Daniela speaks good German which was very helpful, very helpful and lovely! The property has been lovingly restored and furnished to match! The location is great, there is free public parking right in front of the house.

Amazing location. Restaurants, shops and excellent ice cream within a 10-minute walk. Only about 20 min walk from Villa del Balbianello. There is also a beach (rocky) not far from the accommodation. There was a view of the lake from the room's window. A path along the lake leads around the accommodation. There is a boat stop for traveling on the lake within a 10-minute walk. All the staff were very nice and helpful, upon arrival we received recommendations on what to visit and how to get around. Parking is free at the accommodation. We certainly weren't here for the last time.

Very nice staff and good advice for visits, restaurants, travel. The enthusiasm of the whole team is very pleasant, and congratulations on the French! The house is very well furnished, the finishes are neat, the equipment is adapted. Special mention for breakfast. Even during the Covid period, there is a wide selection of homemade pastries as well as savory foods that are a delight.

All! The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff (the owner Daniela and her helper) (they also speak very good English if you don't know Italian). The location, in a quiet alley with an outstanding view of Lake Como. The room was large, cool and nice. Breakfast outside, in the small patio, is a nice start to the day The location; Lenno is quieter and less touristy, except for Villa Balbianello, which is a stone's throw from the property and is reached via a leafy walk overlooking the lake. A visit is highly recommended. Also recommend the boat ticket "middle-lake pass" where you can visit Bellagio, Menaggio and Varenna in one day for €15.

The room is very large and very stylish; I would say very welcoming. The bathroom is very original with its own staircase. The large windows overlooking the lake and the coffered ceiling are beautiful!

It was an incredible experience, the best accommodation in the two weeks of travel I have been. The staff is impeccable, they try to help in everything. the room is very clean and comfortable, with a clean bathroom, with hairdryer and towels. Breakfast at 10 is actually a buffet with basic fruits, jam, butter, toast, yoghurt, cereals of various kinds, juice, tea and coffee. Also, the day before, you fill out a brochure with the rest of the breakfast you want and they serve it to your table (cornetto, eggs of various kinds, sweet and savory...) In addition, there is a thermos of water. in the room with tea and coffee.

Super great location, right on the lake but in a quiet area, there are some nice cafes and restaurants. You get great tips on the site. Everything you need, great view from the room to the lake.

We really liked this accommodation! This was the best of our stay at Lake Como. It is really ideally located at the level of the lake and Villa Balbianello. The room, even if it didn't overlook the lake (it didn't when we booked), was spacious, very pleasant, very quiet. We also took advantage of the garden in the evening. It is a very good base for walks along the lake (green path hike) and Lenno is a very beautiful town. Visually, the hotel is quite discreet and the photos probably don't do it justice.

The accommodation is a hidden gem that is lovingly furnished. The location is great, 1 minute walk to the lake and restaurants. Still very quiet. There is a small garden where even dogs are allowed. Since it is surrounded by a wall, perfect. We had a double room on the ground floor with an extra daybed and the size of the room and bathroom were great. Everything was absolutely clean and thoughtfully furnished. Only the innerspring mattress was too hard for us and we felt like we were sleeping right on the springs. But this is a matter of taste. The free parking spaces right in front of the hotel are also great. All in all, Balbianino is an absolute recommendation.

The room is very good. Breakfast is offered with multiple choices each day depending on our sweet or savory desires. The table is served by a very sociable young student who speaks several languages, especially French. The manager also welcomed us very well and gave us advice for visiting the lake. It is convenient to park the car.

Very beautiful accommodation in a recently renovated classic Italian villa in an absolutely quiet yet central location. All rooms are in very good condition and you feel comfortable right from the start. Daniela is very concerned about the well-being and satisfaction of the guests and you get all the important tips from her for great days on Lake Como and in at least 4 different languages. The breakfast also leaves nothing to be desired and there is something for all tastes. We have been to Lake Como for business and pleasure and will definitely return to Balbianino.

Excellent accommodation in the best location. The service from Daniela and Eliza is outstanding. Breakfast can be customized according to your wishes. The location is a dream. With the ferry pier at Lenno, you can get to any place on the middle lake without a car. Villa del Balbianello is just 30 minutes' walk away.

This small hotel is well located. Lake Como can be reached on foot in a few minutes. The staff is very friendly and Daniela creates a particularly positive atmosphere here. We have stayed there twice. All the best!

Balbianino is a beautiful bed and breakfast right next to the lake. The hostess is very nice and caring, the breakfast is varied and tasty. We were upgraded free of charge to a beautiful large lake view room.

We stayed at La Torre for a week. The apartment belongs to the Balbianino guesthouse and is located next to two entrances. It is very well equipped and there is free public parking in front of the hotel. In high season, subject to availability, you can also rent one of the two private playgrounds for EUR 5 per day. The host Daniela is very friendly and gives a lot of great advice. In addition to English, she also speaks German. At this stage, many thanks to Daniela. We will definitely come again 😃

From a very friendly welcome in an absolutely clean room to a perfect (corona notwithstanding) breakfast, all in an optimally quiet location almost right on the lake, you won't find any real criticism! When we return to the area, we will return to Balbianino!

Fantastic vacation! I stayed one night with my boyfriend and we loved it. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and helped us to show us the best places and the best restaurants. Perfect location in the heart of the small village of Lenno, 1 foot from the port, 3 feet from the beaches and less than 10 feet from the piers. Comfortable rooms that matched everything described Daniela helped us a lot from organizing our excursions to booking restaurants for us. The breakfasts were perfect. We'll be back!

We were able to park our car in the free car park in front of the hotel. From there we did everything on foot. The nice ladies at the front desk or breakfast service were absolutely friendly, helpful and flexible. They spoke English, German, French and, of course, Italian. The hotel impresses with its beautiful interior design. In the cozy little garden you can sit and relax in the evening. Our attic rooms had a great view of Lake Como - even from the bed! Thanks to the air conditioning, which can be adjusted independently, the room was never too hot. Due to Covid, breakfast can be booked individually the day before (instead of a buffet). Everything is fresh and appetizing, served friendly. I have been to Lago di Como many times - I like this hotel the most.

We had a very large room with lots of tall windows, all nicely refurbished. 1a, the promenade with ice cream parlors and restaurants starts just around the corner, a supermarket and the pier can be reached on foot in five minutes. Not directly on the main road, so it's nice and quiet; Enough free parking spaces right in front (otherwise no tourist will get lost with his car in this dead end). The host, Daniela, was very friendly and helpful, whether it was printing online tickets, looking for ferry crossings, or reserving corona tests at the pharmacy.
