Although foreign language skills were confirmed, it worked neither in English nor in German, a language that the gentleman at the front desk claimed to be able to. Finding a bar of soap for my room was a very difficult and tedious endeavor for the receptionist who may have been the owner. Strange. Even when checking out, the staff didn't think much of a Buon Giorno, my greeting was again ignored. Sorry, this is absolutely wrong. You can only rush away as quickly as possible.

The noise of the ventilation, no shower mat, the state, smell of the clothes closet

Hard beds, bath and shower in poor condition. First got a room that wasn't cleaned, but they quickly moved me to another. AC in the room, and it was good since the temperature was 39grC, but this made noise inside.

The air conditioner did not work and only two towels were prepared, one each. We didn't even have a bath mat.

The shower curtain is dirty and hairy, the elevator is not working from the first evening and the staff left a lot to be desired, strong "need" smell on the first floor where the bathroom is at the entrance, in short, more than a hotel, I would say a 1 star motel ..just passing by but I would never stay there again.

Poor environmental care...

Refresh together. Furniture and hard mattresses, air conditioning paint that leaks during operation: drops fall next to the bed near an outdated bedside lamp ... Bathroom: mirror and electrical equipment need improvement. The light bulb is missing. Very hard mattresses, they have made their life....you can feel the springs.

Comfortable structure, friendly and helpful staff, great room, the only drawback is that I found 3 red spots in the bathroom in the sink, I didn't like it otherwise everything was fine, of course I'll come back hoping not to find more stains

Despite the current rules that prohibit the buffet, I would try to vary the ingredients for breakfast a little.

No temperature regulation, too hot for us. Breakfast is so-so, but considering the price it's ok.

The stench of mildew on the stairs

Unfortunately there is no Wi-Fi despite the information on the Booking.com page. Only packaged cakes for breakfast.

The structure and furniture are clearly old. The bathroom had a broken shower door so it was impossible to shower comfortably (sorry because the hand shower worked well) and the bathroom was very large. The bedroom had a second bed with a stained bedspread.

The breakfast is a little too "chemical" for my taste, but I noticed that many hotels are like that. Rooms need to be kept clean.

Offer fresh produce such as fruit or croissants from the bakery, fresh bread.

NOT AVAILABLE breakfast. Everything packaged, nothing fresh (not even yogurt), nothing salty. But how can one "offer" such a disgraceful service in the food valley. The front desk guy who thought he was nice but unfortunately for him couldn't. He should probably consider a different professional future. On top of that, if we exclude the first 5 minutes that we crossed it, he ALWAYS walked WITHOUT A MASK; even when he brought us a cappuccino, he didn't have any. Also the rest of the hotel guests, strictly WITHOUT A MASK (theoretically, he should have asked everyone to put it on, but if he didn’t do it first, then at least he showed consistency in this). The room is surreal. A plastic toilet seat that just looks at him to fall, the lampshade on the left side of the bed is not connected and with a dangling cord over the socket, which is not there (see attached photo), the bed is beaten out, the intercom (!!) is in the closet drawer, in the hallway bulb burned out. Bottom line: a hostel with a private room, but with prices for 2 stars.

Toilet flushing problems

The booking says something about the 24-hour front desk and then you are told on site that the door will be locked at 23:00 and you have no chance to enter. If you know, you may be prepared for this, but going into town for a drink in the evening is also not possible.

There is practically no reception. The hotel is too old to be renovated. It was too cold. The breakfast information I had to insist on seems like a secret, to drink coffee I almost had to pray. Looks like they were afraid to please the guests and they ran out of spent 2 euros for breakfast. This is a catastrophe.

Superior breakfast.

There is no cleaning service in the rooms, a clean room only where it is visible at first glance. Outdated hardware. Minimum breakfast. For the price I paid, I wasn't expecting big things, but at least less rough cleaning.

Breakfast is overpriced by € 10 per person for industrial products wrapped in cellophane, only with brick fruit juice, no croissant and no fresh bread. Avoid breakfast.

The breakfast will be improved. It is advisable to install a shower cabin in the bathroom and remove the curtain.

Wi-fi does not reach the third floor, so we had to go down to the first floor, for the declared breakfast there were only sweet pastries, packaged juice and ristretto.
