Best host and great stay !!
We had a very good recording! The owner explained to us everything about Florence and where you should definitely drop by. And I haven't even mentioned the apartment yet: wow !! It is worth it for the money and therefore I recommend it to others.

A very pleasant stay. I will definitely be back.
Despite the current restrictions, the breakfast was varied and extensive. The location is good and well served by public transport. The historic center is accessible from a good walk.
There is nothing to reproach or suggest to Marco and Cristina. The apartment I used has been furnished with care, taste and love for detail. The quality of the furnishings is really high.

Beautiful, but to be taken care of even more to be on top
Very nice apartment, with a bedroom in the attic, modern furniture and some more classic items, a comfortable bed, nice sheets, a practical clothes hanger, a large additional shower in the attic, quiet location, also convenient for parking, close to shops.
The windowless bathroom looks dated compared to the rest of the apartment and is not very comfortable, especially in the somewhat cramped shower. Very good cleaning, but not flawless as read in other reviews: the refrigerator and stove were not cleaned, various fingerprints on the wooden headboard and a very dirty sofa. Poor lighting on the kitchen surface (and a hood with no light working), 1 light out of 2 is missing even in the bathroom mirror. It is extremely difficult to apply makeup, the only mirror outside the bathtub is not illuminated. Single air conditioner that cools the bedroom slightly compared to the living room.

The location is very good, you can walk to almost everything. The apartment is relatively new and in good condition. There is also a supermarket nearby.

Perfect
The hosts were very friendly and gave us great advice including a map of Florence when we checked in! The house was really very nice and well maintained! And the location is really great, in a 10-15 minute walk you have already reached the outskirts of the city center! Our street was relatively quiet and free parking spaces were available right outside. In the immediate vicinity there is everything you need, a supermarket, a bakery, a cheese dairy, restaurants, the banks of the Arno River, bus stops, etc. The apartment is also very well equipped.
Actually, I can't say anything negative, since the price-quality ratio is absolutely, if not a little more, in favor of the traveler! Unfortunately, the warm water upstairs in the shower for relaxation did not suit us very well, only a few drops came out, and since it was a little fresh in the apartment, when I was looking for a blanket and an apartment, a drawer lid came up to me. (as is often the case in Italy) rather poorly soundproofed! As I said, we put this into perspective pretty quickly!

Excellent location: 15 minutes to the very center of Florence, quiet area, shops within walking distance. The apartment is fully consistent with the photos and description. Everything you need, free water in the fridge, extra coffee capsules just ask for. You can park your car for free right on the street next to the apartment. Thanks to the staff for their helpfulness and also for recommending a great cheese shop across the street ...

Very good location of the apartments; walk to the center for about 20 minutes. The owners are friendly and welcoming - they told about the city, showed on the map all the sights worth visiting, good restaurants and shops. There was free parking near the apartment, but we were not always lucky with places. But there were always places on the embankment (paid). The apartments are not very large; the second floor is for sleeping only. The kitchen is well stocked. Large refrigerator, stove, dishwasher. A supermarket with a large selection of products is a 5-minute walk away. // Really great apartment location - just 20 minutes to city center. Really hospitable and welcoming apartment hosts - told us about all must-see sightseeing places and local shops / restaurants in Naples, showed them on the map. There is free parking next to the apartment, but sometimes we had no luck with finding a place. But parking at the riverfront always has free places (paid though). Apartments are not big, second floor is only for sleep. Kitchen is well equipped - large fridge, oven, dishwasher. There is a big supermarket in 5 minutes with great selection of products.
Couldn't find capsules for Illy coffee maker. I wish there was a geyser coffee maker in the kitchen. // We couldn't find coffee machine capsules for the Illy machine. Wish the apartment had Moka pot coffee maker.

The landlord's grandfather was very enthusiastic. He helped us book tickets, introduced us to places to eat steak, and explained the tour route of Florence. It was great
