The stay was pleasant, the location is great, the beach can be easily reached on foot.
Great location, nice apartment.
The price / quality ratio is not suitable for two people. The chairs on the balcony are uncomfortable and rusty, and I expected to find everything I needed for a coffee, as well as a few more amenities in the kitchen.

Amazing
The apartment is clean, tidy, with new furniture and everything you need for a relaxing stay. Internal parking is very convenient, close to the sea.

Convenient location: 500 m from the beach. Quiet, air-conditioned, covered parking. Small shops nearby
The electric shutters are defective. The recommended dishwasher and large bread knife are not available. I added a cutting board.

Great apartment
Cozy, well equipped apartment. Newly built, very clean and well furnished. Very large double room with TV and air conditioning. Children's room with a spacious bunk bed. Beautiful and very spacious outdoor terrace where you can dine in total relaxation. It is welcome to have air conditioning in the living room and a washing machine in a separate toilet. The kitchen and bathroom are equipped with everything you need. Great location for a beautiful beach (can be reached on foot in 5 minutes) and a strategic location for the Marinello lakes and the Aeolian Islands (Milazzo), which can be reached in 30 minutes by car. Stayed late August 2019, 3 days with 2 adults and 2 children (7 and 11 years old)

SOMETHING OF DISAPPOINTMENT AND A LITTLE STRESS
The apartment is comfortable and close to the beach.
Basically, every day you see garbage bags at the entrance to the building and around, as they do not use containers. Coincidentally, these were parties in the area where the apartment is located, so we had problems parking the car and some nights when we couldn't rest because of the noise.

Very nice stay
Very good location (beach, shops, restaurants), which can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. New cozy apartment. You can eat on the terrace.
The apartment is new, it lacks equipment if you want to cook.
