Winter holiday in Lecce

Minpaku in a historic town
Quiet area close to the old town centre. Air conditioning and heating work well. You can do self check-in.
It seems that humidity accumulates in winter, and I was worried about the musty smell, and the towel smelled a little musty. If the breaker trips, there is only a breaker in the lower guest room, so you need to have a relationship with other guests to restore it.

Complete disappointment
Very convenient location
Very humid room and consequently bed and towels, non-existent services, no breakfast except a moka and some cereals, furnishings in precarious conditions. The photos seen on booking do not correspond to reality for any reason!

the shower head needs to be changed: a trickle of water without a dimmer, causing the water to change from very hot to very cold… The owner told us this would be changed

I didn't like anything.
The location is central. It has basic stuff and a shared kitchen for making coffee or other stuff. Also a washing machine.
Everything is old, not vintage. The room was terrible, with old sheets, shower with poor water pressure. Even the mirrors were broken. In addition to the noise of other parts. The street is very noisy from 5 am. The neighbors were screaming. The iron front door was jammed, leaving in an emergency was almost dangerous.

Lecce for one night
Great location for those who arrive from the station and go to the center. Characteristic and historical area of the city. The facility and the room and bathroom were clean. Check-in and check-out outside business hours.
.The room has its own charm. It was on the first floor, so I went outside and there was some noise. There were no blinds on the windows, so despite the thick curtains, a lot of light came in. The entrance to the room is in front of the entrance to the building and in the common area where breakfast is prepared and consumed. Fortunately, I left very early. The taps in the sink and shower are vintage and therefore without a faucet to get the right water temperature. The shower cabin is only protected by a curtain that sticks to the body during washing. There was no shower mat. The towels were not very soft and one was discolored. The value for money seems unbalanced to me if I exclude the offer that was due to me.

Total immersion in the heart of Lecce
Very warm welcome from Danilo. Central location, very clean, nice breakfast, very functional and well equipped kitchen. Large room and very comfortable bed. Nice rooftop overlooking Lecce. We recommend!
Room facing the street, a bit noisy at times (dog, neighbors talking loudly sitting in front of our window at night).

excellent location, in the historical center and quiet, and also close to the train station. practice a shared kitchen that gives flexibility. quite spacious room. flexible arrival time. Big!

It's nice.. to be completely autonomous because it's not a living space
Well located .. stylishly decorated Nice terrace. Very short stay Superior breakfast biscuits, blah, no fruit dairy, Italian coffee if you know how to use it. Refrigerator in the room.. Organization of professionals, for my taste, too much

Central but what they offer cannot be called breakfast.
Location, near the entrance gate of the city and very quiet.
It smelled like a cat, there were stains on the bedspread. Worst breakfast: a few sliced and toasted industrial buns, a small open bottle of milk from the fridge, and a coffee maker so you can make your own coffee. Luckily there were cafes nearby.

Happy with the location but disappointed with the accommodation which I don't recommend.
Convenient location for visiting the city of Lecce.
There is no front desk so no communication with the owner. Breakfast is disappointing in every way (food and equipment)

So good we took one more night
Very nice, Danilo, our host, even added fruit at our request, a well-equipped kitchen at our disposal and dishes that change every day.
Maybe a little bigger coffee maker…. and again..... 😉😎

Perfect, I will definitely be back!
Nice room with lots of space. Right in the center, you can go straight to the main street. The host is very friendly and you can ask anything, Caminanti is definitely recommended.
Everything is perfectly arranged, I honestly have nothing to say.

It was nice but
Location - a stone's throw to the very center. Nice contact with the owner, great login option. Roof terrace!!!
Not very comfortable bed. The breakfast option is first come first serve style. During our stay, it happened that other guests ate most of the products on display. So we had to settle for cereal with milk. Kitchen utensils as well as the kitchen itself do not look quite fresh. Please note that the property charges 2.5 Euro per person/night city tax.

In the heart of Lecce .. and with us!
The owner, Danilo, welcomed us warmly and gave us advice on very good bars and restaurants in the area. The structure is located in the historical center of Lecce, but still very convenient for those arriving by car and parked outside the center. The rooms are tastefully furnished and equipped with everything you need (refrigerator, hair dryer, air conditioning, etc.). Excellent breakfast.

Very good location, the host is very attentive and nice, it includes breakfast (self service), the room had a nice vintage decor and a very nice terrace with a very nice view of the historic center. Overall good quality - price, it's ok if you want a central apartment in Lecce to sleep, shower and some more :)
The bed in our room was, in my opinion, not very comfortable, the mattress was too soft and sagged, I woke up with back pain in my case. The shower also had a hard time getting the hang of getting it to the temperature we wanted, sometimes it would change from hot to cold water without touching anything... Wifi didn't work the first day but that was due to a specific issue , we notified the owner and on the second night they already fixed it (although we had no internet on the first day because very little coverage reaches the room). Taxes shown on booking are incorrect, booking was 2€ per person per night and ended up being 2.5€ per person per night.

These apartments have everything you need and are individually and tastefully furnished. We especially liked the rooftop terrace and of course the location! Danilo, the owner, is very nice, well organized, brings fresh croissants in the morning and keeping our bikes was not a problem either!

Great solution in Lecce!
Spacious room, relaxing panoramic terrace and a very comfortable and clean bathroom. The minibar where we got the drinks was also very welcome. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need.

Location, self check in, parking, host didn't show up but gave us all the exact directions.
Small shower, for breakfast I ate croissants out of greed, but I had to remove the burnt part, everything is a little neglected. There is room for improvement.

Everything is perfect
Everything is perfect. The B&B is central but with parking in the immediate vicinity. The rooms are tastefully decorated down to the smallest detail. The owner is very nice and helpful. recommended

Too high value for money
We liked the rooftop terrace the most which was a real plus. The owner was friendly too.
The breakfast was self service and really nothing. There are no fresh things, everything is packed due to Covid-19, as they said. It's special that everything is fresh on offer in a comparable apartment down the road. The coffee was not replenished. The shower cubicle is very small. Luckily, we're slim, but otherwise you don't really fit into that. The room for 3 people is very small and very noisy! Value for money too expensive for what you get.

The location of the bed and breakfast is ideal because it is located right in the historic center of Lecce and you can reach it just on foot, 2 steps from Piazza Sabt'Oronzo. Danilo is a very kind and helpful person.

A very nice stay in a beautiful city.
Very pleasant and functional rooms, tastefully decorated, very well located in the old town, in a quiet area not far from the historic center, very useful communal kitchen and good breakfast. The roof terrace is a very significant plus.

The owner Danilo is a very kind person. When I checked in, I had a problem that he fixed right away.
The air conditioner was not doing its job, or maybe I didn’t know how to make it work (better with the windows open than with the air conditioner connected). For breakfast: why don't you put it in the fridge on top of all the yogurt in the summer?

A good place. I would recommend it!
Other than a technical issue that will be resolved in the future (hopefully) and a covid style breakfast (absurd rules imposed), good rooms, but very good for my taste.
The user also has to solve minor problems on his own (especially since, perhaps, you are in a hurry to leave ;-).

Pity breakfast!!
The included breakfast was not good: cheap bread and pastries, completely industrial, soaked in trans fats. What is no longer seen in the world. Too bad... everything else is good.

I didn't take advantage of the breakfast because it had to be prepared; I would also recommend replacing the brown towels because, even if they are clean, they do not give a good idea of the necessary hygiene.

Centrally located, tastefully furnished accommodation, great!
Very cozy, great value for money, I can only recommend it. We also received useful information about free parking. Everything was as described, there were no bugs. A small note: I know the Italian breakfast is sweet, but it would be worthwhile to think about the non-Italians as well with some cold meats and salty snacks.

Design, attention to decoration, a lot of taste. Ideal location in the center of Lecce attractions. pleasant stay
Great location, very close to the main street but far enough away from the tourists so it's a quiet place. Very cute and original furniture in vintage style. Clean room and bathroom. Danilo the manager was very helpful and polite.
Steep stairs, no lift. Slightly spartan breakfast and "hostel" type management. The pillowcases, although clean, smell bad due to the pillows, which probably need to be refreshed too.

Climatically in the very center of wonderful Lecce
Amazing place! We only spent one night here during our trip around Puglia, but it was by far the coolest place. An atmospheric, comfortable room with access to a shared fully equipped kitchen. In the heart of wonderful Lecce, among white narrow romantic streets. I definitely recommend!
