Perfect in principle!
Beautiful and spacious apartment, literally a stone's throw from the historic center.
The only drawback: I would add cushions and a footstool to the sofa.

Christmas in Gubbio
The house as seen in the photos is very welcoming and very clean with all amenities and more. Even if it is especially cold in Gubbio on winter days, the right temperature is always and always maintained in the house (also because it is a medieval building with load-bearing walls about 1 meter thick!). The owner was very kind and helpful and gave us the information we needed to improve our stay.
There is nothing that we didn't like.

At home in the center of Gubbio
The house is very close to the center, but in a quiet location. Very large, furnished in a modern style, but retaining the original materials and atmosphere of the old Domus. A lot of restoration work has been done. You will immediately feel at home and Sarah is an attentive and friendly host. I will definitely stay here again!

Exceptional
Great attention to detail and guests: books and games for children, natural soaps and thoughtful lighting.
The house was a little cold and a little damp: I would increase the heating and hot water temperature to increase the comfort of the guests.

Charming apartments, small apartments with attention to every detail. Sarah, the owner is very kind and helpful. For those wishing to visit Gubbio, this house is the ideal solution, a stone's throw from the city center, but can be reached by car. We felt at home! thanks
