Unfortunately, we did not find the desired peace for our stay.
the view from the terrace offers a beautiful but small view of the beach and the sea.
The apartment is right on the stairwell and really not quiet.

Very pleasant stay in Levanto
The apartment is very pleasant, with a beautiful view of the sea and the Gulf of Levanto, a very functional apartment, well furnished and equipped, nothing is missing! The possibility of parking behind the residence is considerable. Levanto is a good starting point for visiting the Cinque Terre.
Accessing the apartment is a bit like a treasure hunt....but by following the owner's instructions exactly, you will get there very well!

We had a pleasant stay with this host. The property is ideally located to visit.
Spacious and very clean apartment. Great view. The perfect place to visit the Cinques Terres. Very well located as the train station is within walking distance. Right in the city center. Free parking near the building on a hill. In short, great location and value for a visit to Cinques Terres.
A kettle and a real coffee maker would be a plus (only an Italian coffee maker is not ideal for 6 people).

5 friends are going to the Cinque Terre for a weekend in May. Absolutely recommended for visiting the Cinque Terre
comfort for the Cinque Terre, very spacious apartment, fully equipped house for any long periods (washing machine, dishwasher, TV, Wi-Fi), terrace with sea view, very comfortable and easy self check-in, friendly host.
Leaking bathroom sink, labyrinthine building (and completely inaccessible to people with walking/wheelchair difficulties), condominium light that leaks through the glass part of the front door at night

Great location and amazing view!
We spent 6 nights in the apartment. Great location! Just 10 minutes walk from the train station. A few meters walk from the beach. And what an incredible view from the 7th floor!! The apartment is spacious with a large exterior.
There are only two things that weren't great. First, the lack of comfort (mattress) and the apartment is quite "rustic". The second where, unfortunately, the owner has nothing to do with it: a lot of noise, very poor sound insulation: / between the works of the apartment is not far away on the same floor and the neighbors from above who made a lot of noise was not great.

A stone's throw from 5 Terre, 5-star hotel Levante!
The whole apartment is at your disposal, with every comfort, clean, simple and charming. Typically Ligurian floors are beautiful, very colorful. Wonderful view of the Gulf of Levanto, visible from the small terrace and from the living room window. In the living room, we found all the useful information about free parking near the apartment, but not only: useful rooms, restaurants, ecological service, etc. This information has been largely reproduced via email and more than once. Fine.
Parking is a little inconvenient, but in these small towns on the Spice Coast, this is always something to consider; in any case, the manager provided all the information (and in writing, both in the apartment and by e-mail)

Ideal for families
A beautiful, comfortable, clean apartment with a magnificent panoramic view of the sea and mountains, great for a large family, there were 5 of us (2 adults and 3 children) and there was still room.

A structure with an excellent quality price, offering comfort that is often not found even in luxury apartments, one of the most beautiful windows to the sea that can be opened with a wonderful view.
Unfortunately, the building in which the apartment is located is dilapidated and huge, probably the largest building in Levanto (for this reason, it is full of people). The apartment was on the seventh floor many times, considering a lot of people, you could wait for the elevator for more than 5 minutes, it is inconvenient to get to the apartment with suitcases, more negatively mark the terrace, which in the photos you might think of with a sea view instead it is completely inside the building (behind except for a small part) with neighbors' balconies around, of course, not a very good view, especially when waste, like cigarette butts, fall from other balconies, we found that it is completely unsuitable for the view As for the position, the choice was made exclusively in favor of the terrace, which turned out to be the least used and least appreciated medium.

Large, clean and well equipped home, but logistics and check-in and check-out times need to be negotiated.
Cleaning and air conditioning (absolutely necessary because the apartment is on the top floor) were excellent.
You need to know that two flights of stairs lead to the house, one short and one with about ten steps: this is impossible for those who have problems with walking: this must be said! The location of the key was only due to the accidental presence of a lady. Check-in at 15:00 and check-out at 11:00, then I bargained at 12:00. The whole building is undergoing renovations, so it is very noisy during the day.
