Overpriced for the inadequate equipment at Easter
Very good location in San Niccolo directly at the Giardino delle Rose below the Piazzale Michelangelo. Very quiet. Late in the evening the road is closed to traffic. You can walk to the nearest bus stop within a few minutes. There is a nice but tiny terrace with 2 chairs and a wobbly table... Plate is loose.
The tiny apartment is in the basement. Damp and a bit musty. The bathroom was tiny and not in good condition. The kitchen utensils including the glasses were dirty and sticky. There was a large pot and pan. Not suitable for proper cooking. Lots of ants in the apartment, some even got into the bed. The seat cushions on the chairs in the living/kitchen area were full of large undefinable stains. You really didn't want to sit there.
