total.

Clean and comfortable
Excellent value for money for a stay in such a strategic location. Central and well serviced. Giulia is pleasant, helpful and above all very flexible at check in and check out. Bed linen comes clean and fragrant. We will definitely come back and recommend.

Recommended.
The residence is located in a very picturesque area for those who love walking and hiking in the mountains in summer and skiing in winter. Clean, well maintained rooms with fresh linens and clean towels, nothing wrong with that. The equipment of a typical Italian standard is not bad, even very good.
I didn't like the low level of the corridor. Where, from the entrance to the building, we are met by neglected rugs with numerous stains. But this is apparently the charm of a place usually reserved for skiing. It doesn't change the fact that you can take care of it.

Tranquility 2 minutes from the gondola lift
Quiet location but very close to the center, spacious room, comfortable mattresses, flexible check-in and check-out (it was not a very high season)
For longer stays it would be useful to have a dishwasher.

The welcome and fantastic availability of Mrs Barbara, the thorough cleaning of the apartment which is hard to find in residences. I highly recommend this. It really feels like home.
I stayed in an apartment for 4 people. I would suggest extra plates, cutlery and chairs. Only this would not be enough to make it perfect !!!!

If you really want to disable...
Very central location, but absolutely quiet place for those who like to relax. A parking space in the garage is very welcome. The staff are very kind. The structure is definitely recommended.
Rai 1,2,3 - 3 Mediaset and several clubs are broadcast on TV. To improve, but it may depend on the area.

A great stay
Excellent location, very convenient covered parking, very kind Mrs. Barbara. Comfortable apartment complete with everything you need. We really liked having a balcony.
More utensils would be needed. They counted 4 people.

Nice little break, we had a good time with family and would happily return.
Nice apartment with box included, clean, essential, with kitchenette with utensils and even clean sheets. Great views of the landscape and a good location in the city center, with ski lifts and an ice rink. The structure is in good condition and equipped with a good Wi-Fi line. The ratio between quality and price of accommodation is also good.
