Service, location, amenities
no constant hot water, obviously a chronic problem for years according to reviews
Good location of the campsite as a starting point for visiting Grado, Aquileia Trieste, etc. The campsite is large and equipped with various services.
Unfortunately, the seating was very cramped: it was impossible to keep the entire table open inside, it was impossible to get through. Also inconvenient is the air conditioning, controlled at the reception, which automatically turns on when you leave the house.
We booked a mobile home, it was small but very clean. The price was very cheap, it was the last week of the season so it was quite quiet and few guests. The beach bar is very good and at this time of the year you can enjoy the evening atmosphere very calmly. The restaurant offered good food, the staff was very friendly.
very nice, clean mobile home!! The campsite is well equipped. Dogs are welcome. The terrace in the mobile home is great for relaxing in the evening. Location close to the sea.
creaky beds.
location
dated and small
The location was great. The sea is easily accessible and suitably shallow for small children. The weather was perfect not too hot not too cold.
The pool smelled and was quite dirty. The worst of all was the air conditioning in our bungalow. It stunk of rotting dead. We always had to leave the door open so that the system failed to appear. Unfortunately, the system itself could not be switched off.
We stayed in the mobile home for three weeks with a one year old child. The mobile home is well equipped with a kitchen, air conditioning and comfortable beds. The large terrace provides plenty of space and extra storage space. The complex is not very spacious which we liked and very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. Our gas heater broke down, after 10 minutes someone came and fixed it. Very family friendly! We will visit again next year.
Very nice beach, only few sunbeds. Great program for kids.
Mobile home parking lot was too small
Beach is too shallow! Gelsen without end
The location and amenities are excellent. Short distances, 2 good kids pools, cheap when the tide starts, 1 pool. Mini golf is beautiful and fun. Pure relaxation. The resort is clean, the prices at the beach bar are reasonable and the food is delicious. We had plenty of space in front of the bungalow. We would like to return!
There was nothing there!
accepts dogs, peace and quiet.
environment
bath
Location: Grado, Trieste, Udine, Laguna etc... Air conditioning in bungalow Swimming pool with slide for kids Supermarket with good range Good pasta and pizza in the restaurant Privacy and tranquility
No Wi-Fi in the bungalows - and things were not going well at other campsites. Dishwasher missing The door of the bungalow did not close with a card; we ended up having to ask for the key Slightly dated bungalow - needs some extra maintenance Supermarket closed on weekends Pool bar service: one person to do everything. Can you drink but can't eat?
Super great mobile home with 3 bedrooms and a separate toilet, everything is very clean, excellent food in the restaurant, especially the pizza. Would book again
The facility is very nice. A lot of nature. You can take long walks on the beach. There is a forest next to it. Well suited for dogs and small children. Mini golf and children's entertainment, coffee, pizzeria, bar, shopping is all there. Great for small children. Also the pools as an alternative to the sea. Everything clean and in order. Pizzeria cooks very well and quickly.
The sofa bed in the kitchen was impossible. The fridge very small. The beach isn't that great as it's difficult for adults to swim. But good for children. The air conditioning only works when all the doors are open. WiFi is available, but only near the reception.
we had Mobilhome Luxury. It was clean and the beds were good for sleeping too. However, there was no bed linen on the ceiling, you could only sleep on one sheet.
Wifi was terrible. The pool was filled with ice water once a week. At the end of the week it was very milky and dirty. There was no entertainment at the pool. The young man tried to play games, but there was no one to encourage people. Also, there are NO umbrellas by the pool. Musil didn't play either. A disaster for children and the elderly. The reception is closed from 19:00. Siesta in the supermarket and restaurant from 14:00 to 18:00. The beach, if you want to go to the "sea", is also paid. Sun loungers 17 euros per day. lots of algae and crabs. unsuitable for swimming. The gym is very outdated. There were also 4 washing machines, 2 of which were out of order and had been in operation for several weeks. nothing is being repaired here. No money investment to make camping a little better. The mini-golf course is also not quite the same. tree needles everywhere. no one picks up either. When we checked out no one asked us how we enjoyed our stay.
The beds were worn out.
Everything was ok
Crayfish from the sea
Good access to the beach, pier on the beach. Easy communication with staff in German or English. The cleanliness of the campsite. Restaurant and shop on site.
There is no information about the possibility of renting pedal boats and the time range when they can be rented.
Nice and orderly environment, nice staff.
Breakfast was poor. (The same ham, cheese, salami every day.
All in all it was a great holiday, unfortunately the volume next to the accommodation was too loud, but still it was a very nice and enjoyable stay. THANKS
that can have a cafe, ice cream and food on the beach
the volleyball court is not usable - a great pity
Ideal for small children and dogs, dogs can swim and walk in the sea for miles next to the hotel's own private beach.
many crabs in the sea, not suitable for swimming as the lagoon is very shallow
Everything you needed was in the facility.
equipment, cleanliness, mobile home hidden under pine trees, pleasant sitting on the terrace
very friendly staff, speaks several languages (Italian (it's also clear), English and even German) walking distance to everything, there are 3 pools on site, walking distance to the beach. a supermarket, bar and restaurant are also here. the bungalows are equipped with the essentials and clean.
The only negative is actually the beach, (but the accommodation can't do anything about that) there are many crabs here and deep water is only there at high tide time and even then you have to walk a long time. there is also a lot of seaweed here
It is very quiet, the facility is very nice and clean!
The beach is only suitable for children, for swimming you have to go very far into the water. The basic cleaning of the apartment is in need of improvement. The bathroom was particularly affected.
I like campsites because they have good facilities for your child. Soccer field, swimming pools, etc
The reservation was not found. They wanted to send me away. Then they wanted to give another, smaller container instead of the stone house. After that, the key to the house was not good, and then the air conditioner did not work. We arrived around 9 pm. We were able to occupy it at 11:30 p.m. After a whole day of driving, I didn't miss it. But the staff really didn't care. They would have simply sent me that there was no accommodation.
Liked: Territory with large, old trees. Complete offer of accommodation, swimming pools and restaurant. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff is impressive! Good bus connection to Grado.
Unfortunately: the beach is not very suitable for swimming (problem with the lagoon). But the pool was great for that.
Lovely hedge garden....it was great! The beach bar and pool (swimming caps are required but caps can be purchased for 3 euros) were great! Everything is clear. Correct and friendly staff. Numerous excursions are possible.
In the evening there is no access to the beach (the gate is irresistibly closed). The sea is too shallow for swimming, but it's normal here.
The environment and the pools
House and reception were asked at check-out if we wanted to pay for resevering the house while we had already done so in advance via booking.com and the food was poor
A good resort for not demanding guests. Despite the size and high frequency (many children, even more dogs), it is pleasantly quiet even at night. Lots of greenery and a short walk to the beach!
The bungalow and furniture are a little old. The shower is tiny and leaking. The plastic garden furniture on the terrace was cracked (risk of injury). Swimming caps are required in the pool.
Nice complex with a very small center, perfect size, lots of trees, lovely beach with a beach bar perfect for sitting and looking at the sea, nice kids pool, all public facilities like pools, toilets, bistros very well maintained and clean, nice staff, good climate, good pizza, cheap spritzers (Aperol Spritz 4 euros, white spritzer 2 euros) ;-) Which I also noted positively - although unfortunately I could not use it alone with 2 children and a dog - it is a fitness room and sports facilities.
These are high level complaints because we loved it and everything was exactly as described and photographed. So there is no reason to complain. But if I have to make suggestions for improvement, then the following: - There will be room in the square for a second playground or other (non-electronic) playground equipment. One rotating device in front of the restaurant and supermarket was used by my children almost to the point of vomiting, ;-) A swing, seesaw or something like that would come in handy here. - The bungalows are getting old inside, our proper one smelt musty. Perhaps at some point they could be painted (again) or the upholstery, bedspreads and curtains changed. - A small walking area or official dog lawn would be great, as the activities of the dogs in the "garden" of the bungalow residents were sometimes very poorly commented by the bungalow residents, although all dog owners immediately cleaned everything up (we did too, of course).
Great new mobile homes in an attractive campsite, lovely cafe on the beach, great place for kids.
The depth of the sea is partially ankle-deep, so there is no opportunity for swimming.
I recommend the resort for families with children. Clean pools, very warm water.
Unfortunately, an ugly beach, no water in the sea. As someone already wrote, the sea looks like a flooded meadow.
Children's animation and many free offers; excellent pools; a supermarket with a good offer; great pool bar + beach bar; Bus to Grado in front of the property; exceptionally friendly and helpful porters, animators and administrators; breakfast on request; first aid station on the beach; a beautiful walk along the beach to Grado is possible; bicycles for rent; gym; Evening entertainment is also available at a nearby property on the beach providing variety; beautiful marina with breathtaking sunrises
The plant's own beach is not very suitable for swimming; The restaurant is not qualitatively convincing; surcharge for the car on the spot; hot water in bungalows is poor; The selection of food at the beautiful beach bar could have been more; Information about sports equipment that cannot be rented (for example, for tennis) in advance would be helpful.
Good signs for cyclists, different swimming areas like the beach or different pools, good restaurants outside of Punta Spin, lots of recreational activities.
The mobile home is cramped in bad weather, the service in the restaurant was not very good, many mosquitoes all day long, some pigeons shitting everywhere, paths leading to the mobile homes are too narrow in places, difficult parking between two trees
Swimming pool, restaurant, beach bar, on-site bar, shop plus plenty of attractions especially for families with children. Peace and quiet away from the city. Possibility to buy a place just below the bungalow. Internet works at the pool, restaurant, reception. Breakfast for 8 eur / person, just right to fill up but not overeat. Equipped kitchenette.
Houses should be refreshed in the near future. Clearances in wooden doors and windows. You can hear everything that is going on outside. Weird velcro curtains in the cottages also need to be replaced. Cobwebs inside, no kettle.
The object is located in a very beautiful forest. Luckily the beach is not too big. Restaurant on the square.
Swimming caps are still required in the pool.
location, cleanliness, comfort, friendly staff
The location of the campsite is good, Grado is easily accessible by car or bicycle (in the evening along a well-lit bike path). After midnight, the car must be parked in front of the campsite until 7:30 am. It promotes calmness on the pitch, which promotes good sleep, although the mattresses are quite hard... In the bungalow, we didn't miss anything except a hand brush. The staff are without exception friendly and helpful, on request we immediately received a remote control with which we could convert the air conditioning into heating, because it was quite cold. The beach is clean, not suitable for swimming like everywhere else, but ideal for standing up paddling if you plan ahead for the water level and wind strength! The large pool is refreshing and perfect for good swimmers. There is a supermarket on the square that has everything you need. For a week we were satisfied.
The bungalow is aging, lacks charm and is only functional, which could be improved with a few details (like new curtains and bedspreads, etc.). The smell of the wool blankets took a long time to get used to (better to have your own bedding or blankets!) WiFi is very unstable and only available in some places. The number of dogs on the site roughly corresponded to the number of children and not necessarily for all. There is no shower in the large pool, but bathing caps are required - this is not suitable for us. We think that the prices for sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach are prohibitive, but you can also lie on the sand with a towel, which means that in a strong wind you will not only have sand, but tons of small black pieces of algae will take home with you ...
Quiet location, campsite with possibility of tent, caravan, bungalow. We chose bungalows as a family. The camp has its best years behind it, but it is still visited mainly by permanent guests. Basically comfortable, the bungalow was clean, basic equipment plates, cutlery, simple kitchen unit with refrigerator, air conditioning. Modern mobile homes are also available, but we didn't have them. The older bungalows were rather smaller, but fine for 4 nights. In the complex there are two swimming pools, a restaurant, bars, a small shop with seaside goods and one supermarket with everything you need. Wellness center, minigolf, children's animations,... The area is quite wooded, so there is a lot of shade, which helps in the summer. Otherwise, the camp met expectations, it's OK.
Equip the bungalows a little better.
Everyone is very friendly, childish and homely.
Unfortunately, too little is being repaired. Very outdated, roads partially broken...
The mobile homes we stayed in were very new, clean and the terrace was nice and big. The beach bar is beautiful. The beach itself and the shallow waters are ideal for small children. You can also pick up food from the restaurant. The supermarket had a good selection. Children's animation really liked and tried very hard.
We lived in mobile homes from late May to early June. Unfortunately, the beach was cleared of algae and the like. only at the beginning of June. Before that, it was not very beautiful, you had to climb into the water along a 1-2-meter layer of algae. The playground is also very dated and could use an "upgrade". It's just slides, no swings. There was also no playground on the beach itself. There are no mosquito nets in the mobile home, which is a pity, because it was impossible to constantly open the windows at night or in the morning / evening for ventilation, otherwise mosquitoes / wasps fly in.
The equipment of the bungalow is outdated, everything is characterized by a complete lack of maintenance. Only a part of the pre-booked accommodation was given out, but they wanted to pay for the whole thing. And they blame the guest for everything.
Separate swimming pools for swimmers and children. You could buy a bathing cap at the bar for 2 euros. We thought we had problems with the stove and the light. The master was on site within 5 minutes and showed us how everything works.
A bit far from the city center but we knew that. And very practical: the bus leaves every hour to Grado, 3 minutes walk from the entrance.
The location is great, the staff were very friendly, they even offered us a free late check out! The complex has everything you could want and the bungalow was very nice too, more than you can expect for the price!
On the day of departure, the water was turned off at 10 am (later we were told due to work) which would not really have been a problem if we had only been informed, because then we suddenly could not flush, because we did not know anything, and my girlfriend couldn't shower anymore (which she would have done sooner if we knew about it)
Excellent location, maximum tranquility!
Well equipped functional bungalow in a very pleasant environment.
I would cancel the payment for parking inside the campsite!
the mobile home we stayed in was clean and modern
Well-maintained, quiet complex in the countryside with direct access to the sea. The mobile home is small, but everything is there and new.
When they are fully occupied, the mobile homes are too close to each other. The location is not ideal without a car, but with one!
The accommodation was quite green, partly with pine trees, that was nice. The coffee was in a nice location next to a small green area. The covered pool could already be used and the children liked it very much! Gym looked good!
Our mobile home was in the worst possible location. Only shade and therefore freezing cold. The sofa bed inside was totally broken! Unfortunately, you couldn't have breakfast properly in the coffee (there were only croissants and toast), the staff came out very rarely, which is why you had to go in every time! Also at the beach bar you couldn't eat anything else - the staff was neither particularly eager nor friendly! In general, you could see that everywhere! There were only a few guests! Of course, it wasn't very pleasant on the beach because excavators and trucks were constantly driving around! We had to park the car outside because otherwise it would have cost an extra 6€ per day! Would have been free according to the booking?! If you supervised your child at the pool, you were not allowed to leave your dog next to the deck chair! The lifeguard kindly allowed me to hang the dog on the edge if it was lying outside on the lawn. Otherwise we would not have been able to use the pool! There's still a lot to say...
Swimming pools, one of which is heated. Bicycle paths connecting the campsite with the surrounding tourist attractions.
The sea at the camping beach is rather unsuitable for swimming - overgrown and very, very shallow. A plague of mosquitoes. No microwave and kettle provided
Very good breakfast, great location, very nice campsite
nothing
Very friendly helpful staff, nice pool, beautiful beach with cozy beach bar. 15 minutes by car to the old town of Grado
The campsite is unfortunately very old. Our bungalow was clean and well equipped (everything you need in the kitchen) but unfortunately the comfort is neglected. Very small built-in bathroom, towel rack right above the toilet, bright neon lamps as lighting in the bedrooms, small half-height windows in the rooms, tilt only, very thin walls. Unfortunately the terrace flooded during the rain so despite the roof we couldn't sit outside, unfortunately there are no comfortable seats inside.
The campsite has a real Mediterranean atmosphere, we didn't have much contact with the staff, few of them speak English, but they are very helpful. The accommodation is quite well equipped, we did not prepare any kitchen equipment, but we found everything we needed there. The parts of the house had quite a good privacy thanks to the big bushes around it. We booked the accommodation at night, which was unfortunate as the porter did not accompany us to our accommodation and we had difficulty finding it in the pitch dark. It was completely adequate in terms of price-value ratio.
We had very loud neighbors during our stay there, I can't say anything bad, since we didn't use any other services in the camping area apart from the accommodation.
Close to the beach, beautiful bike paths, restaurant food was very good and inexpensive, front desk staff were very friendly and solution oriented
too short pool hours, beach with grass and dried foam heads dirty - not suitable for small children, no lawn in front of the bungalow - you stand on the ground and when it rains in the mud, the range in the supermarket is very manageable.
Friendly staff, restaurants in the area offer very good food.
The bungalows are quite noisy.
Beautiful, well maintained complex, pools are good, accomodation is great, big, friendly, clean
the beach, unfortunately, it is almost impossible to swim in the sea, there is no WATER,
Three fresh water pools (one for toddlers, one for teenagers and one for swimming).
The service in the restaurant was very slow and disorganized. The food had to wait up to 1 hour. Thank god there are many good restaurants in the area with great service.
bad sign
I liked the structure in general, well maintained, and with friendly and helpful staff. You should also appreciate the "nearby" beaches, such as Muggia, (60 minutes), Sistiana (30 minutes) and others.
What I don’t like is subjective, whoever comes to these places must know a priori that this is a lagoon, therefore very shallow depths (50/70cm) and vegetation that is not found anywhere else; for use with sup or inflatable type canoes for going out to sea between ups and downs, always in complete safety even for the smallest 4-6 years old
I missed the sofa in the living room
Nice atmosphere in a good setting. Our bungalow was equipped with everything we needed. The supermarket was well stocked, Eurospar was only 5 minutes away by car. Grado is easily accessible by bike. Everything is clean and tidy.
Crabs on the beach. The dishes in the restaurant lacked salt and pepper. In addition, the waiting time for some dishes is too long.
We were there with two young children who really enjoyed it. You could play in front of the bungalow all the time. There was no room for him in the bungalow itself. But since the garden consisted only of soil with needles, it was correspondingly polluted. There was car traffic on the square, so, of course, you need to be careful if the child wants to be on a scooter or a bicycle. We had a toaster, high chair and kettle which was very convenient for us. Otherwise, you just need to heat the water in a saucepan. Depending on the workload, hot water and Wi-Fi were not always available to the same extent. There was a dryer. The pools (don't forget your swimming cap) were warm enough at the end of August. It may also depend on nighttime temperatures. Even the bungalow was quite fresh. In turn, it has a well-cooled air conditioning system. We always found a place by the pool, some free sun loungers. Our 3 year old really enjoyed the little water slide. Nearby is a small playground, in front of a deep pool for adults, which we did not try. The kitchen was equipped with the necessary things. The way to the beach was short, we had a delicious lunch at the kiosk. Sun loungers cost 16 euros per day. One morning we too were lying on blankets in the open area. But there were thorns reaching for the wall. The water in the sea is very, very shallow, even shallower depending on the tides. Yes, there were algae that didn't bother us and a lot of crabs that we observed. The campsite next door offers slides on the beach, which we "illegally" used once. It was pleasantly quiet in the evenings, with a simple, pleasant atmosphere in the café next to the reception. There was a disco for the children in the evening, and for the older children there was a day care. One day we bought a pizza from a restaurant which was delicious. The supermarket had everything we needed.
...
Nice campsite with all amenities! Oh, beautiful place. Nice beach with very shallow sea, good beach bar during the day. Nice pool for small kids with 1 fun slide. The bungalow is old but works fine. Well-groomed area. Grado is a good city. Restaurant on site is good, nice bar with good coffee and good ice cream.
The beds are hard, the sofa is uncomfortable. Very loud and terrible music every night from the campsite next door until 11pm we were in bungalow b1. A swim cap is required in the pool. Very poor internet and no wifi. The restaurant is tasty but can't handle the crowd, up to 2 hours waiting for pizza.
We really enjoyed the mobile home and the tennis courts. The supermarket has a good assortment and a large selection, prices are reasonable. The pizza in the restaurant was delicious.
The whole system (with the exception of newer motorhomes) is very outdated. The campsite itself is in a state of disrepair, even algae are not removed from the beach. The pools are also very dated and no mention is made of the need to wear a swim cap. By "free wi-fi" I mean that it is currently available throughout the resort, not just the pool and coffee shop. If it is technically not possible, just indicate it on the main page. The front desk and restaurant staff are very unfriendly and although it is high season it can't be that you can't order takeaway from the restaurant between 7pm and 9pm - we were sent twice. Also unacceptable, in my opinion, is the fact that the restaurant is open only from 12 to 14 noon and you can not order anything after 13:50 - by good customer service, I mean something else.
Everything ... very nice neighborhood
It can renovate the pool
The accommodation was practical and well thought out (mobile home).
It was very poorly soundproofed and lacked food options.
intestine
sandy beach
Travel back in time - the object's heyday probably dates back to the 1980s. Regular guests set up "vegetable gardens" on the territory of the camping (including houseplants brought from home, grow peppers, etc. In pots and garden gnomes) and others - pee from the shore directly into the sea ... In the evening - an atmosphere of pampering (stand sales of vacuum cleaners! :) The shallow sea with many crabs (not very clean, but the kids like it), the long pier - the main attraction of the camping for us - and a good eatery on the shore. An interesting experience - but not for long and for connoisseurs.
The best years at the pools and the whole camp are behind. The culture of some guests is poor. The food in the restaurant is disgusting.
Huge campsite, lots of services, nice staff. There is everything "within the fence" that you might need during a vacation (shop, swimming pools, restaurant, bicycle rental, use of a washing machine, etc.). The mobile home is modern, beautiful, clean and comfortable. Peace, good atmosphere, extraordinary silence at night. The beach is only an arm's length away, which is not particularly suitable for beaching, but it shows a different picture every time of the day, sometimes it is especially beautiful. It is worth going for a walk several times a day.
It's a bit far from everything, which can be an advantage. :) In the kitchen, a microwave oven, dish sponge and washing-up liquid would be useful, or more extensive information about the equipment should be provided. Swimming caps must be worn in the pools. The mobile home had no Wi-Fi or power. The characteristics of the beach are as they are (a lot of grass, the water is very shallow), but if that is the case, it would be worthwhile to at least collect sea grass from the beach and sand every few days, this would make relaxing on the beach a little more comfortable.
The bungalow is clean and well appointed. great place to stay with small children (nice beach, shallow water / calm water) good animation program 3 swimming pools (one of them heated) clean and beautiful The food in the restaurant was amazing The reception staff and animators are very friendly and helpful.
long wait at the restaurant (45-60 minutes for 1x pizza, 1x steak and 1x french fries) Service staff is disorganized and somewhat unfriendly
Uncomplicated, family friendly,
The mobile home was very convenient. Very calm and relaxing campsite. Ideal campsite for families with small children.
The beach is disappointing due to the lagoon with a lot of grass in the sea). You cannot swim because the sea level is very low (at high tide the sea reaches the navel level).
The location is very good. You can ride your bike well and enjoy nature.
I didn't like the amount of algae in the sea. But you need to come to terms with nature. Very good for families with small children.
A calm atmosphere throughout the establishment, everyone is attentive to children, even animals are allowed. The garden with beautiful old trees is beautiful!
The air conditioner was dripping on the floor right in front of the front door. The staff at the pool buffet are not overly friendly and rather slow. maybe not quite from the topic or understaffed?
The whole facility, mobile homes, child-friendly, very flat and warm beach for swimming. We were here for the second time and again had a comfortable, excellent stay (children 7, 8 and 10 years old).
1 hour wait in the restaurant for food in the evening because we didn't have full board.
Very nice staff speaking German, English and of course Italian. Good location. The sandy beach is beautiful, the water is very shallow. What's silly is that dense algae come in relatively quickly. Therefore, a person has little desire to swim further. Three swimming pools in good condition. The children's pool is also suitable for non-swimmers from the age of four. The restaurant and supermarket on site are tasty and well stocked at reasonable prices. We'll be back.
Most of the rented bikes were broken.
Location and beach. The food in the restaurant was very good. The air conditioning in the bungalow was very good.
The property is a bit old. The terrace was untidy and there were mice on the roof (cleaned every morning!) There were too many dogs in the complex! Too few outlets! Rare Wi-Fi... or network!
The mobile home was small but sufficient for 4 people. The pool was mostly very nice, but the swim cap didn't work at all! The beach is beautiful except for the many grasses in the sea and the crabs. The food (we had half board) was very good FS from buffet service in the evenings, a large selection of several dishes every day, as well as pizzas. All in all, highly recommended! Unfortunately, there are also many mosquitoes 😔
cap for swimming in the pool
We keep coming back because we appreciate the relaxed atmosphere and wide range of camping activities. The bungalow offers enough privacy and space for several people. We would like to highlight the friendly staff and the well-stocked supermarket as positives.
Nothing major - just great for camping!
The friendliness of the staff and very good food in the camping restaurant.
A trip to Punta Spin is always an event. Everything just fits. Calm and not boring.
The pools were great, we almost had a pool for ourselves.
Did not like the beach, a lot of algae.
everything was great
Staff availability
Parking for an additional fee of 6 € per day.
Central location of all facilities (playground, restaurant, bar, minigolf, supermarket, swimming pool, everything is close to each other), very family friendly, beautiful beach very friendly staff
The cleanliness was ideal. The entire campsite was clean, tidy and well organized. There was even a supermarket with plenty of choice. The food in the restaurant also surprised me positively! The pool was also clean and a perfect temperature.
The equipment was cheap and the bungalows themselves felt very old. Unfortunately, our door could be opened without a key card with a slight jerk. But I didn't realize this until the end of our trip.
Located near the beach, wooded, heated pool, restaurant and shop on resort. Parking available for cars, bikes to borrow
Bungalow was damp inside, pretty cool inside for June, no hot water despite urgenz, you need a car for excursions. Far off the mark
All the best
Nice beach very calm and with nice view. All facilities (supermarket, bar and beach bar). Bike path to get to grado. Children can play safely.
Housing extremely dilapidated and with strong smell of dog. Free parking capacity too small.
Location and all amenities great!
What did you like? Tranquillity
This is fine
We were there in the off-season and it was very quiet in the bungalow area. The complex is located by the sea and has a good price-performance ratio. Not a luxury resort but good for a relaxing holiday
clean water
better organize the one for dogs, with precise indications of the boundaries.
Excellent location, brick bungalows
Towels were not included
On the beach family, nice atmosphere and good bar/restaurant with friendly staff.
The beach is really unsatisfactory because the water depth is too low. In lagoons this is probably the norm. Maybe you could dredge the whole thing!? Probably too expensive! Very annoying were mosquitoes and other insects, which can really annoy you. On the other hand, this biodiversity is definitely to be seen positively. I think the pesky biting flies and mosquitoes came out from under the porch boards on our RV. Spraying a little more against it (under the porch!!!) might help.
Accommodation was great
The beach and the big mosquito plague!
The location of the campsite was fine and Grado was easily accessible by bike! About 4 km :-) Grado's beach was so-so... just a lagoon.
Bathing caps were compulsory in the swimming pool :-(
Very nice location. Calm and safe. Opportunities to eat out and self cater. entertainment for the kids.
The sea is already very shallow, however, as in many places in the Adriatic.
Unfortunately, the parking space for the car was charged at 8 euros per day, although this was offered as an inclusive price on booking.com.
Great location, by the sea. We had a new mobile home, which was great.
The campsite is outdated and in need of renovation.
The complex has its own beach compartment. No obligation to buy a lounger. A great restaurant/bar right on the beach! Great long jetty out onto a sandy bay! Water level is generally low - but as to be expected in Italy (Grado). Absolutely great for kids! There are two additional freshwater pools. A 25m pool (4-5 lanes) for sporty swimmers - great! And a larger family pool. Bathing caps are compulsory for all pools! The facility is also very well shaded, a lot of green and also very clean and newer sanitary facilities. Super restaurant also directly in the complex - great pizza also to take away and also attractively priced! A small supermarket with everything you need and a Eurospar is about 3 km away if you need more! It is 6 km to Grado in the old town and very easy to reach by bike using its own cycle path!
The standard of the bungalows (we had a bungalow villa) could have been better. It all seems quite old and in need of an update. But on the whole still justifiable - would have been the only negative!
Clean sea and beach kept in a workmanlike manner, the structure is perfectly in compliance with hygiene and anticovid regulations. Exceptional staff, polite, professional, always available and smiling, at any time and in any situation.
The bungalow needs a little maintenance, but in late summer it is quite natural.
Although we arrived very late, check in was smooth. A very nice beach setting directly at the campsite. The mobile home was fine and hygienic.
The general feeling is that swimming pools, canteens... tend to become a bit "out-of-date". The beach bar/canteen is really out-of-date and does not invite you to have a nice drink. You could make something beautiful out of this...! In the morning you do have noise from the cars on the main road next to the campsite.
Very clean beautiful resort highly recommended
Maybe sometimes it disappeared
Everything... From the bungalows to the staff to the location close to the very nice beach
Proximity to services, swimming pools, restaurant. Comfortable beds.
Poor housekeeping, the badge sometimes didn't work.
The location of the campsite is perfect🙂 . Away from the hustle and bustle, but Grado is easy to reach by bus. On the clean beach you can walk well. The loungers are disinfected daily and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The distance rules and hygiene measures are observed very well. It's busy but still quiet. The bungalows are functional, lots of storage space (see note: didn't like it). The facility makes a safe impression and the general washing facilities are very clean. We'll be back 🙂🙂
We didn't like the location of the bungalow that much. Right by the garbage cans and washrooms. Here it is advisable to let the hedge grow to 2 m, or in the meantime to stretch a screen between the trees. A price reduction for this bungalow would also be an approach. The bungalow smells a bit musty. We would recommend airing more.
A quiet resort. Ev got a bit old. Which suits me personally, because I find it relaxing.
Sea. Sea. Sea. swimming impossible. Water too shallow, nowhere dredged. You can only stand and walk in the water in historical Grado tradition. Now I know the subject of seaweed and low water in such lagoons. In the neighboring resort, this would be cleverly solved with a locking ring and probably dredging work. Hardly any seaweed, after about 50 m you can swim a little if you want. Most don't want more.
The spaces are very large, the whole campsite is clean, the beach and the surrounding nature are beautiful The sea is a bit peculiar... but even low tide has its charm
The villas are a bit dated and the entertainment offer is a bit poor.
Gym available, pools, beach, resort overall, friendly staff
Bungalow interior was very old, strong low tide - you could often not swim, a lot of grass in the sea, parking spaces not included in the booking. Had to park outside or pay extra
The tranquility of the place. The kiosk on the beach
Wi-Fi with poor signal and present only in the common areas of the residence.
clean and well-kept campsite, excellent services. overall clean pools, well equipped gym. very large supermarket
location away from the center of grade 6 km is a lot no animation
A restaurant
extra bedroom and kitchen and nice outdoor area
the rotten window frame
simplicity and courtesy few formalities
In the 2 bungalows it was fine, they were cool and the air conditioning was of little use, the outdoor area was nice, the beds were comfortable. Well stocked supermarket and acceptable prices. The pier at night.
The absent water pressure in the shower, the refrigerator needs to be replaced (it doesn't do his job), the sea (but that's not their fault).
The shallow beach is great for children. The system itself is also satisfactory. The price/performance ratio in the restaurant and supermarket is okay. Personally, I found the prices for the beach chairs expensive, but I couldn't compare them in that respect. It was perfect for our short vacation.
The acidity on the beach is not particularly high. On the one hand it is due to the behavior of the guests but also the control or disposal options, these are a bit rare. The Corona rules were observed by the staff and the facility. Only the guests didn't follow the distance rules.
It is very close to the sea. The staff is helpful, the accommodation is quiet and peaceful.
I looked in the kitchen for a sponge and washing-up liquid, but there was none. The coffee maker wasn't good either, luckily we brought it. What was disturbing was that there was no normal light in the rooms, only a vibrating lamp at waist height. I also missed the mop.
The new clean and cozy mini house with everything you need! Excellent for two in three it would have been doable but more difficult.
The too close proximity between the structures and the lack of a physical closure between the pitches! Neighbors smoked all day and regularly passed my door. This annoyed me! Maybe you could try to separate smokers from non-smokers! Otherwise great experience
Warehouse-staff-animation-close to the city of Grado Center -supermarket was not expensive.
The beach wasn't clean (a lot of grass) - the WiFi signal was very weak
Comfortable mobile home with air conditioning. Clean and well equipped.
Nothing in relation to the village, only the sea (which is a lagoon) with always very shallow and warm water, therefore not ideal For Cool off in the sultry heat! Nice Jetty with access to sandbanks Still a place to see, characteristic For landscape change due to the tides
The large wooden jetty on the beach, which reaches into the middle of the sea. The bar on the beach. Excursions in the lagoon to Anfora Island and Barbana Island...
Check in at 17 and check out at 10: this means that one day is lost anyway,
Long jetty and then a long way through the water; You couldn't swim even after 1 kilometer; but it was still beautiful - just different than what we are used to from Croatia - and the water was extremely clear and clean---the plants aren't bad; otherwise really ok! Nice short break!
The exit from the campsite - extremely confusing and almost dangerous.
Very nice campsite with a large offer for children and sports enthusiasts.
No toilets or changing room near the beach....
the cordial and family atmosphere
Wi-Fi
calmness
The beach. To be paid for it is very poorly maintained
very clean, friendly staff, complaints were dealt with immediately, parking lot right by the house in the shade, supermarket on site had everything you need and wasn't too expensive, clean pool areas, everything was always disinfected and cleaned immediately
The accommodation was a bit worn, but functional, no ATM on site, but you could pay for everything with a card
The mobile home is completely new, equipped, pleasant environment, calm atmosphere.
Unfortunately, you cannot swim in the sea. It is full of seaweed and small crabs. Unfortunately, they do not pay enough attention to tidying up the beach. You have to go to the free beach in Grado, located a few kilometers away. This greatly affects the quality of the campsite.
