He needs a night check. Other than that I have nothing to copy
Clean, comfortable. This is a classic motel where classic couples go. We were alone, for the family it becomes ambiguous, we returned at 23.00 and after getting out of the car we could hear the strong breathing of the woman and this continued until 03.00. To then hear how people laugh out loud. After we fell asleep, in the morning at 08:00 the workers started working upstairs, in the building work is underway to build other floors. Too bad because it's clean and comfortable. It should be more controlled
Night check. It is not always possible to get enough sleep due to motel meetings with very loud voices, if traveling with children becomes absurd

Traveling in Italy
The young women were charming. Despite the language barrier, they tried to be pleasant. The hotel is tastefully decorated. Possibility to dine on site. Purity.
Everything was very good except breakfast which was not very varied.

EXCELLENT, definitely recommend.
Safe and closed parking at night. Structure style, beautiful reception, independence of the rooms (motel type), nice floor and furniture in the room (I booked a triple room). Great dinner at very reasonable prices and no moving.
The bathroom does not match the style of the building and the maintenance of the room. I don't like hot air heating, but I understand that winter in Salento is just brackets ;-)

Economical and convenient, punctuality to improve
Quiet area, large and clean room with all amenities, free parking, very comfortable beds.
Stayed at the end of October, it was necessary to heat the room with a heat pump, but the system did not work for some reason. On the phone the gentleman at the front desk told us breakfast would start at 7am (even though the hotel brochure in the room said 6.30am and other hotel guests waited another 1/2 hour) but the bar next to the hotel where we could have had breakfast was open only at 7.15. It didn't create much inconvenience for us (we were on vacation), but these arbitrary time shifts could create some in case of commitments or meetings.

great place to visit Salento, we took half board and we had a great time but beware the restaurant is closed on sunday night.'lots of people, that's ok.

Excellent breakfast buffet, location ideal for visiting the cities of Salento and its beaches. The restaurant inside the structure is also excellent with moderate prices.
Unfortunately, the identity cards were not returned to us, we forgot to ask for them upon departure and are now waiting for their return.

Breakfast buffet, attentive and friendly staff with slightly demanding clients (guests). This rating is related to the requests of other guests of the structure, it is really good and affordable.
I would suggest using a bucket or plastic bucket on breakfast tables where you can put sugar paper, plastic yogurt, and jam. This is not required, but I think it might help the staff. thanks

A 3 star hotel, equivalent to about a 4th, very pleasant and worth seeing.
Very nice and helpful staff, varied and very good breakfast good place for linen and clothespins because it is very rare in Italy
Only the pool is missing, but otherwise there is nothing to complain about

SUPER BETTER THAN EXPECTED
An excellent hotel that is unlike anything else but offers all the amenities and services you need. The showers are very large and the equipment is nice. It is at the crossroads of streets Nardo, Lecce and the coast (great). Everything at a more than affordable price. I highly recommend it.

A truly unexpected stay
From this structure, I appreciated the kindness of the staff, the super spotless cleanliness of the room and a very good and fresh breakfast and very plentiful, they made an omelet and really good toast.

Clean hotel with an enviable value for money.
The hotel has spacious and above all very clean rooms. The car park is private and fenced in and the breakfast is good, especially compared to the price. Friendly staff and location a few kilometers away. from the beautiful beaches of Salento. Excellent value for money and quality.
The hotel is located at a gas station. The initial hit is not the best, even if it then fades into the background during the stay.

Nice discovery
Spacious and clean rooms with a beautiful outdoor terrace with table and chairs, dryer and faucet are very helpful for those returning from the beach. The breakfast is really good and the staff are friendly and helpful. There is a beautiful garden with several gazebos if you want to take advantage of the good weather outside for a variety of meals throughout the day. Strategically located to get around Salento (east and west). Definitely a great hotel for the price.

Super friendly, helpful and fun staff. The room was spotless and averagely spacious. Good breakfast and drinks of your choice prepared by them at the bar. Below is a very convenient private parking, which in the evening is closed by automatic gates (a magnetic card is issued for opening). Strategic position to visit the various places of Salento.
There is no lift to carry suitcases to the first floor. The room is excessively dark due to poor natural and artificial lighting (the only small window before refueling and therefore the curtain cannot even be moved aside). The most annoying and inconvenient was: the lack of electrical sockets both near the beds and in other places (there was only one and we had to ask for a three-prong socket), in fact the first night I had to recharge my mobile phone in the bathroom instead of the hair dryer plug; very thin plasterboard walls so that you can hear all the speeches from the next room. Finally, a long mirror was missing so that one could fully reflect oneself.

Otherwise, I liked everything, from the room to the availability and kindness of all the staff. Simple but good breakfast. We only had one dinner at the hotel and it was all very good. Great cleanliness, strategic location ... We will definitely come back here again and would recommend it to family and friends.
Only very little criticism of the position of the air conditioner, which we could not turn on at night because it was in the direction of my son, so it was hot.

Puglia tour
The structure is a little out of the way of coastal life, but the speed of the connection made us sleep in a relaxed environment (rooms with one entrance and parking space) and also comfortably in 4 rooms. Buffet breakfast and hot drinks from the bar. The bar / hotel staff located at the service station were very pleasant and helpful and also smiled! On arrival we were offered coffee!

The hotel exceeded our expectations from the very beginning. We were greeted by very kind and helpful staff. While she escorted us to our room, she explained everything to us in detail. We were able to enter and exit the room at any time as we were given a card to open the automatic gate and enter the room. The room was cozy and spotless. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful. Of course, if we return to Puglia, we will choose this hotel!

An excellent hotel close to all the attractions of Salento.
The hotel is easily accessible by car, with private parking and close to the city center. Excellent breakfast and very friendly staff. Excellent value for money and quality. n a place that allows you to get to many interesting places.
I would add 2 pillows to the sofa to improve seating and support the back.
