Wonderful room overlooking the Duomo, clean and elegant with every comfort. Bledy the owner is a refined person and very helpful. Exceptional location. Breakfast deal with a nice Don Nino patisserie located just below the B&B. Everything is fantastic.

We stayed for 2 nights perfect and clean room, very nice and convenient location, opening the window you see the side of the cathedral, you can easily move around the city and always have a room within walking distance and 10 minutes walk to the station. The owner Bledy is very nice and helpful.

A few days of relaxation in beautiful Florence
Great location, reception, furniture, order and cleanliness! The manager is at full disposal, he kept our bags for us on the first day before check-in and on the day of departure until departure. Cleanliness, order and even hospitality are the strong side of the building, the location, to be sure, opening the windows, you can see the cathedral and the baptistery. The room has Smart TV, netflix and FREE WI-FI, good quality hair dryer, coffee machine and a fully stocked minibar at a very reasonable price.

Everything is great, really. Excellent and convenient location. Really perfect cleaning. Nice, quiet rooms with great views of the cathedral. Bledy was very accommodating and very accommodating, very willing to accommodate our requests. We loved Florence, we will come back and will definitely stay at this hotel again!

Excellent, I will definitely be back!
I liked everything, super comfortable bed, super friendly staff, all the utensils in order, as well as a super convenient mini-bar in the room.
The only thing I would change is that the window in the bathroom had a small gap so the heating in the bathroom didn't work as well.

A good choice
Exceptional location, close to Florence Cathedral. Comfortable and well furnished rooms. Cleaning.
The room assigned to Duomo 2 had a very small bathroom with no bidet. You can take a maximum of one or two nights, more becomes an important limitation.

I liked everything very much. A place for those who love a homely atmosphere.
Clean room. Comfortable bed and mattress. Elements of antiquity (antiquity) in interior design - it was a pleasure to spend this day. Convenient location - you can easily return to change clothes, leave your shopping and go on a walk. Breakfast in the square near Santa Maria del Fiore
I did not immediately find it, because there is no sign on the street. The plane was delayed, so I arrived at the wrong time, which I indicated when booking. I wasn't expected. But I thought to call by phone and, thank God!!! I was met and escorted to the hotel (you can’t just get there, which is also important - after all, the main tourist point)

More central is impossible
Ubication. It is in the heart of Florence, with a side view of the "Santa Maria del Fiore" Cathedral, when you look out the window in the morning, it is impressive. A room with a very romantic decor, according to the city.
The room is somewhat dark, but opens onto a small street that doesn't have much light, but it's good that it's outside. You can hear the neighbors and the door when they come in, but no more when they are in the room.

Everything was perfect
Great vacation! Our host was very welcoming and very helpful, especially in finding a parking space. The location couldn't be better and the hotel offers comfortable, high quality, very clean and well appointed rooms!

Everything is perfect
The stay in Florence started well, the staff are friendly and helpful, we asked to arrive half an hour before check-in and the request was accepted without hesitation. The room is clean and comfortable, the view from the terrace overlooked one side of the Duomo, very suggestive. The location of the hotel is very central, all the sights of the city are easily accessible and the staff is also very willing to advise travelers on places/restaurants to visit. Another strong point is check-out, suitcases can be left in the waiting room in the building to continue exploring the city before returning. The staff is available by phone for any requests. We will gladly return to stay at this hotel.

I felt very comfortable in "Il Terrazzino sulla Cattedrale".
Very nice, small "boarding house" right next to the cathedral. The arrival was well described, which is important because it is not visible from the square. Before I arrived, I called again and received very friendly information about the exact location and entrance. The reception was warm and I immediately received all the necessary information. The central location near the cathedral is excellent, especially since there are still fewer tourists in the city. For me "Il Terrazzino sulla Cattedrale" was the perfect place to stay. I didn't have breakfast so I can't give any information on that.

We were Brunelleschi's neighbors for a couple of nights! Fabulous stay in Florence!
Absolutely the best stay in our entire trip to Tuscany. Very central location, we parked the car in a partner garage a stone's throw from the hotel. The owner welcomed us flawlessly and was very kind to upgrade us to a room with a view of the cathedral. We liked it so much that at the last moment we decided to stay for another day, having discovered the complete readiness of the owner to satisfy our request. The room was clean, well soundproofed and had all the amenities you would find in a hotel. Good breakfast with hot drink, juice and croissant prepared in a bar/restaurant next to the hotel which offers you a lunch discount among other things. Great view of Brunelleschi's beautiful self-supporting dome.
The only report I allow myself to make is the fact that when booking, the structure indicated that the cost of parking would be 20 € per day with a discount. Only later during the garage payment the price went up, I don't remember if it was 23€ or 25€ + 1€ for the ZTL permit. Nonsense that didn't affect our judgment, however, it seems right to point it out so that the structure and parking will agree on the price guests have to pay.

Ideal location for exploring Florence.
Very friendly apartment owner. The presence of a coffee machine and a mini bar in the room, a mini balcony overlooking the theater! Nice shower area and tv with netflix connection. Cozy decor and interior.
Expensive car parking (30 euros) lack of the promised breakfast. Waking up at 8 am, we did not wait for the opening of the cafe, which serves breakfast for the guests of these apartments. We left the keys and left.

Perfect location, windows overlooking the Duomo! Clean room, great bathroom (especially the shower: nice big and with an awesome shower head). Quiet room. The room has a stocked minibar and a coffee machine with biscuits. Breakfast at a partner bar, right around the corner. Everything is perfect... we will definitely be back!

Walk in a wheelchair in the center of Florence
The location is excellent, the staff is very kind and helpful, the cleanliness is quite tidy, the decor is nice, the structure has been recently renovated.
Somewhat small wheelchair lift with a width of more than 46 cm, there is no room to maneuver inside. The bathroom is very spacious with a flush-to-floor shower but no shower seat and handles to support/carry.

This B&B is actually just a bed, no breakfast or a place to eat. (we hadn't booked for breakfast but we would still have liked to have it with peace of mind, and pay for it at check out) The only things available in the room are a coffee machine with coffee pods and tea, two biscuits, and the mini bar. Untruthful photos from the website. Our room, "duomo 6" was dark with only a small window in the bathroom and a French door in the room that opened onto the inside of the building, which unfortunately, being adjacent to 3 other buildings, made everything really dark and cramped. Unfortunately ugly. The shower mat was missing in the bathroom, the hanger collapsed on the floor because we tried (we believe) to glue it to the wall. Trash can broken.

lovely hugs in the center of Florence
room, baby chic style, very clean.. central location, front desk boy (bledi) is very nice, there is an elevator even if you are on the first floor. the room has free coffee and tea of excellent quality, there is also a mini bar (extra charge) and a TV with netflix. Free and working wi-fi, also because there is no queue in the room...wonderful experience. GO THERE !!!

Located in Piazza Duomo, so nothing to add. Perfect location. Warm, welcoming and clean rooms. Very comfortable bed. Even though I had upgraded to a room with a terrace through booking, they weren't informed, but they still allowed me to change rooms. It wasn't a panoramic room, but my need was linked to the possibility of being able to smoke. Helpful and kind staff. Possibility to leave your luggage at no extra cost.
Upon arrival, after repeated phone calls and messages, we waited a bit for the arrival of the staff before being able to access the facility. However, nothing particularly problematic.

Fantastic night
The welcome and courtesy of the staff immediately made it clear to me that I would have a good stay. To highlight the complimentary Nespresso coffee machine in the room with coffee and tea capsules. Especially being able to have Netflix in the room was great and this is also included in the price. I will definitely return to this hotel in the future.

Four days in Florence
when we got to the door we had a lot of doubts, it was our first time in a bed and breakfast but when Bledy finally arrived the owner gave us peace of mind with his smile and friendly face and of course when we saw accommodation we realized that the B&B was very well equipped for our taste, like a hotel room. And the location in the heart of the Duomo, what more could you ask for, I would definitely recommend it.
for the fact that they put something that there was no information plate on the door. We were walking around the square one day, as it was night and it was raining, and things got even more confusing for us.
