pleasant stay.
modern structure with attention to detail, courteous staff and a good sweet and savory breakfast buffet. Unfortunately, due to lack of time, I was unable to use the SPA.

Superb location, relaxing spa and very nice suite. The restaurant is great too. Excellent value for money and quality. If you are passing through the area and want to have a relaxing day this is a great choice.

Fantastic hotel
The room was nice, nice balcony, so the possibility of fresh air. The breakfast was great. Good shower, great bed!
Check out at 11.00, and at 11.30 cleaning was without knocking! Then, at a quarter to 11, a bag with documents for the next guests was delivered to our room. This gave us a bit of an idea that we should have left. This is a business hotel so there is less hospitality. The staff wasn't unfriendly, but that was it.

A synthesis of elegance and comfort with excellent value for money.
great structure. Room equipped with every comfort, functional, very clean, quiet and decorated with a modern and elegant taste. You can eat very well in two restaurants. Outstanding breakfast with all fresh ingredients and nothing prepackaged. Very polite and professional staff. one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in.

Perfect for a city trip to Modena or a stopover

Unfortunately the windows in the rooms are a bit small

perfect structure.
everything is very nice, great wellness center, wow restaurant, nice room.
the only downside is the breakfast, the croissants are ready and not rebuilt by the staff, upon explicit request the waitress tells me that it takes 5 minutes, then comes back saying that I have to wait at least 10 with a clear will and attitude to make me give up, and I gave up. we were 30 minutes from breakfast closing. it is a pity that there is no such behavior among such superiority.

A truly unforgettable hotel.
I made a birthday surprise for my husband and I am very grateful to the hotel staff, and especially Marta, for their help and assistance in organizing and fulfilling all my wishes, as well as for her gift ☺️. I am also grateful to the waiter, sommelier and chef of the rooftop restaurant - they helped make the holiday magical and unforgettable. The presentation of each dish, each glass of wine and the taste of these dishes are unforgettable. We are grateful that we were late for dinner during a late check-in, but the hotel manager took care of this and they delivered dinner to our room upon arrival. The hotel itself is very beautiful and stylish, with a pleasant spa, delicious breakfast and a convenient location: a six-minute drive from the Ferrari Museum and all kinds of test drives, which was very helpful for me. Rooftop restaurant with a beautiful view. The menu is extremely unusual and very tasty. I have never been so tasty and interesting in any restaurant in the world as here. We hope to return again.

Great hotel for transit or visiting Ferrari. You can hang out at the hotel and fitness center
great gym and nice staff. The rooftop terrace is also beautiful and serves great cocktails.

Class choice, hard to regret!
Very modern, avant-garde structure with many facilities including spa, restaurants, spacious rooms etc. Prices are high for a 4 stars but worth it!
Some of the architect's decisions are hard to understand, but so be it... I was there in mid-July and it was freezing in the corridors because the air conditioner blew out too much: #climatechange!!!

We specifically booked a room with a balcony, but on arrival we were given a room without a balcony. we had to ask for a change. Air conditioning did not work during the day, very hot inside.

Suitable for a tourist stay in Modena/Maranello, as well as for business meetings.
The breakfast is rich and offers a "continental" breakfast in addition to the Italian portion. There is nothing wrong there. Opposite is a first-class pizzeria that is in a battle with the restaurant, which of course spoils guests with culinary delights on a higher level. Both are top notch!
There is nothing to improve!

very nice hotel to visit maranello
The hotel was in perfect order. Good location, clean and great spa (which only shrinks to 2 hours). The breakfast was good and the parking was great.
There was little storage space in the bathroom.

OK for a day, but too sacrificed...
Everything from housekeeping, to breakfast, to staff...
The room is too small, my bedside table didn't even fit a phone, it was a small shelf already occupied by a huge hotel phone, no closets so everything you have is in plain sight and around the tiny room when I go to bed I rub my hands against the wall , very little space... a fridge that only holds water and if you wanted to put your big bottle in it wouldn't fit. My BUTYCASE didn't fit in the bathroom, and the men's too... but a good hair dryer, one of those that are more powerful than usual. I wouldn't rate the hotel with a 4S, but a perfectly normal 4.

Great hotel!
Impeccable staff, kind and helpful, nice and comfortable spa area included in the booking price. we dined on the top floor, really good quality food. atmosphere beautiful cocktails and bars, here we also find competent staff. Nice and comfortable room.

Design hotel
Completely new and modern structure, strategic position for visiting Modena, Maranello and the surrounding area. Very comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast with a varied buffet of sweet and savory items. The bathroom had a nice comfortable shower. Free parking. We stayed two nights and included free entry to the spa.
The room was too small and not very functional. There was nowhere to put anything but a suitcase. There is no wardrobe, except for the hangers on display. There was no space for the duvet, runner and decorative pillow that were on the bed. The second entrance to the SPA was paid. I believe that for a 4 star superior hotel, the entrance to the SPA should be included.

I would like to recommend this property to my friends
The hotel is very nice, clean, the staff is very polite and competent. The breakfast is excellent and varied.
The only negative is the AC which is too high but the staff took action quickly.

A good start to a trip to the south of Italy
The staff were very friendly, patient and went out of their way to provide us with a quiet room to sleep with an open window, including a complimentary upgrade to a suite. The hotel has a very good restaurant, which we enjoyed using. The breakfast was plentiful and the buffet very well maintained.
The rooms, quite nicely decorated, seem a little cramped and gloomy. It's also a little confusing when you have to tuck the duvet into the sheet yourself.

This is real paradise. Everything is perfectly clean and with attention to the smallest details. The room (suite) is very spacious and equipped with everything you need. Well organized spa and very friendly staff. We dined at the Alto restaurant; very nice and hospitable waiter, the food is simply breathtaking. The value for money for both the restaurant and the room is excellent.
It was impossible to use the Internet on the TV. The internet network that will be used to connect to the TV is different from the network they offer to guests and is not working.

An exceptional location on the outskirts of Modena with excellent value for money.
Attention to detail and friendliness of the staff. Freshly prepared breakfast. Spa availability. Smart TV.
The magnetic card itself did not give access to the SPA floor by elevator, although I had booked it.

Exceptional massage and comfortable spa, but it's a shame we couldn't use it because I forgot my swimwear :-)

The bed was very hard they put a topper on the second night which was good The standard room is on the small side You have to pay for the spa you don't expect this it's a beautiful spa but 25 people for 2 hours we really found the point but it's well done

Great stopover
The hotel is close to the motorway, but far enough away that no traffic noise can be heard. Free parking is available in front of the building. The staff is very friendly and very professional. When we checked in, we even got a higher category room. The rooms themselves are modern and clean. As seen in the photo!
