Returning to Casa Alina after a year, I find it as I left it. Cozy and very clean; immersed in silence despite being a stone's throw from the center and two from the station; with a bed and, rarely, a shower as good as your own. If we add to this the sympathy and kindness of Signora Teresa and her husband, and the fact that the kitchen overflows with products for breakfast, it becomes clear why finding a place isn't so easy.

Perfect apartment.. Very clean! Very close to the center of Foligno, very close to the barracks for army selections..Very close to the station.. In a moment you are in the centre, even on foot, and you are close to the highway :) Apartment equipped with all comforts: pots, coffee maker, tablecloths, cutlery, glasses, cups, towels, hairdryer, washing machine, TV, perfect heating, air conditioners, very comfortable bed, sofa bed in the living room with lots of pillows, private parking.. The owner let us find many bottles of water, many snacks, rusks, yoghurt, jams, various flavors of tea, oil, salt, sugar, coffee .. We were pampered since our arrival .. We felt at home even though we weren't actually at home. We thank the owners and Mrs. Gemili, very polite, attentive and always available people. See you soon!

Elegant, welcoming, spotlessly clean and cared for down to the smallest detail, equipped with everything you need. Very kind, polite and helpful owner, she advised us and guided us in detail in visiting the Umbrian towns. A perfect stay that left us wanting to come back. Overall all way above average. A structure equipped with everything, the newly arrived Mrs. Teresa provided us with fruits and tomatoes from her garden, a super-filled breakfast, but the top and the strategic position of Foligno a stone's throw from Assisi Spello, Spoleto and Rasiglia. Featured!!

CASA ALINA is definitely one of the top five places that luck has given me in forty years of travel. Clean and tastefully decorated; not far from the center, but far from the road, from which it is separated by a vegetable garden and a garden; and finally managed with love and professionalism by Mrs. Teresa.

Everything was perfect, we were greeted on arrival kindly and with all the necessary information. The house is equipped with everything, food for breakfast for the duration of the stay, the constant interest of the owners in us, asking if we needed anything. Ideal location a few steps from the military barracks and the historic center.

The apartment is very big and new, especially the bathroom. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils, including linens. Some basic products were already available (coffee, sugar, milk, butter...) and breakfast food in single portions. Air conditioning is available both in the living room and in the bedroom. Parking is private and on site (larger vehicles may have difficulty entering). The owner is very helpful and responds quickly to messages. Bicycles can be used upon request, very convenient for trips to the center. The apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful residential area.

If you have to spend a few days in Foligno, feel free to come here. Quiet area, quiet apartment, private parking, friendly hosts. Profitable price. What else do you want?

Amazing and extremely comfortable apartments, from inside parking to included breakfast (absolute gem) coupled with even a supply of water bottles, available space, spotless and huge bathroom, towels that smell clean, very spacious shower, free use of bicycles , walking distance to the center ... More than satisfied .... We will definitely be back
