PERFECT LOCATION
EXCELLENT VALUE FOR MONEY, VERY CONVENIENT AND CENTRAL LOCATION. THE STRUCTURE IS VERY NICE AND THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. IF WE COME AGAIN FROM GUBBIO WE WILL DEFINITELY RETURN! THANKS FOR EVERYTHING!

Complete relaxation
Civico 10 is located near the historic center and leaving the car in the Seminary parking lot, where it can be reached in a very short time, it is very easy to get around Gubbio. The restaurants and every shop are close and the walks are relaxing.

good breakfast, great location, very kind staff and very clean rooms
Bathroom (not so much because of the small size, but because of the lack of hot water). I would advise when allocating rooms to check the possibility of easy access for guests to the upper floors, given the structure of the stairs (a bit narrow and difficult for people with little dexterity).
