Highly recommended. Central position. The apartment is very spacious with a wonderful view over Latina from above. Very bright room, full-wall windows overlooking Latina. I was there for work for two days, I was always in the apartment and having a table with that view was the deciding factor. On a note about cleanliness, the room smelled clean. There are all amenities. Large bathroom. Comfortable bed.

Very good location, very close to the center. Gianmarco, the guy who gave me super nice keys. He came back to me on the second day to make sure everything was in order, this is not for everyone. The house was packed with everything you need, DIY breakfast, coffee, water, toiletries.

The location is strategic. The view from the apartment is beautiful, you can even see the Circeo, as well as the clock tower in Piazza del Popolo. Communication with the very helpful manager was easy, as was the check in and check out. The apartment is small but functional, the premises are well organized (three of us were very comfortable), it has new furniture and appliances, lots of shelves and a balcony. It is also super-equipped: it is available for guests, as well as a variety of dishes, plates, pots, a dryer, etc. The attention to the customer is also demonstrated by a good supply of coffee, biscuits, and water. Cleaning is good. Convenient not only for the location in the city center, a stone's throw from nightlife (but quiet), but also with a small supermarket and other nearby shops. Super stay. Certainly my starting point for my next stay in Latina.
