Beautiful Ivrea, visited in preparation for the traditional Carnival, the city was full of life, with clubs
the availability and hospitality of the owners, the location, cleanliness, value for money is again location (for those who are passionate about modern architecture, the structure is located at the end of one of the residential buildings designed by Marcello Nizzoli and Annibale Fiocchi for Olivetti since 1943, and right next to the building for social services and kindergarten designed by Mario Ridolfi in the same years)
there was a mocha in the common kitchen (very clean and tidy) with a few packs of rusks. It would have been nice to find coffee and maybe a bottle of water.

Convenient and flexible!
Alessandro and Ilary have been incredibly helpful from the first moment, even offering me a lift by car from the station to the location, being in the area. The room is spacious and well kept and the cleaning of the rooms very frequent. I highly recommend it!

"Ivrea la Bella" is an apartment located in the center of Ivrea, in a quiet and peaceful area. It is located on the ground floor of an easily accessible building; very convenient for those who travel by car, as it is possible to park freely under or in front of the apartment. Nearby there is a Mini Market and bars/restaurants/pizzerias, which can be reached on foot in a few minutes. The apartment consists of three rooms with shared bathroom and kitchen. The room I stayed in was large, tastefully decorated and with a TV. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, eating and storing food (gas, pots and pans, refrigerator). The bathroom consists of a shower and it is possible to make a washing machine and hang it on the balcony. Everything is very neat and clean. The free Wi-Fi is much appreciated. Check-in and check-out is very fast and convenient as the opening hours are wide and flexible. The owners are very helpful and kind. Exceptional price/quality ratio.

Cozy and equipped, but clean ...
Welcome, small but pretty kitchen, well equipped, warm and comfortable rooms, the only thing that would be helpful would be more electrical outlets or even just an extension cord. Good location, close to the center and public transport
Perhaps I arrived immediately after another guest, but cleaning the floors was not enough, especially in the room and in the kitchen. Nothing to report for cleaning the bathrooms.

Exceptional
Ivrea beautiful guest house is a nice and cozy apartment with a shared kitchen and bathroom. The room I stayed in, Olivetti, is spacious, welcoming, but above all clean. It is about a 30-minute walk from the center, easily reachable thanks to the walking paths. But a few steps from the apartment there is a city bus stop. There is a supermarket less than ten minutes' walk away, which is also easily accessible on foot. The owners were boundless kindness and approachability.

The style of the room and kitchen, three different sizes of towels, a modern TV and the fact that there is already equipment for washing dishes (but not for drying them). Friendly and helpful host.
Unfortunately, you have to wait several hours between one person and another to take a hot shower. I would advise to lay out the instructions for the induction hob simply because it is modern.

The parking lot is easy to find. The owner was waiting for me late at night to check in.
There is no hand soap, shower gel or shampoo in the bathroom.

The room is well decorated and decorated in pleasant colors.
When booking, it was not indicated to notify a little prior to arrival. I was convinced the hosts were there, so I waited outside for 40 minutes before going inside. Plus, the door to my room was not closing properly. I was expecting a coffee machine. The area is not the best. If I went back to Ivrea, I would not go back there

Perfect solution
The structure is located in an area with developed infrastructure (buses, shops, bars) and is convenient in relation to the city center; the welcome was great and we could have a long conversation with the owner. Despite the shared bathroom, we never had to wait in line; the room has a breakfast tray and the kitchen has free coffee and tea. Accommodation in a very quiet and green area.
The only thing missing was the mirrors in the room ... so as not to occupy the bathroom for a long time !!!

common cramped kitchen with shared utensils. The kitchen can have 2 people together, a total of three rooms. it is best not to use the coffee machine because the coffee is not drinkable.

The bed and breakfast is clean and comfortable, decorated with artistic taste.
The bed and breakfast has been tastefully refurbished. I slept in a pleasant orange room dedicated to the Ivrea Carnival, with Piedmont writings and beautiful photographs. The structure is inserted into the block Olivetti created for his workers and presents a beautiful architecture. Very comfortable bed. Unbeatable value for money.
Let's explain how the coffee machine works! Two mornings I ate barley, but it's better to be less nervous

Bad reception, bad structure.
Providing a small breakfast.
The registration method message was not accurately reported. Payment was difficult as cash was required instead of paying directly by charging the credit card indicated at the time of booking. Although a hairdryer was present, it could not be used as it was incompatible with the sockets in the design and did not come with an adapter. There was no hot water on arrival; after 30 minutes of waiting it was possible to take a warm shower.
