Excellent, I recommend the location - very well located in the center
- excellent location, very close to the center, shops nearby, very good restaurant right next to the hotel - excellent breakfast at a low price of 4.5 euros per person (continental - f fresh all foods - quite varied - sweets, croissants, cheese, ham, eggs, yogurts, muesli) - spacious and clean room - easy access by elevator - I went with a baby carriage and it fit ok in the elevator - the staff behaved very nicely - cleaning is done every day - we requested and received a baby cot (for us it was an important criterion)
- a minibar or small refrigerator in the room would have been useful

Keep in mind
Excellent location, kindness and helpfulness of the staff. Small room with minimal but complete furnishings, "fresh" and welcoming. Good and varied breakfast. I particularly enjoyed the (bar) coffee and the croissants. It will be my reference on Genoa. I will be back and will recommend

Nice hotel.
Nice and good hotel in every respect.
Maybe, just maybe, the price could be more appropriate for the category (almost 90 euros per night should be for a 4-star hotel .... sea view).

Completely satisfied !!!
The musical theme of the hotel was beautiful, I had requested a purple room to make the children happy and we were satisfied immediately upon our arrival. Style of the rooms very simple but essential! Clean, quiet and comfortable environment!
The tiny lift in which 4 (2 adults and 2 children) could barely enter....but it's really wanting to find nitpicking!!!

Clean and modern rooms. Excellent location near Brignole station and MM. Very kind staff. Excellent breakfast.
The shower is a bit awkward. I would add some hooks to hang towels in the bathroom and in general in the room.

Discovery of a great city for a weekend
Very nice small hotel located in an apartment block. Perfect value for money. Located very close to Brignoles station (bus stop) and the center. Everything is easily done on foot. No breakfasts on site. Very pleasant staff and luggage storage service allowing you to pick up your suitcase later after check out. Recommended for a short stay in Genoa ;-)
Not extraordinary soundproofing with neighboring rooms. For the rest, nothing to report.

All the staff are very friendly and do their best to satisfy every customer need. The excellent breakfast with products ranging from sweet to salty, fruit, hot drinks. Impeccable cleanliness throughout the facility. The location of the hotel is perfect, near the Brignole station, public transport, the centre, shops and restaurants. In short, it satisfies all needs

Perfect location, 5 minutes walk from Brignole station and 10 minutes from the center. Young and kind staff, minimal-style rooms, well-ordered and colorful.

Good solution for the quality/price ratio
Excellent location for those who want to stay in the Brignole area and close to the city centre. The area is not very noisy and there is a pedestrian street with many shops and clubs, a pity that everything was closed on Monday evenings except for the restaurant recommended by the hotel staff who were kind and helpful. The room, very standard but I generally appreciate the colorful approach of the spaces.

All right. Quite a good hotel, it is worth expanding the breakfasts and equipping the rooms with kettles.

Strategic position very close to Brignole station but if you arrive by car the problem is the lack of parking ... The rooms are clean and well organized .. the only flaw the beds maybe not really suitable for a couple's stay open .. joking aside I had a great time and I went back w times in a short time and I will definitely do it again ...

Strategic location - Friendly and welcoming staff - Clean room.
Nothing: perhaps the breakfast could be improved .. but having it in the hotel is still an extra service dedicated to the customer.

Comfort and practicality in an informal context
Excellent hotel very close to Brignole and various points of interest, as well as an avenue full of small restaurants and supermarkets. Fantastic location, very friendly staff and 24 hour reception. I arrived around 1 in the morning and was still kindly welcomed (I had warned). Simple rooms but with everything you need.

At the cek out, it should not be the customer who asks for the receipt but it should be delivered by whoever is in charge of collecting the keys etc....smudges, but constructive....

Nice hotel with great location and smiling, kind and helpful staff.
The walls of the room need to be refreshed a little, pillows and beds that are not particularly comfortable. The addition of wastebaskets in the room is welcome.

I didn't like the green color of the walls but you can ask to have another room with another color.

Excellent location, on foot you can reach the Genova Brignole station, Piazza de Ferrari and the Palazzo Ducale, San Lorenzo and the streets of the center, the Old Port, etc. It is close to the pedestrian area but just behind a street full of shops, so you don't hear the traffic (ubiquitous in Genoa). Furthermore, the cost is very affordable, the breakfast plentiful and the staff kind and helpful
If I have to put a negative note, it concerns the poor soundproofing of the rooms and the rather spartan furnishings, albeit related to the price

Cleanliness, towels were the nicest, very good location.
The room was small and didn't have much space to put backpacks. There was a lot of noise from other rooms.
