Horrible
the bed was broken, the room was dirty and full of mold and the deposit of 100 euros was not returned to me

A personal and pleasant stay in a quiet area of La Maddalena. Recommended!
very convenient in a very quiet area of the city.
although it was clean, it smelled quite musty (required a desiccant).

An apartment in the old town, as the name suggests, is an old apartment. As soon as you enter, you are greeted by a stagnant smell.
great location
worn out furniture, all furniture was in poor condition and not clean. The mattress is damaged, there is no light in the apartment, there is a hole in the bathroom without a bidet and a window.

Good location, has everything you need, attentive owner, bed linen available, sometimes used materials.
Location, fast check in, host available via whatsapp, wifi, laundry and everything you need for your holiday.
The equipment is sometimes worn/old, very small bathroom (clean but showing signs of rust/age), little natural light in the dining room.

lack of cleanliness, damp walls, moldy shower curtain, very old pots that are difficult to cook, rusty clothesline, little furniture for clothes.
